My husband came in for a new watch. We came to the Zales at Baybrook Mall and had Nicole help us. She had such amazing knowledge and care in what you need. Nicole noticed my engagement ring needing attention, she gave us the highest services in getting my ring fixed. We are definitely using her as our jewelry purposes from now on. Very grateful

Cindy and Rihanna at this location are both extremely helpful, friendly and overall amazing! I had a ring that I fell on love with but could not find it in store anywhere. Cindy went above and beyond by locating my ring from another state and had it shipped to the store! I want to add that my fiancee called numerous other Zales locations and no one offered this option to us. Thanks to Cindy I have a ring that Im totally in love with! When my ring came in and I went in to pick it up I was greeted right away by every employee that was in store and by name! Rihanna was also a rock star employee! I love this Zales. Nicole Lopez is always smiling & very friendly. Nicole is always helpful rather its inspecting my Wedding Ring or when I am just looking at new jewelry while I wait for my ring. Customer Service is a Huge deal with her. You can tell she loves her job & the customers. Rather your a new customer or a returning customer. My ring broke and I tried taking the ring to a different location. That location tried pulling a fast one on me and charging 200.00 for a replacement when I had lifetime warranty. They couldn’t get me a replacement so I took my ring and left. I called this location and they had a ring for me and they assured me that the warranty covered the replacement. I got there but the ring didn’t fit so they sent it off. The ring wasn’t supposed to be here until 4 days before my wedding and it came in yesterday! Very happy with the customer service here!

I was called last week and was told everything in the store was 50% off. I had planned on purchasing a wedding band I had picked out so I was excited to hear it would be half off. Then I get told at the register the sale was not on everything.I mentioned it to the employee and she stated that was an unfair tactic to get people in the store. I won’t be going back due to unethical practices by Zales

I went to buy a mothers day present for my MIL. I wanted the earrings on sale for $79. The sales person said they didnt have them anymore but was showing me a necklace for $160. I almost bought the necklace when she said she found the earrings. When I got to the counter to pay for the earrings, the total cake up to $169. It was a different pair. She tried to bait and switch the product from ad for something more expensive. The dishonesty she showed made me leave without buying anything. She would have made atleast a sale if she stuck to the necklace, which was the 160 as well. I was prepared to spend that much.

Update: A month later, and I still don’t have my ring!My husband upgraded my ring. I had to have it resized. It took about 2 and half weeks due to the holidays. When I went to pick up the ring it did not fit. Apparently they sent my ring guard and ring separately, so it wasn’t fitted properly. I had to have them send it back to get resized again. Now I have to wait 2 more weeks to get my ring back. I’m not happy about that.

It is a place that you are going to stand around and wait for a while. Unlike the Almeda location which was a lot faster and more attentive.

They were very helpful. We walked in not knowing what we were looking for and left knowing what we were going to buy. They were very patient and gave us time to browse before being very willing to help when asked. It was a great experience.

I went to the Baybrook Mall location and Danielle help me with my first purchase from Zales. My bride was ecstatic about her Vera Wang heart shaped diamond ring. Triton Mens 9.0mm Comfort Fit Honeycombed Black Tungsten———————————————This is the same band in a different size for my husband. The same day he picked it up from the store the black had come off in places revealing silver. Almost as if it’s a silver ring spray painted black. Extremely disappointed and I’m still dealing with the manager trying to get the original band back. It has been nearly 2 months and we are still stuck with this semi-silver semi-black band. Extremely dissatisfied. It is strange that the original band was fine for years with no issues and this one was ruined in the same day of pickup. I’m not sure if it’s really tungsten since it isn’t black.

I took a ring in to be repaired, needed the prongs re-tipped so it would stop snagging my clothes. After a week and a half I tried to call them, kept getting call failed. I drove 30 minutes to get to the store and was told it would be the 21st when the ring was ready. Tried to call them on the 21st and still getting call failed. I went online and did a chat and found out that my ring was ready. I cant go in until today, the 23rd, still no call, text, email, smoke signal, no communication that my ring was ready. I get there, it looks pretty, but there is still one sharp prong. I comment about it and the salesman says they probably cant do anything about it without making the prong too thin. I mentioned that all 5 of the other prongs are done properly. He says hes sorry and asks me if I want him to send it back, not please let us fix this for you. I asked him why would I want to send it back to a company that cant fix their phone after 5 days, cant contact their customers to let them know their item is ready and cant get the repair completed. Next time Ill go to Jared!!!

I had excellent help in the store but once i bought the item there is literally nobody to contact about when your item will arrive. I emailed the online contact number and they responded that they cant answer questions by email for security reasons or something. I called the stores number about online orders and I got a machine delivering information i can receive by logging into my account. I called the store and nobody answered the phone. My shipment is late and the online status says it hasnt even been processed yet. Im sure it will be a great item once it arrives but dont expect your purchase any time near when they say it will arrive because that is a lie.

I shipped my watch out to get the battery changed and it took longer than expected but the staff was so nice and apologetic that I completely understood and they even informed me that I could come pick it up on a Repair Event day so that I would get an extra 10% off. While I did have to wait longer than expected, life happens and we have to remember that the people on the other side of that counter are just that, people. So I will not hold this against them, I will be returning to have my battery replaced again and to get some new jewelry. I love this Zales.

I could cry I’m so freaking happy with my ring. My fiancé and I were practically treated like royalty when we were in the other day. Sherrie was the associate that helped us and not only did I meet my new go to jewelry gal but I made a friend. That is the kind of customer service that you can expect at this Zales location. Everyone was so friendly and I felt like they treated me just how they would have treated an old friend or even family. I love this Zales!!!

This is the third time me and my fiance have had terrible customer service at Zales. Twice at baybrook mall and once at another location closer to cypress. I just waited for 30 min listening to another customer complain about being charged for not having the warranty when they just got her number wrong.Then I got blown off when I was asking for the status of my ring sizing. Im very disappointed and expect better from a company people invest thousands of dollars in.

The best damn service I’ve gotten in that whole mall. I went to Kays and Helzberg and was completely ignored (I am a very dark skinned black man) but as soon as I walked into Zales I was told hello and asked if I needed any help. 30minutes and $9,500 later, I felt content and glad that I stepped into this Zales. I’m never shopping anywhere else.

The staff did not listen to my concerns. I need repair done on my diamond and she continued to write the repair for the baggettes and only wrote customer dissatisfied with previous work. Yes, PREVIOUS WORK. This is my 4th repair in 3 years.

Not pleased at all with the service or employees!!! First of all I called 2 days ago to check if my ring was ready for pick up since I never received a call and the lady that assisted me on the phone stated they called but that no one answered. I have zero missed calls and if that was the case why wasnt a voicemail left? So after confirming ON THE PHONE again 2 days ago that my ring was ready when I get there I get assisted by a lady that had a very unpleasant attitude not very welcoming at all just to get there and be told my ring is NOT ready after I called to confirm it was!!!!!!!!! Wasted 30min drive for no reason!! & maybe if the lady that assisted me would have had a little bit more understanding or would have a apologized for the inconvenience they cause me I wouldnt have been so upset but they never apologized and never even gave me an eta as to when it will be ready its been over 2weeks!! I work in customer service at a Dealership for over 8years now so I diffidently know that there employees definitely could use some training and if you cant have a pleasant attitude working for your company in customer service then you shouldnt be working there at all. Disappointed by the poor service I was given and bad communication provided by this company that caused me to waste my time I will most definitely not recommend this jewelry store.
