We visited them to pick up 2 dozens donuts for our gathering. I was trying to choose what donuts I wanted and I was pointing out my selection and she was showing agitation because she wanted to make the selection for me and before she finished with my order she was already talking and getting the next order. They had a restriction for the number of people in the store but there were easily twice as many people crammed in there and they did not enforce the number limitation. I have visited the store four times and none of the experiences have been positive.

Immaculate store front, fantastic service, and excellent quality. When I went (April, 2021), there was a line out the door. They have a wide range of coffees and lattes, As well as bottled drinks and fresh squeezed orange juice. They also have Bagels, muffins, and hot breakfast sandwiches.Its very conveniently located right on the corner of Chapman and state college Blvd.

Bagels are yummy! fresh OJ is little pricey but so worth it. Love it ♥♥♥

Donuts are good but the service is horrible! Three staff working but all making sandwiches. No one just serving donuts. Taking too long so i had to leave.

Worst customer service Ive experience in YEARS. The lady was rude and dismissive. When we paid she didnt even tell us the transaction was done. She just walked off to the back. Felt like it was a bother to have us even buying from there, horrible way to run a business.For the quality of the donuts and bagels, the attitude is NOT granted, the glazed donuts had too sweet of a coating, probably from excess sugar as it wasnt smooth and was clumped at the edges. The prices are also slightly higher compared to other shops close by. Will NOT be going back. Even though its the closest to us, Id drive where needed to avoid such uncomfortable of a transaction.

The place is really hit or miss.Customer service is lacking and it’s very disorganized when it’s busy.It’s even more difficult to communicate with staff when everyone is wearing a mask.Adequate donuts ($12 for a dozen) and bagels sell out quickly.

Bad customer service, please change this or you will continue to lose customers.

The cashier was extremely rude, she had an attitude and cant even communicate with customers. Used to come here on Wednesdays for their blueberry donut but not anymore.

Their vegan donuts are definitely worth a try! They are typically fresh when I have been there and are delicious either way!

They seemed to have a attitude. They made me wait while they worked on a tablet and just ignored me for a dood 5 min ( seemed longer ). I got 3 dozen donuts for my office . Most seemed half stale and not as fresh as other donut shops Ive been to. Their muffins stick to the wrapper and are hardly edible.

They have a really rude attitude. One of the girls was touching her hair, I placed my order, she started to make it with out washing her hands, she was using only one glove.

I was SO excited to give Arizmendi a try and it was pretty darn good. However, it wasnt as good as my absolute favorite (Cheeseboard) but it was awesome to have pizza at another place with incredibly delicious and unique pizza. I want to come back and try more of their baked goods! They looked delicious.

Food was decent. But the lady working was rude and had zero knowledge of customer service/ order taking procedures. She was very inattentive and rude.

Staffs were friendly and sweet. I really liked their muffins while my husband loved their bagels. Ill try the donuts on my next visit.

Watch out they are tricky, they will stick old ones from night before in your orders, some fresh and some old + they are rude, never again .

I walked in with a smile and said Hello and the middle aged Asian lady at the counter gave me the dirtiest look and stares me down, as Im about to order another customer walks in and the lady immediately goes to serve her first when I was clearly first, She was absolutely rude and despicable, I was so fed up that I just walked out and didnt order anything. It was my first time there but Im never going back again, A business that treats their customers so poorly should not be supported, but please go ahead and check it out, see for yourselves, unacceptable.

Delicious muffins! Not only are there donuts but they have ham and cheese croissants and bagels! Best thing is that take card. Will be my new breakfast spot, as a csuf student I needed a low budget spot with variety (that isnt fast food)! :)

Good place for donuts near my friends place in Fullerton. Really its my girlfriends friends place but like I like to think were all friends. we still drove here even though it was like a block away, but Im not complaining. I hate walking, love donuts though.

Ive been coming to this donut shop off and on for almost 2 years. Every time I come in there the middle-aged Asian lady always has an attitude. Always put up with it, until today. I I walked into the store to get a dozen donuts for my team at work. Apparently she didnt like the fact that she had to go back and forward twice on the donut display case because I was getting a random dozen donuts. She made a rude comment to me and that was the straw that broke the camels back I walked out and I will not be coming back.

There was a fly and gnats in the cases lol. Not promising, but I was sooo hungry, so I got the item farthest from the dying fly (not that this made a difference, I know) which was the muffins. Mine was way too sweet, borderline sickening. I tossed half of it away. I gave 3 stars because the coffee was good, considered removing one bc they have styrofoam cups, which kills the coffee experience for me kind of, but kept it at 3 bc lots of mom& pop donuts have these cups so shouldn’t be a surprise.

Donuts and croissants are very good. Coffee is coffee and it goes well with the donuts and bagels. Ample seating as there were few people taking advantage of the tables, and I think I know why - the radio station they had on was too loud and more annoying was the morning banter of the morning DJs. It was so irritating. I would have preferred no radio or maybe just some music, but the entire time I tried to enjoy my coffee I heard loud radio commercials and inane banter from the speakers. Right now Im listening to the savings at Macys. Puleeeze.

By far the best bagel on the West Coast. Thats right! My fav is the salt bagel. I get it with the cream cheese on the side and eat it untoasted. Ive also had their donuts, muffins and croissants. All were wonderful! This bagel store is a hidden treasure. Dont let the name fool you. Must try their bagels!

Horrible place, ohhh no ... no way Jose. The women over there are very arrogant, they treat you like they are doing you a favor by buying them coffee and donuts. They also ILLEGALLY charge 50 cents more to pay with the ATM. And not in accordance with that is very expensive. 3.80 pay for a small coffee and a donut.
