Went in to get labels for my products and everything seemed pretty good until it wasn’t. They never followed up with me to let me know what was going on with my order. My husband and I had to make several calls to try and find out some information. Over a week later and we were still nowhere. Walter sent me one proof and I told him what I didn’t like about it and I was supposed to receive another one with the corrections and that never happened. My husband called inquiring about the proofs but the only thing I received was a high quote. The lack of follow up, follow through and customer service is appalling. I have taken my business elsewhere after wasting a week and a half of my time with this company.

Walter went above and beyond helping me for a last minute disaster. I ordered brochures from VPrint and they did not come in before I had to leave for an Expo in Houston. Walter had 500 Brochures printed and ready to go in less than 12 hours. Thank you Walter

Overall I am satisfied with their printing quality & value for money. But they need to work on their customer service/response time. I had to follow-up 2-3 times to get my questions answered and place my order. Also their store hours do not seem to be correct as Ive been there both before closing/after opening and the doors were locked.

They really stepped up to do rack cards & business cards super fast. They redesigned my logo to make it right. Vista Print was going to take forever to receive. I highly recommend them! I would rather give my business to local companies. Especially when it’s the same price😊

Called to get pricing for regular 8.5x11 color copies. Gentleman that answered told me “I’m the owner so I’m not really sure. I think it’s 9 cents per copy”. I then asked how much to have 30 pages spiral bound. He repeats that he’s the owner and someone else usually gives of the pricing. He tells me to call back in 30 minutes when his “guy” gets back from lunch. I asked if I came there right now (I’m a half mile away) would I be able to print my 30 pages and he said “no, I wouldn’t be able to do that.”Not sure where the good reviews come from but judging from lack of knowledge from the owner of this buniess, I would consider taking your printing needs elsewhere

The MM team were great to work with! I live out of state and remotely coordinated several print jobs, from large to small signage with over 60 files, for an event we were hosting in Frisco. My entire order was perfect when I picked it up. When we discovered another vendors order was wrong on Friday morning, Carol and team, worked hard to get that rush job printed the same day too. Great customer and super fast! I called three places to get cards and was told I need to wait about 3 business days, which if I wanted I would have ordered online.
