What can I say? I have been lucky this year to have had two wonderful car buying experiences in probably the worst car buying era of my lifetime. The experience my wife and I had a Freeport Jaguar was simply phenomenal. Our salesman Ken Weitz was great. He was very knowledgeable, engaging, and patient. My wife has not purchased a new car in 15 years mainly due to the fact that she loved her old car so much, and Ken could not have made her feel more at ease. The business (finance) manager Peter was also very friendly and not at all pushy. I would absolutely purchase another car from them again without hesitation. I would be remis if I failed to mention Henry, the Encore specialist who spent time with my wife and I going over all of the new creature comforts of her care. My wife loves her new F-Pace and the experience at the dealership played a huge role in that. Thank you all again.

Thank you Freeport Jaguar for a wonderful car buying experience!I drove five hours from Maryland to purchase a vehicle in New York. Upon arriving at the dealership, even though I was late and it was after the dealerships closing time, I was greeted in a very friendly and professional manner. SCAM ALERT - AVOID THIS DEALER at all costs. They start the warranty on the cars up to a year before they sell the cars. My car needed a new intake manifold which would have been covered under the extended warranty but they started my warranty 4 months before I got the car and it was no longer covered. It cost me over $3000 for the repair. They do not tell you this. You only find out when your claim is denied because your warranty expired early. Corporate is aware of this practice and said they have seen customers have to pay $20k for a new motor because their warranty was started early. Per the dealers response this review was put in now because I was still giving the dealer a chance to make this right which they refused.

Do you have a jaguar- this is the place to go! After a not so great experience in Jaguar Manhattan, I needed to find another service shop I can trust. One who really has the customer in mind and goes above and beyond. This service shop is the ONE!Craig Landau an exemplar service advisor goes above and beyond! After multiple attempts to find a leak and visits, he makes sure you are treated like VIP. To note, he does this for all of his customers! If you can request a service advisor, I would HIGHLY recommend you choose him. I wouldnt trust anyone else.

Worst sales and service ever. 1)I negotiated with Nick for a Jaguar F pace with Heated and ventilated seats. When my car arrives there are no ventilated seats.2) The service there is sub par. Last time I went it it took two days to do a routine maintenance, and they forgot to inspect my car which led to getting 2 tickets for a late inspection.3) My cars entire radio and touchscreen decides to go on when it pleases. I can start the car in the morning and the screen is blank and nothing playing on radio4) TODAY my car is dead. Let me remind you that this is a 2019 Jaguar F pace and its been 4 hours plus trying to get roadside to assist me.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE.

What a joyful experience for my first car purchase/lease in >10 years since moving to NYC. Jimmy was extremely efficient, professional, patient, honest, determined, and enthusiastic throughout the entire 3-day process from the moment I walked in on Saturday evening 15min before the store closed (and he stayed late without so much as a glance at the time) and Tuesday evening when he made sure everything was just right from beginning to end. The entire team at Land Rover Jaguar Freeport was such a delight. After going to or calling several other regional Land Rover dealerships it was clear that the team in Freeport is different in great ways. I live outside the New York area. Purchased a 2017 certified Range Rover Sport from this dealer. After making the deal, it took me three weeks to finalize through no fault of my own. When I picked up the vehicle, I requested that it be cleaned. When I got it home you could clearly see that it had not been cleaned in awhile. The dealership said they had to apply for my state registration and license plates, and it has been 30 days and I cannot find anyone until day 31 that’s blames everything on my states DMV department. So now I am still waiting, hoping I do not get a ticket for expired drive out tags. You would think that because these vehicles are very expensive, the level of customer service would be much higher. With what I have had to go through with this dealership, if I had to do it over again, I would not. Customer service before and after the sale is needed, but was not at this dealership.

The worst they said they would deliver my car, then said they couldn’t do it. I came from NJ they said we would sign and go. We waited two hours no one asked if we wanted any coffee water or anything. Troy was the only one who would answer my questions promptly. It was like I bought a kia !

Avoid this dealer at all costs. They started the warranty on my car 3 and a half months before I purchased it without telling me. So the warranty expired early and I had to pay out of pocket for an an expensive repair that would have been covered. Jaguar corporate confirmed this practice and said some customers have lost a year of their warranty because it was started early and had to pay sometimes $20k for an engine replacement. I notified the management that the service department was not fixing my Jaguar properly and that I had to bring it back multiple times for various issues. For instance there was a clunking in the back which they said was the brake cable and readjusted it. It was a bad shock. They replaced the bad shock but did not install it properly and it had to be replaced again. They did a 4 wheel alignment and returned the car with the wheel crooked. The changed a tire and broke the valve stem so I drove away with the tire going flat. They have left various tools on the leather seats and have broken various fittings and left the engine cover screws off after an inspection. I asked them to explain the extended warranty to me and they would not. When I spoke to Donna Winston and the service manager Steve their response was to refuse to service the car any more. I have purchased two Jaguars from them already. The previous service manager Chris had ordered many good will parts for the car including a new convertible top that was prematurely wearing. Chris had left the dealership and when the parts came in they did not notify me. Instead they waited until my car was out of warranty, sent the parts back to Jaguar and sent me a letter that they would not cover it anymore. If you service your car here whatever you do dont complain to them or they will kick you out. You will get much better service at the other dealers. Even the owner Jack Weidinger did not care about the problems with his service department.

Only reason Im giving them a 4 star instead of 5 is because when I picked up the car, there were noticeable grease marks on the interior of the car. Also the loaner car I was given was a Jaguar car, I would have preferred a similar class Range Rover or better.

Came all the way from Knoxville, TN to buy a CPO Jag F-Type & received first class service the entire time. Sales consultant, Gary Elias, was a pleasure to work with. Peter & Jahcory were also great. Even after having already purchased the vehicle, dealer made the decision to replace all 4 tires which had less the 8k miles due to small signs of dry rot on final vehicle inspection. I gave 4 Stars due to the Gentleman that assisted me (service representative) He was very Kind! I would have gave five Stars if it was documented or explained to me by the service repair guy what is that fabric coming from my front light, I cannot pull it or remove it manually too difficult its attached to something. You have to be close to recognize it, but I know its there so it annoys me ;)I will follow up when I go back.

Wonderful service, full dedication and prompt attention to please the costumers, I love Jaguar of Freeport. Our sales representative, Peter Nawrocki, went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly the F-Pace we wanted, and he delivered well beyond our expectations. When Jaguar Great Neck closed down, I was left with two locations that were less than practical for me to get my car serviced. Luckily for me, I chose Freeport where Daniel Blatt, Service Manager, went out of his way to fix the issues that my previous service advisor at Great Neck couldn’t fix. Daniel and his team also provided the best costumer experience imaginable by getting me a loaner car every time, getting my car back in time and always in pristine condition.

I was extremely happy with the experience, and they were extremely respectful. I just bought a Range Rover Supercharge. Peter, the sales person, was very patient with me. He did not rush me and was very pleasant to deal with. Don Masters, the Finance Manager, was able to get me approved with Tier 1 pricing which was unbelievable. I do not know how he did it because my credit is in the 600s. Mark, the Assistant sales manager, was a class act. Rick, the tech specialist, was extremely knowledgeable about the car and genuinely cared that I understood everything before I pulled out. I truly recommend this dealership if you want to purchase a Range Rover.
