Its bad enough to listen to muzak in businesses but I had to listen to an employee singing loudly reagge music. Other shoppers looked annoyed. Another employee asked if I needed help and I replied asking where the fine thread bots were. Those would be metric he replied. WRONG. Totally different. Poor selection meant I had to buy grade 8 bolts which are way more strength than needed. No more shopping there.

Went in for some plumbing needs and they had exactly what I was looking for. Asked an employee for his thoughts on my project and he provided some knowledgeable expertise. Very pleased with my experience at this Ace Hardware.

Very very ignorant. Got my shot for nothing because this store will NEVER lift the mask mandate & they are SO RUDE about it. Will NEVER shop here again. Go to Home depot, they at least respect peoples individual choice.

Usually this store was a reliable hardware store. Now it is not most of the crew are younger now and cannot find the right thing themselves. Not to mention I bought an item that did not last a week. I brought it back with the receipt and they would not exchange it for me. Is this how any customer should be treated! Not to mention I am a Senior. They simply did not care about anything I had to say. I will not be going back there ever. Best thing here stay away. The old owners were much better people.

Friendly, helpful staff! Ordered a car key. When it came in, they called and set appointment for the next day. It was cut and programmed. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Thanks Park Ace Hardware!

Just wanted to say a quick and awesome thank you to the staff here. My go to......Home Depot. No Longer. We have a new home for hardware and just awesome people. Ace Hardware in Frankfort! Bill the Manager. Fantastic! He not only had our grill assembled, but delivered same day by 5pm. We were there at 1:30pm. Chris, Front end Supervisor gave us a $50 gift card. Derrick delivered our new Weber Grill and took the old one away. Thank You Guys So much for making today a great day at our house.Customers for life!

Very amazing staff and very good help. I was helped by a taller younger gentleman who had blond hair that went to the sides, I believe his named started with a T. The only bad part was that he was very rude and when I told him that’s what I need he responded with” well what do you need then cause your not making any sense”. I continued to tell him but he walks away and no one else helped me so I had to walk out with nothing in my hands. Will not be coming back!
