Very organized boutique. Found beautiful dresses for my young daughters. And the store manager Dream was friendly and helpful.

Visited for first time today - 10-17-21 - and while they have a good selection of clothes, the attitude of the staff was a serious turnoff. The place is run by moody aunties who have forgotten how to smile and definitely don’t have good customer service or manners. Will not be going back. There are plenty of places to go for good Indian clothes in the area. The 1 star is purely for their clothing selection.

The collection of sarees was excellent and so was the service. The staff were very kind and respectful. They were patiently showing us the collections and were able to exceed our expectations. After visiting the shop I had felt like I visited the Nalli in Chennai. The shop itself was also neatly maintained. I will for sure recommend to friends and family.

First time at this store. Had gone in to check it out but had not intended to buy. The staff was respectful and attentive. Swapna helped us find a great saree that met our needs. She inquired on who we were shopping for and guided us to something that worked well for the person.

Had a great experience at this shop in Frisco located near Patel brothers on Preston Rd. The store is setup in a manner that makes it easy to shop and super clean! We were able to pick out a few sarees for my mother in law which all had beautiful details and fabric. The prices are very reasonable. We were greeted and helped by Swapna- she was very helpful and super friendly! We will definitely be returning.

I live near Boston, Massachusetts, have been buying Silk Sarees for my Wife from this store for the past 4 years.The store has a good collection of Pure Silk sarees and my wife liked all the sarees that we bought from this store. Sapna, the store managerhas been very helpful and kind enough all these years to show the collection of sarees that we wished to see and select them over WhatsApp Video call.Also the sarees were shipped and delivered on time or earlier than expected, especially during the busy festive seasons. I’ve shopped at Nalli’s a few times. The first time was in 2019, I bought the pinkish red and teal pattu pavada set for my baby’s first Onam and the red kasavu checkered pattu pavada set for this past Onam. The quality is really good and she’s gotten lots of compliments from family members and friends! I’ve bought a few sarees for myself and my mom as well! Will continue returning for our festive wear!

I bought a jute silk saree from Nalli 2 weeks ago. It was priced $300. Since I didnt like any other saree, and I wasnt very cognizant about the price range, I decided to buy it. When my friend saw the saree, she showed me the picture of the same jute silk saree in the Nalli site with $146 price tag. When I checked the price tag on my saree, it showed 100% silk. But my saree is jute silk. So clearly it is a mistake from the person who pasted the price tag on. I couldnt return the saree since I cut the blouse piece out of it.I took the saree back to Nalli, hoping that they will price match it, since it was a mistake from their side, putting a wrong tag on it. I asked for the price match and my $166 back including the tax. The lady got furious and she was very mean to me. First she said my friend has no say in it. Then she said the material is not the same. Then she said the site is for the saree from India. She said if the saree is from India,the code will start with an E and if from the US, the code starts with S. When I showed her that the code starts with S, she switched her statement.The site from India has the same saree in it with Rs.11,025. When we convert the dollar to rupees, it is $146.They stole my hard earned money. Never coming back here again.

Service is very exceptional, especially the manager Sapna who was very patient and polite and went out of her way to help me. This place has very good quality silk sarees and the tall length Kanchipuram sarees are perfect for my tall daughter. I am eagerly waiting for them to get more variety in next shipment.

We came from Wichita, KS to find South Indian silk sarees. This was my first experience shopping for a saree as we are preparing for my seemandham, similar to a baby shower. (My husband is from Tamil Nadu.) The ladies at the shop were very helpful. They didn’t have any ready made blouses so they sent us to another shop where I was able to get a blouse, then when we returned they helped me find sarees that matched the colors in the blouse and with a fabric that would be easy for me to learn how to drape. I look forward to bringing our daughter back as they have many beautiful clothes for both girls and boys!

I live in Detroit, MI and I visited the store recently with my family in TX. They have good collections and the manager, Sapna was very helpful and welcoming. She made our shopping experience very pleasant and satisfactory.

Amazing place for traditional shopping. Rekha and Lakshmi were very knowledged and helped through selecting Sarees patiently. Not once, twice .. but every single I have been there while my stay at Dallas, this place is like home. Fresh collections and staffs Rekha and Lakshmi are so warm and welcoming which is another reason to visit the store. They know exactly what we are looking for and suggest everything in the price range. A must visit place if you are in Dallas .

Nalli has great collection of sarees, blouses and dresses. Very unique designs with great customer service, reasonable prices. Would love to buy more from Nalli and would recommend.

First time shopping here, and was very satisfied shopping for silk sarees! I bought a very beautiful soft silk saree in mustard-green with chocolate pallu and silver-gold zari. Service was excellent, and it was nice to talk freely, without worrying about asking price range or for more variety. I assume that since it is pretty new, and not a lot of people know about this place, they have lesser collections. But Im sure once business picks up it is going to become like the one in T.nagar (chennai)!P.S. If you are visiting here during this time (the covid crisis), make sure wearing a mask. They also take your temperature before letting you in and offer sanitizer before you start exploring.Visiting in the afternoon is best, since youre less likely to meet other shoppers.

I visited two times with my family, The Manager Sapna was so good in helping us to get suitable silk saree collections.The design was so unique and would highly recommend to shop at Nalli silks Frisco.

I was pleasantly surprised to see good number of kurtas and even sarees for less than $25. Prices are reasonable and much cheaper than other options we have around here. Pattu veshtis, kids pattu pavadai, fancy cotton sarees, kalamkari sarees, kaanchi pattu sarees, Maheshwari pattu sarees were some that I found there

My family and i came to dallas from houston specifically for this store and it exceeded our expectations! they had a great collection and unique sari designs, and wonderful staff!

For me its the best place to buy Indian cloths like Kurtis and Sarees etc .Staff Mrs. Sapna is very friendly, helpful warm welcoming person .Only concern is Fitting room is not open because of this COVID . If it is available, definitely some more cloths would have added to the cart .

The lady we had “Swapna”- I think it was the manager- was very helpful and she explained everything to me although I did not know much about the sarees. She was so patient and kind as well as telling me everything they had to offer without being overwhelming. Overall she made my experience here really great! I’m very happy!

Worst thing about this place very rude staff. Initially I thought its just happened with me, But my friends also experienced same. In this competitive market they show bad customer service. I wish they work on it.

I called Nallis Texas to do sari shopping. It was a very positive experience and I ended up buying about 10+ saris. It was all because of Sapna Golecha. She spent quality time taking me around the store through video call. I never thought it was possible to shop for saris virtually. Sapna made it possible--she was extremely organized and knowledgeable. Since I was out of touch with sari buying, she asked me relevant questions, and said let us go from one type of material to another--she walked with her phone from pure silk, soft silk to a whole range.. She gave me helpful hints to select the saris. In a reasonable time she helped me select 10 saris and dhotis. She was courteous, enthusiastic and not at all pushy. I was so impressed that within 2 weeks I came back to buy few more saris, etc. She can run a class on how to be effective remotely in helping customers. I strongly recommend the store and Sapna.

I walked in just to look. I usually buy in Chennai and run around to get my blouses stitched. It is very stressful. This time I only have two days before the wedding!. I found what I wanted. I will buy one more and get blouses stitched here! I agree Customer service needs to improve! On the positive note the sales rep. never forced me to buy!! I like that. She kept showing several pieces! The lady ( owner)is very friendly! I plan to go back and get one more saree. Nalli Silks display sarees with price on the website. However they don’t allow you to take pictures of the sarees in the Frisco shop? I was looking at the website of the other shop Silk House. Why no price posted. I am happy to read few reviews here sayingNalli Silks, Frisco prices are reasonable:) I already sent a picture of the saree to my neice whose son is getting married. She likes it. My neice here also said she likes the design n color!

I took my friend shopping here and it was her first time for silk sari shopping in along time. But let me tell you this experience has left me speechless and so thrilled with the wonderful and patient sales lady. She took her time till my friend looked through tons if saris and i mean a lot no pun intended. After a long time my friend did make a purchase which I thought might not have happened. The sales professional was absolutely so helpful and knowledgeable that convinced me that I did a good thing bringing my friend here. I normally shop from India for silk saris when I go there regularly but this was best experience ever. She was not pushy at all yet best sales skills. I totally recommend this sales person. I forgot her name but she always wears saris she told me. I loved her enthusiasm even after we looked at several ones for almost an hour.

Buy with confidence, we went earlier this week, they follow all covid protocols, rates are reasonable and have a good selection of sarees and kurtis, pattu pavadais, veshtis etc (whatever you expect nalli to carry).
