Went in for a oil change for my car and Charvon the person who received me was such a great help! Not only did he provided great customer service, but he got my car serviced in a timely matter. In addition, he answers all my questions and was courteous. Definitely will come again in the near future.

Their service department did good job. But their reply to custmers request was very slow, a little disappointed.My odyssey need recall in May 2021. So I made appointment for it. In the appointment, I add a comment if the repair parts for this recall are available, they did not reply to me until the appointment day. So I have to cancel it. According to my previous experience, if they have not order parts for the recall, they will ask you go home on appointment day and wait until the parts are ready someday later.I made the second appointment, and they did not reply to my request either. Then I made a call to them, they said that they have no parts and asked me to wait. Now two months passed, still no reply. I doubt they may forget this issue. The recall letter said this recall is important as the defects can make car suddenly stop on the highway.

Excellent customer service!! Originally I took my 2006 Honda Civic to Clawson Honda service department because I was having a problem with my air conditioning not working consistently. I received my car back after service and the issue continued. When I returned to Clawson Honda service department for the second time, the Service Supervisor Art Vargas and Service Advisor Adam Clark went above and beyond to find the root cause (belt tensioner) of the problem on my vehicle and they also provided exceptional customer service along the way.People make mistakes but its the action a person takes that makes all the difference. My parents recommended me to Honda Clawson, giving that they have bought 4 cars from you guys and recommend so many people here and continued to be loyal customers for the past years. After my terrible experience here they are done being customers and recommending anyone to shop here. You would think we would have gotten the best service giving that a manager was helping us. I went in Wednesday looking to trade in my car for a new/used one. They ran my fiancé credit and before we said multiple time we were doing NO down payment and they kept insisting. I told them run my credit to see if it helps with no down payment and they told me they didn’t want to run it because it was still going to require a down payment. We then went to a credit union ourselves to apply for a loan and we got approved for a 3% interest rate(we have great credit). We then got a txt message by a representative insisting for us to go back and we were gonna be taken care of. We go back and after getting numbers it was excuses as to why they couldn’t use the bank we got approved from. The manager then wanted to run MY credit this time with a 4% interest rate. Why would you run our credit if I already came in approved from Golden 1 at a 3 PERCENT? If that was the case Why didn’t they run my credit the day before to give us that deal we would have accepted it. Why did they tell me even if I be a co-signer there would be a downpayment but all of a sudden the next day it was possible after seeing us begin to get frustrated? A HUGE waste of time we wasted HOURS. I do not recommend ever coming here.

I usually never write reviews but this is an exception. The service at Clawson Honda has been the best that Ive experienced! The staff are always friendly and they treat and provide you service as if youre theyre only customer. I took my car in a couple times, for my AC unit to be serviced under warranty, and the technicians and representatives are very transparent about their job and inform me of the work that they have done. Which as someone that likes keep tabs on their car, is a very reassuring thing. This past visit in particular I was quite overwhelmed with their customer service. I took my car in because of a strange whine that was present while driving. To make a long story slightly less long, a costly repair that I would have to pay out of pocket got covered under warranty! I have to personally thank Marcy (or Marci), for getting this done. She has been the most helpful, caring, and amazing representative that Ive worked with at any dealership, bar none. I cant put into words how grateful I am for the efforts that she puts in to help the customer out. If you ever need service on your Honda, come to this dealership! They will take care of you here.

Just bought a Honda Civic May 2nd, financial department so unorganized and has been very overwhelming to my anxiety. A HUGE HEADACHE! For example I have never been asked to start my payments the same month when opening any type of credit.got my car on a lease and I was told to start my payments the same month of purchase which had already included my down.. nothing really seemed to fall into place when they were explaining the situation. When I had contacted the main corporation (customer services) about 2 to 3 times they were telling me I was never even on the system. When I was at the dealership purchasing my car, this wasn’t even explained to me, they didn’t even tell me that I wouldn’t be on the system, until making first payment in the same month as my down. When I went to the dealership to try and get things corrected, I was told everyone was new there in the finance department. Including someone that said they were new to this fresno department but had been elsewhere before.. I feel with all of them being new, they didn’t really know exactly what to do.Overall, I am new to Clawson Honda and I have already had an overwhelming experience! I was hoping to probably continue with Honda after the lease is up. But after all this I really don’t know what to do..

Lemon cars here..My 2017 Accord (bought new in 2017) started having issues after a year, took it back multiple times every year. Now replacing the starter and battery. Nothing is covered under warranty after 36,000 miles despite their life warranty advertisement because its not an engine issue.

My daughter had upgraded her Honda back in July 2020 and thats when we met the amazing social butterfly Mercedes. Mercedes told me Ill put you in a Honda Nikki I said no thank you. Well on Sunday I went in to see Mercedes and she put me in a 2021 Honda Accord. Mercedes has a heart of gold her energy is so contagious. If you had a bad day just go see Mercedes I promise you she has something about her that will change your mood. I appreciate you helping me and appreciate your all around positive attitude.

Fernando Cruz was such an amazing help. We were looking for a car and we went to another dealership won’t name it but the experience was not good. Once we got here, he was busy but still went out of his way to help us. If you want someone that can communicate and give you excellent service, Fernando Cruz should be the person to go to.

Service was excellent. But I was promised a free gas fill up if I did a survey. So I did yet no free gas. Called about my free oil change that I was also informed before buying the car, and it shows I don’t have the “Honda care”. Honda care was never mention when I was talking to the salesman . I was told I get 3 years of free oil service. But finance told me differently. Be honest with your customers, don’t be lying or selling lies. Never again. Make sure you get everything written.

Dealers take too much time to to give service I m boarded here

Went there today and tried to deal with them for a 2018 Civic Si. The first gentleman that helped us out was great and pretty helpful. Once we got to talking about pricing though and one of the sales managers was brought out it changed entirely. Not only were they clearly not willing to deal the manager was rude the entire time and refused to listen. I gave him a hard number that was my final offer and they still wouldnt budge. So finally I got up and walked out and said If you change your mind, call me back and youll have my business. The manager just looked at me and said I wont call you back. ....Yeah real family owned vibe you got goin there bud. Would never recommend buying a car from here and even if they call me back tomorrow with a better offer Ill be tempted to tell em no just because of how rude and arrogant that guy was. Congrats you guys just lost a sale....... Update 2/11/14- So I was car shopping a few months back in Nov. you were among the first car dealerships I went to and I can still say it was by far the worst experience. Oh and I did take mybusiness elsewhere and got the same car from Visalia Honda. Speaking of whom, were actually extremely helpful and not pushy arrogant salesmen. Ill probably be buying cars from them in the future, all i can say is ill never be going back to Clawson. Congrats on losin a 24k sale...... Went to test drive a 2020 Accord 2.0t sport. Within minutes of the test drive my wife knew this was the car she wanted. Our salesman Sergio was quick and polite. We explained what we wanted in a lease and within an hour or so we had a deal. Great car and great experience-no six hour slug-fest like at some other dealers!

We have been at clowson honda dealership for a hybrid car. we got very disappointed because of rude behavior of the staff.speacialy the guy name JOSE. it seems like they had a bad day. they were not willing to discuss regarding deals and offer. we complained to senior person and he was like yea we will take care of itthey have wasted our 2 n half hr..after that we went to TOYOTA and got new camry just within 20 minutes of conversation with KEN VIRKThere should be some respect if someone is going to invest thousands of dollar.

Poor communication. Made and appointment for an airbag recall service. Upon arrival to the appointment, they informed me that they will inspect and may have to order the part if necessary. I was also told it would take up from 3 to 4 hours, but it took five hours before I got a call about my vehicle being ready for pick up. When I went to go pick it up I was told to sign a paper and was given the receipt. When they said it was ready for pick-up. I assume that the full repair service was complete.A day later, I get a voicemail regarding my car. They stated that a part they ordered came in and is ready for have my car repaired. I was so confused. I understood that everything was completed when they called me and stated my car was ready for pick up, but no one communicated or confirmed that I have to return at a later date when I went to pick up my vehicle. This place is nice and friendly, but there was horrible communication and lack of consideration of my time.

Couldnt be happier. Great pickup at a good price. Met sales manager who had carfax in hand. Even let me use his computer to look up stuff my auto insurance policy. They even exchanged the wheels like liked and put them on the vehicle I liked. As said above, I couldnt be happier!!!

I can’t give 0 stars or I would. I had a horrible experience with Clawson and still living in the nightmare. I bought a used car, took it on a test drive and oddly enough the entire test drive was right turns. Once I was done signing my life over for the vehicle and leaving in it, I made a left turn and heard a loud thud (almost like I ran something over). Called right away and the sales manager told me to take it in, took it in and had to leave it of course, they called and said they didn’t hear anything but to make an appointment with the service department. Made an appointment and got a call that it was the sway bar and the part was being ordered. Weeks go by and no call, I call and get told “someone dropped the ball and never ordered the part” it was to be expedited and would be there the following week.... the following week no call, I finally called the week after and asked for the service manager Robert and had to leave a msg. Robert called a few days later and apologized and got my car in a few days after.. Well here we are a few months later and my car still thuds! To top this off my son was helping me get something that fell in the center console and lord be hold there was a SYRINGE in there. He saw the orange cap and said “mom something in there looks like the lid to a needle” I got my flashlight and looked and it was a caped syringe! I thank God my son didn’t pull the cap thinking it was something else. I have so much anger towards Clawson at this point that I can’t even come to call them as NO one in that place cares about customers! I’m paying for a thudding car and they knew it before they sold it, you can’t turn left without hearing it and I know EVERY car is inspected and test driven by the techs prior to being sold! When we arrived at your location we were looking for a 2017 Honda Pilot that was advertised and we waited for our original salesperson to help but, we were never greeted by anyone until Michael Mebane (who, was there on his day off!) approached us and tried to locate the specific Pilot (VIN#) and it apparently was sold. Michael proceeded to locate a unit that was comparable to our original but, had different colored interior. My wife was pleased with the tan colored interior and the pearl white.Michael then sat down with us and tried his best to get us the best price, negotiating back and forth we finally settled on a number we were comfortable with. The entire sales process was pleasant and low pressure. I went here on Jan, 2020 to look at cars and see what deals they had, I was very clear with them and told them that I was car shopping I was only looking to see what was convenient for my current situation. They told me that they were gonna check my credit only to see what it was looking like and to have a more accuracy to payments etc, I was told that IT WILL NOT APPEAR ON MY CREDIT REPORT, welll 7 months later that hard inquiry it STILL shows on my report!!

We usually dislike car shopping because the sales people seem a tad pushy, and purchasing a car is a a big commitment. We already knew what we wanted so that made the shopping part easier. As soon as we got to Clawson, Fernando approached us, very kind and made us feel welcomed. He made everything about us and really made sure that he was doing his part in helping us with our needs rather than pushing us to buy which made the experience so much better.
