Love this locally owned store with unique products. They also support and showcase many local artists and businesses. They also give back to charity on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. Shop online or in store. There is something for everyone here.

Great store and great service. It’s enlightening to see you have the freedom and the choice to wear or not wear a mask. Refreshing to see critical thinkers and giving citizens the right to choose what’s best for their health. Masks do nothing! When the US death rate has not increased the last 4 years at 0.9% during a pandemic it’s time to look at the numbers and think harder. Well done. Customer for life!!!

What a gem this store is!! The staff is always kind and friendly. The offerings are BEAUTIFUL. The vibe is immediately calming and comfortable the moment you walk in the door. I love that some products are staples but the turnover of new things is regular. Always something new to see.

The sweetest store and the sweetest staff. All of their offerings were so beautiful and I am so thankful to have such a beautiful store in Franklin. I have spent thousands of dollars in this store, and a strong believer in shopping locally. I am no longer shopping at a store who does not enforce the mask mandate..and the excuse was they socially distance which was not the case yesterday. If they dont care for my welfare I no longer care for their economic wrlfare. ALSO, RESPONSE OF OWNER SAYING i only spent $709.00 is totaally inacurate. Also if you say you will sicial distance then maybe follow your own policies.

Sanctuary always has the perfect gift for me to give friends. I always find a little something for myself too. I love the clothing.

I went into this store to pick up a candle for a birthday gift. I was overwhelmed at the selection of candles and other unique, southern product that was in the store. I was sidetracked by the jewelry and clothing as well as the unique home accents....and that was only in the front half of the store!

This is an adorable gift shop with some really cute items. I went there on 7/20 around lunch time and have literally never felt invisible until that day. The girl working in the store was so consumed by her computer that she never once acknowledged my presence. Even as I walked right by her, she didn’t look at me. That’s pretty terrible customer service.

I love this store so much. I am from Atlanta, but my son and his family live in Franklin, Tennessee. I can’t wait to get to Sanctuary South. It is an AMAZING. STORE.
