They have just about everything that you may need for any art or sewing or floral job that you have in mind. I just wish I would think of them more than some other stores that seem to be sooo much higher in prices too. I enjoy going to see what else I can buy for other projects.

This store is one of my favorites. The store is roomy and easy to find products. The people who work there always seem very nice and helpful.

This is my home Joanns store and will continue as my #1 B&M fabric store. Customer service and staff friendliness is A+. I appreciate and love supporting businesses like this. The staff at the cutting table were friendly and helpful, and the cashier made sure that all potential coupons applied to my purchase. The store honored competitor coupons and even graciously refunded the difference when I noted the computer failed to give me the competitor price. This is one of my favorite retail fabric store. This was the first time to shop in the store at Joanns since the pandemic. It was a pleasant experience. Not too crowded. They still had their coupons available on the app. The cashier was very nice and made sure all applicable coupons were loaded to my app.

Its a nice hobby store in the US. If you are creative and like making creative stuff, this is a must check place. They have the raw materials for anything that is creative. The items are fairly subsidized ( even the items that are regular priced) and its better to buy items that are on sale.

First time here and was blown away by the customer service, except for one person who looked at me at a mean why like I did not belong there.But anyways Karen was superb and helped me get what the right vinyl for my jetski seats and even had a coupon handy. I was ready to spend $80 in the store.Oh and the lady at register 4 was super nice as well, I have a pretty big network of people so will be letting them know my experience

Excellent customer service. The place is very spacious and organized. Ive been wasting so much time at Michaels. Joanns is where its at especially for scrap booking supplies and decor. Always a good deal in the app and in store discounts.

If you are a person looking for good and inexpensive stuff for craftwork or if you are one looking something for a home decor, this is the place to be. This is the store that gives you better goods at reasonable cost compared to other similar stores.

What store is this store has always been clean and tidy. Its unfortunate the sewing machine sales people are so unhelpful on anything non sewing machine related but I guess thats their job. The rest of the staff seems quite helpful willing to help you find whatever youre looking for and make suggestions quickly they could use more fabric Cutters and they have but thats the nature of the Beast

Ordered online ran in to pick up sttod at register that had a sign that said pick up online orders here was ignored until I asked where I Needed to pickup my order asked if I needed to wait in the regular checkout line she said no she was not happy but got my order then told me to go wait in line to pay for some elastic! That is not good customer service. I spend lots of money at your store. My daughter is a professional wrestler and I make her gear. In the past week I have spent at least 300 dollars. But I will find another fabric store for her gear!

The employees are great, friendly and helpful. All of the employees wear masks and follow social distancing. I saw that most of the customers wear masks and keep their distance too. I feel more safe coming into this store than others. Good job!

Im disappointed with their cutting counter. This one fabric cutter #750719 told me that customers are limit to only 2 cutting slips for fabrics. I guess Joann does not customers to buy more that 5 fabric. I wanted to buy more fabric but I walk out because of this fabric cutter. I wanted only 4 cutting slips. I shopped at other Joann store, none ever state such limit.

Friendly and helpful employees! Went there with some rough numbers for a project and they were able to figure out exactly how much material we needed. They had tons of outdoor fabric to choose from, which made it more difficult to narrow down what we wanted, but also helped us get a great combination.

Don’t buy from this store or this chain! I placed an order online and they charged me 307.32. They said they didn’t have the items I wanted but when I went inside they had the same product just different color. They charged me twice and still have not refunded me 2 weeks later. Their corporate is not open and they say they are only operating through email. I’ve sent them multiple emails for a week and half and they are not responding. I contacted the store and they say that it’s not their fault it’s corporate! I’m out 307.32 and bank will not let me dispute because they say I authorized it!

It’s definitely a Joann’s. Clean and organized unlike most craft retail stores.

Came here to buy fabric and food decorating supplies. Its always good to check the Joann app because they may have a coupon or two or three which may save you a bunch of money at the register. Its also better to come here on a weekday. They are not as busy and the lines will move faster. Staff was always helpful.

Always a fun stop. Still had Christmas stuff for 70 + 20% off, and all the yarn is on some kind of sale. Definitely one of my favorite places for yarn because they have lots of colors of each brand.

I came here to get fabric. I grabbed two bolts of flannel to make scarves for the holidays. I went to the cutting table and the lady directed me to go back and look for another bolt of the fabric I wanted because there wasnt enough. So she held my other bolt. I went quickly and was back within 1 minute. She was already helping another couple with a cart full of fabric. I asked the other lady if she could help me. She told me no to grab another number. Even though I had already had a number in my hand that was just called. So then I proceed to wait 10 minutes. And I was done waiting so I gave my number to another lady so she wouldnt have to wait as long. And I walked out of the store because the checkout line also had around line wrapping around at this point. You need to hire more help staff. And be courteous to those that were being helped already. Dont send me to go look for more fabric if you know you do not have any more in a different section.

Come on, its Joann Fabrics, so you know what you are in for when walking into this store. The one frustrating aspect is how hard it is to find anything in the store besides the fabric. You have to ask over and over where stuff can be found and the lack of staff makes it harder to get an answer.

Im no fabric expert but every time my daughters need something for their project JOEANNs has it and more.

Frisco, TX store is my favorite! Its clean, well staffed, and, well, its fill of fabric, supplies, notions, decorations, and FUN!! I love the coupons and sales and markdowns! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😍

I like Joanns. They have good prices and frequent coupons. My only frustration is always seems there is a catch with the coupons. Read them carefully but I do really like this store and will be going back frequently.

Fleece fabric was very disorganized, so it was hard to tell which fabrics were considered for the extra discount coupon. Employees not taking responsibility. I understand I should’ve looked at the end of the bolt, but should I have to do that on every single bolt in a sale section? The Joann’s in McKinney has a better selection and is better organized, will do my best to not come back to this store.

Opened in-store shopping this weekend, which will increase exposure of employees and curb-side pickup customers. Corporate put out a high-value in-store only, today only coupon to try to pack stores in an irresponsible move that may contribute to a 2-3 week increase in our current post-Easter spike of cases.

I am highly disappointed in my experience this week. I am very understanding of the current situation, but I get 10 emails a day talking up ordering online for curb side pick up, but this location couldnt follow through. I have tried to contact Joanns via email, Facebook, calling the store, no response. I placed a fabric order twice, the first was cancelled due to it being unavailable, even though it showed available when I ordered it. The second took 7 days and numerous contact attempts, to do the exact same thing! I got an email this morning that due to sudden unavailability after 7 days, your order has been cancelled.I do not live near this location, my usual store is closed for now. Again, if my 2nd order would have been cancelled the next day, understandable. But 7 days???? All I am looking for is an answer, which I was unable to obtain.

The best selection of fabrics around Frisco. The after Christmas sales saved my daughter about $100 on her fabric purchases for her Cosplay. BTW they are offering more Cosplay items now. They have a great foam selection too.

Returning to sewing after a decade, having a one-stop-shop store is convenient and inspiring! Store floor familiarity makes finding items quickly: what I want to purchase and what can be my next project. Employees are affable, encouraging, and very helpful, especially when it comes to helping with coupons! And OH THOSE COUPONS - like unwrapping great gifts, never disappointing - make shopping at Joanns affordable and fun.

Gorgeous fabrics, as usual! Lots of sales going on, good coupon uses, and friendly staff. Aisles are a little narrow, my LO had a lot of fun reaching out to touch/grab everything.

The worst customer service! Was in check out line 15 minutes. Only one cashier - Amber. She called for help at least twice and nobody came. Amber was understandably flushed. There were two so-called assistant store managers working however they did not show up until there were only two people left in line. I talked to one of them, Sam, who was incredibly condescending. Almost anything I need from Jo-anns I can get at Hobby Lobby, Michaels, or online. In the future I will do everything I can to avoid going into Joannes. They want my money but have no respect for my time.Update: I tried calling the customer care number, was on hold for over 15 minutes before I hung up. I was told the manager, Kathy, would be in the store Saturday (2/15) morning at 10 AM. I went in about 10:15, she was gone. I went by the store this afternoon about 1:30, Kathy was not there. Maybe thats the reason for the poor customer service...the manager is never there. But I will keep trying.

The worse!From the old lady in the fabric department who when asked a question before I could finish replied, “ this not my department” to the red head cashier!No Customer service!No may I help you!No Nothing!The nicest person was the lady in embroidery she was Sweet as Pie😁!

The staff is awesome. My complaints are who wants to ever buy something at full price here. If it is not on sale and you dont have a coupon then just wait. The other issue I have is my allergies to cinnamon oil and this time of year it is so strong I can hardly breath in the store.

Bait & switch. They gave me all these coupons that appear good, but they all have a catch, they only apply to regularly priced items. Almost nothing in store falls under this and the in store sale prices are always much less of a discount. I asked to use coupon instead of their sale and they refused, ended up costing more than twice what I expected. Its especially bad with fabric where the sale signs are confusing and sporadically placed. After this, I will not be returning.

Friendly staff. Didnt have the exact same zipper that I needed but then again it is one of the smaller stores when it comes to Jo-Ann Fabrics that Im familiar with. Would like to see about their affordable classes on quilting and such.

I have started frequenting this store since I adopted 2 rats. They have a great selection of remnant fleece for there cage. They have definitely helped me spoil them. Ruth seems to always be there when I go in and has been a big help finding what I am looking for. She also helped me out when I was trying to learn how to use grommets.

I went to buy some fabric for a tshirt blanket that Im making. I found some on sale which was great. I also used a 60% off coupon on a journal my daughter wanted.

The price is right. $9 for all you can including Mongolian is a deal for anyone with a deep appetite. The food temps were all a bit too cool for our groups liking, bit it was all fresh as can be at a buffet.

It pains me as man to write a review like this knowing how things are in the world. But, I have to say shopping in this location made me feel disgraceful. The women working here, young and old were sexist towards a man shopping in a sewing store. I was handed off to several people, barely recieved the help I needed, had eyes rolled at me and if I did not need to buy today I would have left. Especially disgusted by a woman named Mary with grey hair I think her name was. She didnt want to help or discuss my questions or problems with fabric in any way shape or form. I will never shop in this store again
