Kim was VERY informative about the storage unit and had great customer service. She gave me so much information that I didn’t have to ask anything. She also made sure I was good to go and how to use the locks and gate key.I highly recommend this business!

We have used this location before, and they have always been friendly. However, this time, they were even better! Kim is fantastic! She was very kind and professional on the phone, and gave even better customer service when I went into the office! She worked hard to make sure that we were getting the best price possible, and couldnt have been more personable and kind. The units & grounds are always very clean and organized. Manager that runs the place is great. She goes above and beyond. She remembers the extent of my close head injury and she reminds me of important rules, dates rent is due, closing time, etc and I appreciate her care for me and my life saving dog Sadie.Plus the price is great compared to Storage places in Colorado Springs.Just don’t ever plug your phone into an outlet to quickly charge and take your eye off it. I had plugged in a back up charging box and it was stolen along with my iPhone cord and plug altogether to replace cost me $80!

Its a nice clean friendly place to store your things, only trouble Ive run into time and again is with the access gates. They always seem to erase your code and have almost been trapped inside a couple times.

I just want to say, Kim was so kind and amazing in helping our family after my brothers death. I had been the only authorized person on my brothers storage unit after he passed away in Feb. 2021. I live in Alaska, and our sister on the East Coast. Kim was clear on what we needed to do, and thoughtful with her kind words and helpful throughout the process of closing the unit, and disposing of unwanted contents.Much appreciated during our time of mourning not only our brother who passed in Feb, but also our father that had passed just before, in Dec.Thank you so much!

I came in about 10min before closing. I was still showed the unit I was interested in before purchasing it and she took her time making sure all paperwork was correct. She also made sure I received my military discount.

It was a little hard to find, the gos had me go to the other side of the complex and I had to circle a couple times until I figured it was behind the car wash.The place wasnt well lit so it was hard to see. There was no light in the unit itself nor was there power for a light.I wouldve preferred to be able to see what I was doing when unloading and storing.But it did look well maintained.

Great place for moving military families. Contracts are easy and staff is helpful. I was incredibly impressed when the owner personally took care of us when my husband came home from deployment and we needed to cancel and get refunded for the month we had already pre-paid. He went above and beyond. As a small business owner myself I was very impressed! Support small businesses and let these guys earn your business.

Ive never had any issues with this place.. but theres a really rude front desk lady. Said her name was Kim.So Ive been paying my moms storage for the last 5 months. Called in to get her next bill pay date and after I have provided all the personal information she needed she said she still didnt think I was who I said I was and she was trying to protect their clients information secure by asking me other personal questions🤔🤔 humm I dont think I called in to get the information I just gaved her, just for a due date.🤔🤔Wierd how they dont ask me for personal information when paying my moms bill but apparently they do to get a date. she was just having a bad monring I guess and wanted to give someone else a hard time.Hope your rest of the day goes well Kim. I would rate Valley Mini Storage a 5 star! Not only do they have the best prices in town, they have several security cameras providing 24/7 footage and the staff is very polite and educated. They will work the best they can with you when problems come about and understand everyone is human. Check out the overall website, customers have been with them for 20 plus years! I have had a storage unit here since 2007. Throughout all of my storage needs the staff has accommodated me. The owner is not such a bad guy either. Lolol

Been using for a few years. Decent prices for the space, esp compared to others in the area. Has raised rates a couple times though. Nice office staff. Accessible after hours and on weekends, etc so we love that.

This is an excellent storage facility. Good security, good access control so my property is safe. The price is reasonable too.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I called and had them place a unit on hold and I was reassured I would have until close to sign the lease. When I got there I was told there was no units in hold and they did not have that size available anymore. Lovely. Took my business some where else.

NO MICE! I had my things stored here for TWO YEARS and when I finally got my things, it was just as I had left it! Such a relief since Colorado and Mice problems tend to go hand in hand. Wonderful Staff too!!

Rented a unit 5 months shy of a year. When we moved out found out there was mice in the unit. Had no problem until we found out about the mice he told the lady she said they do have mice problem. Did not say anything about fixing the problem. Had quite a bit of damage to the stuff I had in storage.

I was looking for a storage place for a friend that is moving! The people there are very nice and helpful! I would recommend this storage facility to everyone .

I totally do not understand some of the negative reviews here. I have rented several different storage units all over El Paso County. This is by far and I mean by far the best storage unit company around. Nothing but good experience with valley mini storage from the pleasant people in the office to the clean and very secure lot to the fair prices. Never raised rent amount as others have done at every opportunity. I fully understand why I had to wait for an available unit here and others always have units ready at all times. Oh and a side note, no creepy people living in these units either like i experienced with the multi location franchise on astrozon.

If I could zero stars I would. Warning to all who are thinking of using this place, Dont. Mice got into pictures of mine that are irreplcable. We stored our things here less than a month and mice chewed the legs of my antique dresser and droppings and mice urine was all over everything. The manager asked if I had any food in the storage unit and I said no I had not but I believed that there was food being stored there by other people and there was a lady behind us had a bunch of food and was caught storing food. She took no accountability for the damage to all my things. All she could do was apologize and said that she wouldnt charge me for the final week of my stay witched she already waved before my items were stored there because we werent staying the month. Then she said that she would quarantine that area and get rid of the mice as if it would do me any good.

The staff are incredible and the unit rates are much lower than many other storage units.

Bad service and talk down to you. Called my things rubble but yet it wasnt rubble when they went thru it and profited from my ruble. Left hand never knows what the right is doing.
