We had a great experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery was on time and done well. The delivery guys were very friendly. One of our items was not available at the time of delivery and the sales rep personally drove to our house to deliver it when it came in. Very pleased.

It was very obvious that the kid that installed my bed cover didn’t know what he was doing. No one in the office checked his work so when I left I had problems with the cover. Definitely a failure on managements part for not properly training the employees. Definitely would not take my truck back to these guys.

I ordered step rails through their website to be delivered to the Gadsden store. Shipping was fast. They installed the rails and done a great job. Staff was friendly

Pool was a good deal, but was told i could leave it there until a certain date prior to install. Once the pool came in i had to pick it up within a few days.

I was very impressed by the dedication of the staff. I took my Toyota Tacoma truck by to have them add the electrical plug for my trailer hitch. They went over it and said there were two types. They ordered one, but when it came in, it wasn’t the right one. I was very impressed by their honesty in telling me the truth. They apologized and said they would be glad to get the right one if I would allow them. While they were evaluating it though, they discovered that the trailer hitch was not properly mounted. I watched them fix it, and they didn’t charge me for fixing it. They installed the right one the next day and I was very satisfied. Thanks Clint and crew.

I am highly disappointed with H and H as a whole... I called and set up an appointment through corporate to have a hitch and wiring harness installed on our Jeep Oatriot. The gadsden store was closest to me. Christian tried to set me up an 8:00 a:m appt. but I could not make it so he set me up for 10:30 a:m.... I clarified that these items were in stock at the store. He said yes they are... so I call this morning at 8:30 a:m this morning to verify my appt... I get a call at 9:30 telling me that oops, we don’t have your parts here and are waiting on them to come in on our truck!!! They should be here about 11:30 or so!!!!!!!!!! I took of work for half a day to have this installed... now it’s gonna cost me a whole day... why make an appt if this is how you are treated? It’s crazy and very frustrating!!! As well as costly....to lose a whole day of work
