I like the Best Buy service, I bought the big TV and month and professional camera, lenses and washing and dryer, after lots of search found best price and best finance for 24 months without interest, sales people try to adjust every thing and no mistakes for so many different order, like it.Installation people do it very clean and fastThank for your service

Purchasing is easy, but delivery is a run-around. We attempted to buy a washer & dryer and scheduled delivery 2 weeks in advance, to be delivered on a Monday.The day of, nobody shows up, nobody calls. We then contact Best Buy and reschedule for Wednesday (nobody called us about the missed delivery).On Wednesday, near the end of the delivery window, they call us to say it was never rescheduled, so how about Thursday? So it was never rescheduled, but the call comes at the end of the delivery window... right.Wednesday we canceled the order, went to Lowes in West Plano, and had the washer & dryer on Thursday. No BS, no run-around, just buy a thing and get it delivered.Save yourself a headache and skip these guys.

While the people at the store try their best, this company overall is not good to do business with.They screw up your order and then you have to chase them to try to fix things.They have horrible internal communication with Best Buy as well.No wonder Best Buy is failing and, with their similar poor performance, Pacific Kitchen & Home will be right behind them
