We love this store. Not only do they have a wide selection, Steve and other players are so friendly and help you purchase what you need. We have never had such great customer service. This place is warm and welcoming and feels more like a family than a business. My shy 16 year old has come out of his shell. He loves playing in the weekend tournaments held there. The owner works his tail off to get whatever you need. I wish I could give this place 10 stars

I travel for work and go to Games Workshops all over the US. This is an ok one. The manager was nice but the store was a bit lack luster. Its the smallest store I have been to and it was a bit disappointing. If I was close, I would go here but I have been to better equipped GWs.

Best experience I could have asked for out of my first experience going into a Games Workshop store. very helpful staff, was able to make up an answer(as he put it) to every question we had. he did a great job guiding me to what my army was missing. also very helpful with what I needed to get my kids army going. definately will go there again.

Drove 45 minutes and it was worth the drive.The shop had everthing from paint minis and a gentleman whos name i failed to get who will gladly give you assistance. Friendly staff and overall a welcoming environment. They are serious about safety so WEAR YOUR MASK.

Store was beautiful and organized. Looked like they had some very nice tables to play on.The gentleman on staff was very helpful, friendly, and informative.Given a choice, I would come here as opposed to any other game shops in the area for 40k needs.

Im a new player. I got into the game mainly through model painting. The ownee was just fantastic. He not only took the time to explain everything I needed to start, he set up a small game, so he could teach me to play. This was before I spent a single dollar!Top notch store. The owner is an expert in gaming and painting, so he has all the bases covered

Beautiful store, amazing owner. Very knowledgeable when it comes to the games, products, release dates, and lore. The prices you see on the Games Workshop website are the prices here. And if you want to know if he has something in stock, just call ahead. He always tells people to make the call before they drive all the way out to see him, just because he knows hes the only shop in the area for most people. 110% recommend going in to browse and chat though!

The staff here is incredibly helpful and passionate about the game, and they helped me with every question regarding model making/painting/playing/collecting/etc. Ive been twice in the past week now, and have spent hours discussing plans for the game. Stopped by this store while on vacation since my son loves Warhammer and theirs not one near us. Steve that works there is VERY helpful and informative! The store was pretty busy and he took the time to answer all my sons questions and helped him pick out certain things he was looking for. He heard my 7yr old daughter talking about wanting to paint a figure and he showed her a huge poster of a girl Warhammer character, gave her a mini figurine of her and even took the time to put it together. She was so excited!

Exceptional staff, friendly and helpful customers. If you are not familiar with the GW hobbies, it is a premium price point but the models are top notch. The location is quiet and back from the main street. Parking is usually not a problem but it is limited and shared with other businesses. Access to the main roads can be restricted due to traffic and limited traffic signals nearby.Overall, it is a great store and I try to visit every couple of weeks.

Always seems to be a game going if you want to watch, and a few different boards to play on if youve got the time. Well stocked walls, from paints, to books, to models. Theres usually an event coming up that brings the community together - and theres good food choices nearby.

This place is awesome. The manager Robbie is a really cool guy that is super nice and knowledgeable. Because of him me and mine decided to get into the hobby. When my girlfriend and I had our forces ready enough for a battle, he oversaw our fight, helped us understand various game mechanics, and gave us tactical hints.(Though if we have had more time, I would have won).The store is always clean, is stocked well, and if they dont have what you want, there is a terminal to order it to arrive at the store. The atmosphere of the store is such that you can go there to work on your models in a relaxed pace, play games and have fun, or just chill and talk.

Ive been to GW shops all over the country. This isnt the biggest, it isnt open 7 days, but the selection is good, the environment is clean and friendly and the owner goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and answer questions. That makes it one of my favorite GW stores. My daughter loves the place.

Almost every Games Workshop store Ive been in has been excellent, but the Nashville/Franklin store is among the best. Robby is one of the best store managers Ive met at any gaming store! He has an excellent knowledge base of every single product he has in his store and can assist with any purchase you make. Whether youre coming in for a specific product or need some assistance picking a model or gaming system, you will find the support you need to make the best choice possible here. I do wish there was a touch more gaming space, but thats a situation thats easily rectified and not typically an issue, especially if you join one of the gaming Facebook groups to schedule or plan games. I highly recommend my favorite GW store to everyone interested!

We were not able to go in because the hours online say that they are open on Tuesdays. But when we got there the hours on the door stayed they are closed on Monday and Tuesday. So I am currently only reviewing the hours being inconsistent online versus being at the store.

Been coming here most weekends of 2019. If you like Games Workshop brand this store is a lot of fun. It is a smaller store of this type, compared to the Turkey Creek one in Knoxville or the one that used to be in Opry mills. This means the inventory cant have a large amount of the more obscure items. The staff is happy to help you order for in store pick up.There is 1 painting table, 3 open gaming tables, and if you ask you can use the demo tables as well. In the back their is additional scenery that can be setup. Plus the staff are very open to questions and can work as mediator if there is a dispute during your game session.The store is very responsive to the community. Adjusting hours during the summer or shifting date on events if their is a strong will in the community. The Facebook page is kept up to date and on average their is at least 1 event happening per week.If you are thinking about starting the hobby they will discuss your options with you. Teach you how to assemble a model. Teach you the Citadel painting systems. Youll walk away with 1 model and a good idea of what your getting into.As for the prices their is a bit of a premium on items. This is to allow for all the other things you can do in the store for free.The community is friendly.In the end it be nice if their was a bit more space. That being said the store is probably right sized for the community.

The store manager Robby is awesome. He has always been extremely helpful when picking out new models.If you are just starting out with Warhammer then Robby will help out in any way he can.They hold different tournaments often throughout the year. You can even come up there for a pickup game if you are in the area.The location is a bit hidden from plain view though, but GPS will lead you right there with no issues. The area can get a little congested with traffic so be aware of that when traveling here.Also...dont drop your kids off here while you go shop and run errands. Ive seen parents do that and then Robby is left there basically babysitting them so do everyone a favor and dont do it.
