WONDERFUL LOCAL BUSINESS!!!We have been working with Saturn Printing for about the past 5 years now. Not only do they fulfill our meager needs for shop shirts but they also have been consistently professional and pleasant and have exceeded our expectations! They treat us as if we were a multi-million dollar account (not the small potatoes that we really are when it comes to orders). We have never had a negative experience with Mark or Michael - they are super friendly and very experienced - and we will continue to use and support their business. I received the worst customer service from Mark Ive ever had.I placed a very large order for shirts for the company I work for in one shade of gray and one shade of blue. Two days later I called Mark and asked if I could add additional shirts to my order and he said yes. When I went to pick up my order I checked the shirt on top and it looked good. When I got the order home on the bottom of the box were shirts in different shades that I didnt even order. I called to talk to Mark to ask why these were done and was told he wasnt available.I never received a call back so I emailed him to inquire about the wrong shades of colors I received.I received a very rude email back stating I could throw the shirts away and that he would not charge for those. He also stated This concludes our business together and then proceeded to accuse me of being rude to the woman I spoke to on the phone.Even after emailing back and apologizing if the woman felt I was in any way rude he still proceeded to send another very rude and unprofessional email in return.Not only did he not even apologize for messing up my order that totaled $620 but he was EXTREMELY rude to me after I was nothing but professional. I was appalled the way he spoke to me as a customer and I will never place an order from this company again.

This company is very unprofessional. The way they talk to their clients and customers is shocking. I definitely will not be reccomending them to any other local businesses. Even if you have a small issue (they sent the wrong colored shirts) they will try to turn it around and blame you for the mistake and then refuse to make it right. To top things off, they will insult you and your business by calling you immature for closing your account with them when they refused to resolve the issue. Based on previous reviews this seems to be a pattern. They will give you whatever colored shirts they want and if you complain, they will refuse to fix the problem and then tell you it’s your fault for not knowing the technical color names. Ordering BLACK shirts seemed like a simple request but turned into the staff lashing out.

Pretty poor service on their side of things. Im not a graphic artist, so I trust that these guys know how a print might look before printing(e.g. if a graphic will look bad on a dark/light shirt, etc.). Ill always defer to the experts, but in this case I would steer clear.The owner, Mark, was great to work with initially (a couple $500 orders). Our last order was 3 times that and oddly had the worst customer service. We needed our URL put on the back so I asked him to do what he thought would be catchy and whats been done by others in a similar situation.We got back a tiny 5 url, maybe 1/2 tall that you couldnt see from more than 3-4 feet away. To make matters worse, before printing an example off, Saturn printed off every order then charged our card TWICE, a ding of $3,000 instead of $1,500.I asked him to review the order and Id like to come down and discuss and this is the response I received: Eric, I think our paths end here. I wish you the best in your endeavors.WTF? After screwing up an order, you dont own up? Bad, bad bad. Sadly, his quality is actually pretty solid for a printing business. Unfortunate.

I have been working with Saturn Printing for years now. Very happy with the quality of shirts they have suggested and a timely turnaround on my purchases.

Im not exactly sure what the poor reviews here are about but Im guessing its a two sides to every story situation.Ive done quite a bit of work with Saturn and they have been extremely kind and accommodating from day one, from small orders to large.Mark has actually stayed late to get shirts printed for our company when we needed them quickly and with short notice. We talk with them face to face before most prints, they give us fabric examples and recommend clothing brands etc. Another reviewer mentioned that he were not a graphic artist... My reply would be that neither is Saturn. They take your files and they print them. This is the case with any printer. I, as a graphic designer, know that you pay for a design and you pay for a print - this enables you to first okay the proof that the designer has given you and then give it over to the printers who should be receiving finalized work. I have to be very specific with the client on how many inches elements of the design are and show them a photoshopped mock up of placement on a shirt which should be sent to the printer. That is the process.tl;dr - Great guys. Great quality. Highly recommended.

I wish I could speak to the quality of print work that is done by this company, but the astoundingly rude manner in which I was treated precluded this. When I called to inquire if they screened can coozies, I was given a terse no and promptly hung up on by the female who answered.They will never hear from me again.
