It was a wonderful experience. Small and more personable which made it comfortable. Last minute we were able to get my son a tuxedo for prom and within a couple of days it came. Thank goodness! The focus on clientele felt more intimate and the lady who helped us was very friendly and answered our questions with ease. Thank you so much for catering to our needs at such last minute

Love this place. They make renting a tux very easy. Drop off is a breeze!My son ripped his pants while doing a crazy dance and felt terrible about it. Expecting to have to pay for the damages, we were told there was no charge and to just make sure to use them again. What a nice “customer focused” surprise! We definitely will, and will also make sure we let others know.

Mark and the team at Street Tuxedo made sure that I had the perfect suit with the perfect fit for my event. The personal service was excellent. BTW - bonus for wedding parties and groups of guys getting ready for prom - they have a pool table to use while waiting on other guys getting fitted. Great service!

Purchased a very nice suit for an upcoming wedding. Fit great, walk up to the cashier and they offer the rental price. I wanted to purchase the suit. On the way out they mention, oh yea! please return shoes, shirt, tie, and garment bag. They then neglect to mention they are closed on Sundays, even though that is probably my fault. The suit still had back vents and pockets all stitched up as well as poorly hemmed cuffs on the jacket and pants. Disappointed in the general service when purchasing an expensive suit and general demeanor of the customer service when I called. The only thing going back will be all the stuff I have to ship back now on my dime.

Walked in right before closing time, but still got excellent service and pricing on suits for our entire grooms party. Will definitely be using Street Tuxedo for any formal wear needs from now on!

Ordering, measuring, etc., was fine for the tuxes. However, my husbands tux (remember this is the grooms tux for the wedding...should be the most important one to get right) was missing shoes and the tie was completely incorrect. He had on a light gray bowtie when it should have been a dark gray necktie. Extremely disappointed. This is after I called THREE times to ensure the order was correct.When I called to complain they said had they known, they would have fixed the issue. However, with ours being a morning wedding, we were just out of luck I guess. We were told if we ever needed tux service again, they hoped we would use them. Um no. Definitely not. The first thing a bride notices when she gets to the alter to marry her husband should not be that his tie is completely wrong.Fair warning for anyone doing business with this company.
