I spoke to May about my order and she took care of everything! Made sure that the delivery happened ahead of schedule ! She definently came through for me. Give that woman a raise ! Her customer service is impeccable ! Even sent me a picture confirming my delivery. I would recommend her to everyone !

This team went above and beyond to make sure that a gift of appreciation made it to the ultimate recipient. My family wanted to send a thank you gift to a nurse who had taken extraordinary care of my mother while she was in the hospital. Aside from her address we had no other contact information which made delivery more difficult as there was no way to verify someone would be home at the time of delivery. Despite failed attempts, the team kept trying. So much gratitude for Maes support, perseverance, and commitment to land a successful delivery. Her efforts made all the difference and the delivery was ultimately made. The family could not be more thrilled. Thank you!!

Extremely disorganized, lady at the front only screams and doesn’t stop talking, they had people with preorders sit and wait over 2hrs to receive their mother day arrangement while other random people would constantly walk In and walk out with an arrangement.Do you self a favor and find another edible arrangement to shop from. This one is a disgrace!

Today is my son 8th birthday, I was in facetime with him when he received his birthday arrangement not, only she made him his night she started singing Happy Birthday to him which my sister witness and both were so surprise by her gesture and made his birthday extra special.

I received an arrangement from this location as a birthday gift for my daughter from my sister. The delivery person was incredibly conscientious taking time out to wish her a happy birthday; to our surprise he returned several hours later and delivered additional balloons wishing her a happy birthday on his behalf. The arrangement was presented well and fresh. I will personally use them should the occasion arise. Great service!

Went in there to get half chocolate half white strawberries, guy didnt have any so he made them for me no problem. He was a tall dude, super, duper friendly man. Great customer service. I usually dont do these reviews, but I had to lol, it was just a great experience.

My first time ever leaving a review and thats because its the most disappointing service Ive come across. I unknowingly made an error while making my online purchase and seeing as the money was removed from my card and a confirmation email was sent to me I was not under the impression that I did anything wrong. After expecting and early delivery and not seeing it I called the company just to hear that they did not place my order because I entered something wrong however had I not reached out I would not have learned this. Mind you the customer service Rep on the phone could careless and was speaking to me as if he sees nothing wrong with the situation. They asked for additional info and I sent it and called them back to ensure it was received. They told me they would take a look at it and call me back,so I waited, no call back. After about an hr and a half I received and email stating that they cancelled my order. At this point I was very upset, I called back and asked for the manager. The same Nonchalant customer Rep answered the phone and told me he would have her call me. Which took another hour. Mind you, the day Is almost halfway through and this is a business that suppose to make an occasion special. Im an avid review reader and had I googled them first I would have never order there. That one star you see above my post is only there because I cant leave it at zero.

Im for one to help out black businesses, and friends know this! This was absurd, I wanted my money back she denied me! So, I ordered from Rockville Centre. Not only did it get there before the original order, the woman there gave me the number to get money back! Not even with a star!

Really bad experience trying to send fruit to my Mother in Long Beach. Very unprofessional and attacking with their communication. Turned out to be a horrible experience and she never got her Mothers Day fruit. Highly suggest using any other of the franchises, but not this one!!!!
