Was regular customer with Great service every time with no complaints until last visit. All other times the grandson came, and was nice and friendly. Last visit the main owner delivered for the first time to our house, said our driveway was too steep and said quote “next time, call somebody else.” Refuses to let his shop do any more business with us, even though his grandson had no complaints every-time before him. Didn’t want to break his driveshaft, he said? It’s steep but it’s regular blacktop. Sad that he refuses us service, because the family is really nice. If you live on a hill, I would find somebody else.

They are by far the best oil company around. They deliver next day if not same day. Billing practices are always fair and customer service is unparalleled to other oil companies.

Five stars every time. Great business and great family. If you need fuel Estes is who you call period. I ordered early and got my fuel oil delivery the same day. Not sure what the two star review was about. Thank you for being there for us and countless families over the years!!!

Good folks. I have been doing business with them for 6+ years and have had no complaints. Both office and delivery are professionals.

Price is equal to market. Ordered oil first thing in the morning but they could not deliver same day. People at the office were professional. Make sure the company gives you a date on delivery.
