Ummm...how long has this here? Ok, its very unassuming from the outside. I almost didnt bother going in but I was looking for a chalk paint retailer that was supposedly in this shopping plaza who I could not find. I finally gave up and stopped in here on a whim. And guess what? The retailer was inside this HUGE marketplace! I can tell you, hands down, thus is probably THE best place to come if you are looking for a gift. There are booths of all types from clothing, home decor, antiques, dried floral, personalized items, sports team items, bath and body, food, tea towels, framed maps of local towns, art, and the list goes on and on and on. I need to have a serious talk with my friends who knew about this place and kept it a secret. They have shopping carts and the booths are all in neat rows. You check out at near the front and the cashiers are very friendly and helpful. I saw a sign saying they accept returns. There is also a cafe inside where you can grab coffee and a snack and have a seat with a friend if need a break from shopping the huge warehouse. Kudos to the creators!

Large, indoor marketplace with various vendor boutiques to browse and find anything from clothing, art, gifts, & home decor, to bath items, stationary, and jewelry. You will more than likely spend hours here! They have multiple fitting rooms available, an upscale, artisan sandwich Cafe, and an art gallery. 🎨

This place is BIG. Go with the intention to spend over an hour. There are so many different vendors here. If youre looking for handcrafted or homemade anything, it seems like its here. If youre looking for something unique to gift someone from Franklin, this is a great place to start. We enjoyed the local honey that we bought. It feels good knowing youre supporting family owned and local!

Pretty much a dream world of craft items. You will need about 3 or 4 days and a new pair of shoes to see it all. There is a restaurant/bar to refresh your soul- makes the experience even more enjoyable. They have the coolest stuff, I just wish less of it was from overseas. This store is so Special. Its refreshing and so nice. I need to go back. Its perfect for special gifts or decorating your home. Just go get a buggy take your time and stroll.

The store is actually cool. I had no idea what it was and would have never gone inside if it wasnt for someone setting up a meeting at the cafe inside. I think it needs to go through a re-brand that is more inviting and informative because Im sure if people knew what was inside theyd have more customers.

Friendly Staff, a Cornucopia of Crafts and unique Items! The Man Cave area is almost ready, and its a welcome break from Shopping! Great Coffee! This is local People pouring their Hearts and Talents into their Craft! These Folks help keep America Great!

If you cant find what youre looking for, youre not really shopping at Painted Tree. The restaurant within the Painted Tree is a great meeting spot or a stop off in the middle of shopping the aisles within the marketplace. Loved the experience!

Such a fun shopping experience. The only downside is that shops rotate out quite frequently... so if you like something from a certain shop, buy it right then or it might not be there tomorrow.It is a mix or stuff, and some stuff is the cheap internet fashion stuff, but hey - st least you dont have to wait for it to ship from China!

It was fantastic! I love the unique shopping items. My daughter is addicted to socks and loved the cool socks she bought. I also bought a lovely leather wallet with a guitar on it. You all need to go to the Painted Tree and have good walking shoes because its big! 😊

I love this place. Just walking through it, there is so much to look at. Everyone is so friendly and I feel like there is something for everyone. It has a great layout and I love that the aisles are named like streets. I have a few favorite vendors so its handy to just know the street name and go right to them. Ecstatic they opened this location so close to home.

Very disappointed! I was given a gift card in December 2019. When I went to make a purchase, I was told I could not use the gift card, that their new system would not read it? They girls up front called the manager- Josh- whom said there is nothing they can do.So my “old” gift card was purchased in December, COVID closed everything in March, and stores reopened in June? So my gift card was able to be used for two months? This makes no sense at all. I wish there was a customer service number to get some resolution for this.

Incredible talent and creativity among various vendors. The Painted Tree shopping experience is definitely worth your time. Great shopping in a group or in solitude! So much to see, appreciate and bring home. Upscale, but can find great prices. All the details are covered. You will find something unique, and just for you or the one you are thinking about. The whole place is inspiring. You are sure to get ideas and items for something to renew spaces that are important to you! I’m going to go often!

A variety of hand-crafted and curated products that are well-displayed. Broad aisles, clean restrooms, helpful staff. A great place to find one of a kind gifts, trendy decor, and fun keepsakes. Still space for a few more vendors.

This place is uniquely wonderful and a must see! I wanted to get something from each booth because it was all so beautiful and local! 200+ booths of everything you could think of! Can’t wait to come back for home decorations and presents for others!

Lots of booths! There is so much variety there. Artwork and home decor and clothing and candles and craft materials and jewelry. Do yourself a favor and carve out an hour or two to go and browse the booths and find something fun. You can tell that many of these booths are curated with care and style.

It’s a great place to shop with lots to see. Saturday check out line was long and I think I was over charged by $10 on an item I purchased but didn’t want to stand in line again. Also, the return policy is ridiculous, 48 hours !
