The store manager, Brennan, was very helpful and friendly. He did not rush us and was full of information about each mattress we tried. He made deciding on one very easy and we did not feel pressured at all. I really appreciate his knowledge and professionalism. Would highly recommend.

Really an unusually effective and enjoyable purchasing experience... The store has an extensive inventory, but the real difference was our sales representative, Kenji. His approach was so refreshing - no pressure or attempts to influence us in any way, but he had a depth of information that was very impressive and was able to answer any question we had with clarity and real-world examples. In addition, he truly listened to what we were looking for and what our preferences were, and he focused only on that, guiding us to what I think was the best choice for us. Mattress Firm is great, but definitely ask for Kenji when you get there!

If all salespeople could be like Leon, the world would be a much better place. We gave him our preferences, budget, and concerns- he immediately knew what to show us and spoke to us like friends- no sales doublespeak, or pushing products on us that we couldn’t afford or were not looking for- no nonsense at all. He also double checked to see if the products we were purchasing were on sale- which, they were. It was SO easy to talk to him and we not only walked out with every single thing we were looking for, but we spent significantly less than what we were expecting to. Seriously: ask for Leon! 11/10 service.

Went in on Monday with my wife and had a great experience with Michael R as our sales representative. He has extensive product knowledge and was able to answer all of my nerdier questions about gel grids vs inner springs and temperature distribution, etc. He was very respectful and patient with my wife and me as we tried out several beds over the course of an hour to test out shoulder pain. He made sure that we settled on a bed that was best for us instead of just pushing the more expensive bed options. He also helped us get a great deal on a Zero G bed frame as we were getting close to our budget.Thanks a bunch, Mike. My shoulder says that the bed feels great.

I had the best experience shopping for a mattress. I was not pressured and all of my questions were answered. I had done some preliminary research prior to visiting the store and had a general idea of what I was interested in purchasing. However, after my questions were answered I changed my mind to which mattress I ultimately purchased.

After numerous surgeries left me partially disabled and in pain 24/7, I tried to find a bed that would at least make me as comfortable as possible. I spent over $10,000 on mattresses from just about every major brand and store, but they all failed within 24 months or less. Brennen from Mattress Firm in Frisco understood my situation. He exchanged mattresses for me until we found the best option available. He truly cares about you as a person and he is committed to doing whatever it takes to ensure you get the mattress that is right for you. After all, if you sleep 6 to 8 hours a day, then 1/4 to 1/3 of your life is spent on your mattress so it is important that you are comfortable. I wont buy anywhere else.

The gentleman was friendly and helpful but I felt like he tried to get over on me. The mattress was originally $1500 and it was listed at $1299 in the store. I asked him if $1000 was feasible and he agreed. He agreed way too quickly, so I felt suspicious. I go to the website and it was on sale for $750.00. Why wouldnt he tell me this?

I would recommend that you guys see Mr Chad Singh. He was very helpful and patience with me on making this big decision.

Brandon who is the store manager who did an excellent job answering all my questions and showing me mattresses that I wanted in my price range. He explained everything very well and was very kind.Only complaint I have is he did not explain all the prices accurately, gave me different numbers and told me how much im paying before, but after he went over everything and printed the papers, it showed different numbers and payments and some he didnt even mention till I asked later, also he told me Id be paying a certain amount but it was higher than that, he told me oh I forgot taxes so heres the new price with taxes. I dont know, seemed kind of sus and shady with that... but whatever.Wish he was 100% transparent when showing the numbers.other than that, he was awesome.

I am new to Texas and Bill provided me with some have-to-try restaurants, which I really appreciated. They tied my mattress down to the top of my SUV for free and informed me not to exceed 40MPH. Though the people on the road weren’t too happy about my slow speed, I got my mattress home safe and I am grateful. One of the best encounters I have had since moving to Plano, TX. We were looking all over for an affordable full-size mattress for our daughter’s bed. Joe was a great help and showed us all sorts of mattresses. When we stopped by the next day to pick it up, he wasn’t there but his coworker was super nice and helped us load it into the truck.
