What a horrible experience, no test drive was offered. Very interested in the a Audi A4 they have on the lot once we asked if we can drive the car they said no because of the virus, but they did not have the proper protection and also another family had just came back from a test drive with no protection. Some guy told us that we first need to see how we will pay for the car financing or cash but no test drive. We had 10k in cash in my car and have 750+ credit score. Maybe because I wasn’t dressed in Armani and I looked young?? But will never do business with these people.Update to response: if you where worried about Covid-19 you wouldn’t came out with out a mask and am what about the people that test drove the mustang? Real review stay away from this place. Horrible customer service and what a response from the owner. True lack of character and very unprofessional.

Worst worst dealer ever just went a couple days ago my mom was getting a car and they tried to rush her into paying for the car the dealer Shawn is so unprofessional we had the check and they didn’t want to accept it and when we asked to test drive the car he said no only if we had money right now and if we bought it then he would bring it down but if we didn’t that he was not going to bring it down so unprofessional who tells a customer that they can’t drive it unless we pay for it. We decided to make an appointment to go and buy it and we had Asked Shawn to save it he asked for our info to save it and when we went to go buy it the next day they had sold the car and didn’t even bother calling us or telling us they sold it after we had put our info and he told us we would h ahead of everyone who was also interested in it we saved the day and put our info and he had told us we will save it for u and everything and then we go and they sale it worst dealer ever we drove and hour to get it and wasted our time just for them to tell us they ended up sailing the car. Do not recommend they lie and are very pushy and unprofessional don’t buy a car from here.

Normally I wouldnt be writing a review for places but I am just so dissatisfied and unhappy with my experience that I had to say something. Day one, after calling to inquire about a car, the employee told me that the car was available so I came in to have a look. Great. Luckily I lived right down the street and not far away. Well when I got there, the employee didnt know where the car was. Imagine if you drove from LA or SD only to find out a car isnt there? Apparently there was a scratch on the back of it so it was taken to a shop to get touched up? Idk. No big deal. I was told to come back in 2 or 3 days. This was on a Thursday btw. 2 days go by, Saturday now, I decided to give them a call to see if it was available. They said no call back on Monday. Okay then. Another 2 days go by. I call back on Monday and once again met with disappointment. This was the third time. I started to think that they dont really care about earning my business but, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and decided to try again the next day. So, its Tuesday and I give them a call with my fingers crossed. This time it wasnt a no but an I dont know. At this point I am pretty upset and I told them, What is going on? Its been almost a week. The employee said theyll go check it out real quick and that they would give me a call back. I never received that call. That was the last straw. Im done with this place. I was ready to do business too. What a shame. Cali Auto Experts? More like Cali Auto Amateurs.

This shop is the best, they REALLY work with you and dont rush you to buy, definitely do business with sean. I cant stress enough how well treated I was and they held the car for me that I wanted to buy, I was beyond impressed and will definitely come back to buy another car from this dealership. I highly recommend this dealership to ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Alex, Ben, and Sean were all very knowledgeable and personable when helping me by my first used car. I saw they had a Mazda speed3 on sale and was intrigued right away. You kind know what you get from this lot. They have nice cars at a good value, but they are not without their small cosmetics defects. I would buy from here again. The place is small, so keep your expectations small, but overall they have some nice gems.

Absolutely horrible! I purchased a car from here and it’s only been a few months yet it needs $2000 worth of oil repairs. The car doesn’t lock all the doors either, and there are engine problems in it, the cruise control doesn’t function. When the seat reclines back, it has gaps and inconsistent bumps in it.Do not buy from here, you have been warned. The engine was making noise when we test drove the car and I was told that is the way how this particular car sounds. I said that there is a long lag when I press the gas, I was told that’s how it is. But it turns out that the car needs to be repaired!! Not only this but I was not negotiated a single cent lower than the original price they posted.There are too many problems with it that there’s no possible way it can all happen in the one year ive had it. The car was making knocking noises when we first test drove it. They contacted me after I left this review last time and gave me a discount mechanic who didn’t give me any big discount or anything.This dealership is a scam. I am a student in college and this unrealiable car that was sold to me, has given me so much trouble! This dealership is not worth buying from! They sell broken and patched up cars that later break and they don’t negotiate their prices either! at all! You have been warned! Find anyone else

I had a great experience with cali auto experts. They were friendly, professional and informavite about my car purchase. As a first time car buyer, they answered all of my questions and left with a great car.

Dont come here. Shady. Bought a car from them, and first it was. Come back in a month and get your spare key. Like if I wasnt going to keep my car or something. They also sold me the vehicle with only 1 license plate telling me I would recieve the 2nd one in the mail later and never did. Been a few months now, just spoke to them on the phone and they are still as shady as they were when I met them.

This place is amazing. Im so happy with my car & so relieved I wont be dealing with Craigslist cars anymore. I was in need of a car and wasnt sure how everything would go for me because of multiple reasons. Im young, I work part time, Im a part-time student & have what people call young credit. So buying a new car with 0 miles was out of the question & would have been too expensive for me. And I was completely done with buying cars from personal owners I found on Craigslist. But this place worked well with me. The guys are awesome! I explained my situation (that my current car from a personal buyer was giving me way too many problems) & they were happy to help me & figure out a way so this can work.I love my Honda Civic. Its reliable & affordable. I couldnt ask for anything better.Thanks again guys!

1. Interesting how all the 5 star reviewers here only have one review...2. We went to look at an 09 Cadillac. Price online seemed decent, so we made an appointment to check it out. Upon arrival we got that shady “used car” vibe, but stuck around. Test drive the vehicle, it drove ok but we noticed a burning oil smell and some electrical issues.3. Ok so nothing we can’t work with, let’s settle on a price and do pre-purchase inspection. First warning sign was when dealer says we can’t got to a Cadillac shop for inspection, it has to be one within 2 miles. Ok, let’s settle on price then and find an auto shop.4. We’ve noted issues beyond minor surface/age stuff, things we need to actually fix. I put the ball in his court, how much can you go down from your listed price? Zero dollars. Another warning sign when a used car dealer is unwilling to negotiate AT ALL on a price.We drove off, will purchase a vehicle elsewhere. Too many warning signs and shady vibes.(Review was 2 star but edited because of all the fake reviews here)

I recently purchased a BMW 328i a few days ago, on the drive home the car malfunctioned so I immediately called Shawn and he immediately told me to bring the car back to his dealership so we could try to figure out what was wrong so far Shawn has stayed in touch with me everyday and is working to solve the problem and fix what’s wrong, hopefully I will have my car soon thanks to Shawn and Alex. Hopefully all goes well and i will update and write a review once I get the results.
