We had such a great experience while investing in our “night life”! We didn’t really know what we were looking for exactly, but when we got there Joe greeted us within a few minutes. We expected a car salesmen type situation, but it was nothing of the sorts. He was very professional, but also super down to earth. In fact him and my husband talked about to shows for about 10 minutes while I snuggled up on a purple mattress. There was zero pressure, he was very knowledgeable and also personable. I would definitely recommend this store location and I definitely recommend you speak to Joe… you will be so glad you did. We get our mattress delivered tomorrow and they just reached out to communicate the delivery details again. Great customer service all around so far!!

Dealt with Tony and he was phenomenal. We wanted to keep the tradition of the 5 star review as Tony truly earned it. He goes above and beyond to make sure that the customer is satisfied at the end of the day. We were looking to buy a mattress for our elderly mom. Went here first because of its positive reviews and location close to our home. There were two salesmen and two couples in the store looking for mattresses. None were wearing masks (not our personal preference but okay…). When the salesman approached us I kindly and respectfully asked him if he could put a mask on for our interaction as we are with vulnerable people (our elderly parents) frequently. He said he “didn’t even have one” as he stood three feet away from a stand by the front door with hand sanitizer and a box of surgical masks. We left immediately. A simple request for a reasonable accommodation lost them a sale and a family of customers.

(Keep in mind that there is the potential cost of paying the difference if you want a mattress that is more than what you originally paid. Floor models can be available and help save you money, but because of this they can sell quickly).The delivery is also great! You have a window of time when they drop off the delivery and get a call and text when they are on their way. I believe they even have a QR code that you can now scan that gives you more updates on where your mattress is. The delivery guys are so patient and polite while you look over your new mattress and are in and out quickly and efficiently!

Joe Reilly was our sales associate. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. I like talking to a sales associate who takes pride in their job by taking time to learn about each product, its respective warranty, and how it compares to another product. I gave 5 stars because of Joe but I think the store itself deserves 2 stars. It could use a little life in it. The floors and walls are plain and it feels like a cheap warehouse. A nice store says a lot about where a business priorities lie and this particular location tells me they dont invest much into their brick & mortar stores.

What a great first experience with Mattress Firm and working with Tony DiChiara! Weve been looking for a mattress for a while now and had been interested in Purple but hadnt found them in any stores to try out first. On a random Friday we were passing the store and saw they indeed had Purples in store. What was supposed to be a lets just go look while were in the area turned into we really love this mattress and need it asap. Tony took so much time and care to explain everything to us about the Purple mattress and how they are different from conventional mattresses. He was extremely knowledgeable, answering our numerous questions and when it came time to get down to numbers, he was able to give us such a great deal on the mattress and an adjustable base making it so much easier to decide to go with Mattress Firm versus buying with Purple direct. The delivery was quick too, we ordered on a Friday and was able to have our first slumber on the new bed on Sunday night.
