Last couple of times I’ve needed tires for my cars I’ve used Big Discount Tire Pros. They have good prices and great service. They frequently check back with me to make sure everything is ok with the tires. Always appreciate great customer service. Highly recommend them.

My most recent visit to this Big Discount Tire Pros store was for a synthetic oil change. Later, I was told that there might be a coolant leak, which could result in an overheated engine if not dealt with right away. An hour after I left the Jeep with the auto shop, I received a call from the auto shop saying that the mechanics found nothing serious regarding their concern of an overheated engine. Afterwards, I went back to the auto shop to pay for the services and got the Jeep back. The fact that these employees explained in detail the concerns during the oil change service made me understand an estimated time on how long the Jeep would be under their control, and the fact that the mechanics found no concerns after the pressure testing process on the car allowed me to pick up the Jeep earlier than expected. I am definitely planning to return to this auto shop at a future date.

I have used the same facility for over 20 years, even before it changed its name to Big Discount Tire Pros. Usually the quality goes down when new management/owners take over. Not the case here. The customer service has gone a step beyond. They actually check up on their work. Nicely done.

On the 15th of October, my car showed signs of broken tires and Weak. I brought the car to the Big Discount Tire Pros for repair. But they didnt find any Holes in my wheel. And they dont charge even though they have inflated and checked my four wheels. They say that if there is no damage, then no charge. What a great place for car owners to bring their cars to work

Love this place. I have 3 kids of driving age so we have a lot of older cars. Big Discount Tire Pros is the only place I trust to keep my kids safe and on the road. The service writers, Andy and Barak, are high info and low pressure. They tell me what I need done, what’s going to need fixing eventually, and have been told me when a repair wasn’t worth it given the age of the car. I recommend them without reservation.

This is a great place for all types of car services. The team is professional and very knowledgeable. Recently they cleaned one of my cars from diesel fuel that was accidentally added for very reasonable cost. They were fast and efficient and the car is like new again. Very happy to recommend them for all car repair needs.

Just this month, I had service done on my car and from there on, I’ve had no problems whatsoever feeling much more comfortable driving with new front struts knowing that Curt and his team did a very good job on it. This would be my second time doing business with them and would highly recommend their quality service to anyone.

I have been coming to Tire Pros for at least 6 years for alignments and tires. I have always gotten great service. They did a great job replacing my tire under a warranty and they did it when they were busy. I told them I had to go to work in a few hours. Great service, I will always use the Tire Pros.

I had needed new shocks for my SUV for a couple of years. Called for a quote on a set of Bilsteins and they were quite expensive. However, the service rep I spoke with told me he would research what other shocks were comparable and less expensive, then call me back. He called back in less than 15 minutes and gave me a cheaper quote on 4 comparable shocks and told me to come down. They were on quickly and I was back on the road. Thanks for the great service!

Bought some tires for my truck yesterday. I had done some comparison shopping and Big Discount offered the best price, and really good service. Curt made sure that I got the right tires, and noted that the ones the previous owner had put on were correct. With all the poor roadways and construction going on in the bay area it’s inevitable that our tires or wheels are going to suffer. I sustained a flat tire and wheel damage. I recalled that Big Discount Tire Pros in Fremont had taken care of my vehicle in the past at the recommendation of Tire Rack. Curt and Andy were able to resolve both of my issues. I will return when it’s time to put new tires on my vehicles. Keep up the good work.

There are dozens of Tire Shops between my house and Big Discount Tire Pros in Fremont, including one just a mile away. So what might you ask causes me to drive over 20 miles to go there?Curt Dunaway and his hard working crew including a master mechanic.Tires, alignment, batteries, oil changes and other maintenance problems will be handled with a high level of professionalism and at a great price. I’ve been getting work done by Curt at a different location for over 15 years and he is always honest and fair.Also if the plastic on your headlights are yellowing, his crew can fix that as well.

I recently took my car in because I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I anticipated having to get a new tire. However, to my surprise they were able to fix it and was honest enough to fix it and not require me to purchase an unneeded tire. Everyone there was knowledgeable, friendly and concerned with my problem.

Fast work. Be sure to check your hubcaps before you leave tho. After spending $650 for new tires I have to buy new hubcaps because one fell off 4 days later. Another $40 on Amazon.

I usually get my tires from Les Schwab, but due to a time crunch I thought Ill try them first time. Not only are they more expensive, the shop is much smaller and seems far less professional.The person at the front desk sent me a message at 5.33pm on my phone saying the car is ready for pick up. So I quickly called a rideshare and departed. He then called me back saying that if I wasnt there in 2 minutes, they are going to lock my car and not give it to me till the next day. He said they close at 5.30pm and that he told me this before. When I reached there, I told him that if you close at 5.30 then why are you sending me a message at 5.33 saying my car is ready for pick up.He blamed his computer system for this, and started giving all nonsensical excuses as to how it was my fault. Yes, blaming the customer for their lack of professionalism. Overall, he was very rude and condescending. There are much better tire shops within a couple of mile radius.

8/26/2021 at 11:46 am salesman BD I need replace my rear brakes they recommended me replace disc to my car has only 55 thousand miles I verily drive the car .so he told me if only brakes I need find somewhere else to do it so a hour of waiting he came back to told me he made a mistake from a Honda 2004 to a 2015 push start that I don’t need new disc but I remember he say if I do my breaks on the shop no need pay break inspection $85 dollars at the end charges me only rear break replacement and brakes inspection why ?questions why try sale or replace parts we don’t need this is fraud no good for your business I don’t want reach consumer care stuff please do what is right no more abuse people don’t know nothing about car at all thank you for your time read my experience in your shop

This place is good. Had to get a tire patched due to a nail. They patched it up quick and I was able to make it to work on time. Very reasonable price. I expect to come back when I need new tires.

This place is good, the customer service is pretty nice. I had been there for an alignment, they first test drove my vehicle, tested the alignment and told me how my vehicle was within the limits and informed that its not mandatory for me to do the wheel alignment at the moment. Which only meant that they are selling their services unnecessary and only act based on Customer inputs. They have good deals online and groupon.

Mike and Guido are super nice and helpful. They will never suggest unnecessary work to be done, and will help you get the most out of your car and your tires. They are very busy but still manage to get you in and out very quickly. The complimentary coffee is also above par for this type of establishment.

CarFax had an accidental reported service on my car from Big Discount Tire Pros in Fremont. The report contradicted service, make, model, and millage of my car. Due to this the CarFax report on my vehicle stated my car had its odometer altered and it had unusual service done on it. This is considered major fraud in the used car market and my car was flagged. My car now could never be sold or traded. The $17,000 used car value on my vehicle was now worthless and no dealership would trade in or buy my car. Andy at Big Discount Tire Pro in Fremont went above and beyond to contact CarFax on my behalf and correct the misinformation on my CarFax report. I have never had service with this business and they do not know me as a customer, yet the Manager Andy went above and beyond to correct this issue. If they treat a stranger with such efficiency I can only imagine the great quality of their work.

When I visited first time theyre not said terms and conditions of using coupon. Later they wont help me, they said this is our store policy I am fully disappointed with the service. If I am aware of the terms and conditions I can choose better option. Its waste of time and money

They tried to be helpful, but they replaced a tire sensor that kept malfunctioning and only when I went to the dealer and didnt get the 3rd party part did it work.
