I’ve been buying paint and finishing products from Sherwin Williams ever since the Spectrum store on industrial drive closed - but I had heard great things about these guys, so I have them a try. My first experience with them was very good - knowledgeable and helpful, etc... I came away pleased. Then, last week I decided to re-paint one of my cars as a personal project. On Saturday, during the job, when I popped the top on the activator it was all gel inside. Luckily, I had activator from Sherwin Williams that is compatible, so I finished the job. I went back this morning to exchange the activator and purchase a gallon of clear coat, and the guy I dealt with was condescending, rude, and unprofessional. It was a personal project, but our business for the shop and any future business from me will not be going to Finishmaster.
