Found car part for older car and quickly for reasonable price.

Tried to order bumpers for my car.. Tried, after several weeks of no call back, (was promised a call when my bumpers came in) called and got hung up on by a terrible employee, placed another order with a different person, call in the next day before I pick them up and was told the order was never placed and was quoted different prices each and every time these guys are a joke, no thanks

I ordered replacement hubcaps. I received a call advising me that the hubcaps ordered were scratched so if it was OK with me they would order different ones. They then called me to let me know they arrived. It only took a few days. Good service!

The wait time on the phone sometimes is bad but thats just because every one buys from them if any one has been there they know the staff there is on the phone 24/7 trying to help as many people as they can. The parts are great never had a problem and my sales rep Neri is the best!! always goes out of her way to help me out what ever i need they can find it here 👍👍

Unbelievable... I purchased a Transmission from these Yahoos on Thursday Guaranteed to be here in Salinas Ca on Monday... Monday comes and Dale said Oops...it was sent to Los angeles. Then tells me they screwed up and it doesnt have all its parts and that he is sending another one out of Bakersfield... Has 10K more miles... So today is Thursday (following Week) and still No Transmission. Very Very Bad company to work with... Quick to take your money... SMOOTH talking ... BAD Results Given.... Do your best to find your part ANYWHERE else.

I ordered two items: mirror and gas door. Both were for the wrong car company. Ive been waiting 5 months for a replacement but they keep putting me on hold or hanging up. I dont care what their prices are like but if they keep sending me the wrong item and still wont replace it, then just give me my money back.
