We did not have our RV serviced here but the service manager, Alex, was very helpful when I called inquiring about a warranty question. He was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining Camping Worlds policy, unlike another local Camping World location I called prior to the Fort Worth location. He returned my phone call very quickly and had superior customer service, which is why I imagine he is in a managerial role. The receptionist, Marissa, was also very friendly and had excellent customer service. She was helpful both times I called and checked on me while I was on hold. If you are in need of a Camping World in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, I highly recommend this location based on their customer service!

I bought a used travel trailer from camping world gander last year. I had one issue after another. I lost confidence in the trailer. I blamed myself for not looking close enough at it before purchasing. I felt camping world didn’t look closely enough at it either. So I decided to see what it would take to get into a new trailer. I had very little hope since I was so upside down on my loan. I contacted camping world and told them about my experience with the old trailer. To my surprise we were able to work out a deal. I felt they went out of their way for me. I felt they weren’t just trying to get another sale. They truly wanted to help. I truly appreciated and was surprised by their effort. My confidence in them was fully restored and I’m very happy with the new trailer and payments.

Had a great experience reviewing purchase options for campers with Burl Thomas. He took into account the needs and wants for both myself and my wife. Was signing for a rv. After the banks wanted more down. We said no and went about happily until I found out they swapped me and my cosigner on the paperwork. Only found out because the banks ran my cosigner credit several more times after we refused the offer.And I quote to try and sweeten the dealAnd its normal to put the person with the higher credit score on as primary true. BUT I ALSO SAID THEY ARE ONLY COSIGNING.

Went there to get a couple tubes of silicone sealant and the brand I was looking for was not there. So I wanted to look at a couple of rocking chairs for my rv... and I noticed that several employees gathered around the registers in the front. Not one bothered to ask if I needed help so I left.

My wife & I purchased a 2016 Forest River Wildcat 5th Wheel. Our process started out really good. After that things were a little rough at times... Rudeness from the Finance dept on the telephone, an unprofessional service tech, missing delivery items & me missing 4 hours of work because of repeated delivery issues that had NOTHING TO DO with the delivery driver. In spite of those issues, we are giving a 5 star review because not only was the RV beautiful, several employees made up for everything afore mentioned. Rick, our salesman, was amazing and straightened out every issue we had expediently. Dean, the service manager, was also incredibly helpful and stepped in immediately to ensure we were taken care of. Not only did he also play a huge role in helping to resolve every issue, he also gave us a $250 gift card for our troubles. Burl, one of the sales managers, was very kind and professional as well and always smiling. He even came out of his glass tower often to greet and help customers. The store employees and the dealership receptionist were also very helpful and professional. Overall, we wanted to give a 3 star review, but as I statedabove, the hard work and helpfulness of Rick, Dean, Burl, the store staff & the receptionist, we are willing to give a 5 star review. Do not hesitate to visit Camping World in Lake Worth. Just make sure you are asking for Rick, Burl & Dean for any of your needs or issues.

Worse than a used car sales process. Old school get the most out of you sales processes, pushing for early commitment signatures and such. Price was decent on the camping trailer, so I atleast gave two stars.

Victor was a hoot. We had a lot of fun picking out an RV for our parents. He made the task fun. He was very proficient at his job.

We bought our RV from this location and the staff go above & beyond for their customers - I couldn’t be more pleased. Every time we come to Texas and call to use their Rv dump, something is always wrong with it. The last time they had trailers parked in front of the dump and couldn’t get to it. This time it was was down and wouldn’t be ready until November 1st. So if your just passing through and need a dump, we’ll good luck

I cannot rave enough about the Fort Worth location. I instantly felt like this was the best choice upon meeting Burl Thomas (Sales Agent)... Fellow Cajun. He was such a great help, especially after explaining my disappointing experience with the Alvarado location. Their inventory was extensive and Burl was valuable in our search to find the right RV for my son and I. Im so grateful... Truly!!

Camping World Ft. Worth is an excellent place to see what the RV World is about. Excellent selection and the staff answers all of your questions. The selection is great and changing often as demand is high. The sales people are friendly and not pushy. They want to help you make an informed decision and show you a wide array of options. The store has a lot of selection of items not typically considered when going camping or RV-ing and everyone is very respectful and friendly.

Drove for 40 minutes to pick up a part that their website said they had multiples of in stock. They did not. They have poor inventory management, so please call ahead and confirm their website is correct so you don’t make the same mistake as me.

8/12/2021 @approximately 2pm. Walked in with the interest of looking at campers. I walked around the store, walked in and out of campers. I was their about 15 to 20 mins. Not one person said hi to me. I looked for help, only to see staff at the front left of the store looking at their phones. 5 stars for selection of products, 1 star for customer service.

My husband and I had a great experience at Camping World! Craig was so helpful and was super honest with us about all of their products. We never felt rushed or pressured during our visit which for me is always a plus when shopping for vehicles, etc.

Dean was awesome at answering any questions I had for specific models we were interested in and quick to show me current in stock models that were similar. Great service and truly cares about the customer!

Honestly, I knew so little about buying an RV but after spending an hour or 2 from start to finishing steps I feel I learned so much and have much more confidence about my new RV, thanks to Damien and Damien alone! He has been the single most amazing salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He communicates extremely well, clear and directly to the point of anything I ask about, and without the extra info-overload that usually happens in these situations. He is very knowledgeable and proves that immediately with the right amount of confidence. He put me at ease very quickly and walked me through every step making me feel very comfortable about what I needed, wanted, and every decision I made. Even at his young age it is evident he not only is a natural at what he does but is open and honest throughout the whole process. These worthless good 4 nothing lying LOSERS prey on the backs of Vets on disability & if U are a black vet, they dont even let U choose off the damn Showroom floor, & they sold me a POS RV that I never even actually picked out, & heres the kicker, I have photos from the day these HACKS dropped it off at my house, over 20 dated photos of this warped roof, water seeping, aint even took a maiden voyage, 30G PROBLEM THESE COWARDS WONT EVEN FIX!! 😰 Im a Goodsam ELITE cardholder & Im a veteran on disability with a fixed income & take care of my elderly parents who are retired military. I called their corporate to complain about how this facility in Ft. Worth PRETEND 2 honor us military service members, flying our colors at their store, but, in reality, dont give 1/2 a damn about military sacrifice, nor do they have any HONOR! So whats the response I got, a Case no. & my service contract CANCELED? ON A NEW RV? WTF kind of company goes out of the way 2 USE A VET ON DIS. AS A MARK??? THESE GUYS. The COWARDS wont even return calls. Ill post all the pics, names, times & dates asap. Ill do everything within my power, God as my witness, 2 make sure that they dont, USE another Vet, just 2 screw over... P. S. No matter if U have a cosigner, or even offer a down payment 2 hold the RV U pick off that Showroom floor, its 2 difficult 2move outta there! At least thats what the GM told me. OK??? They dont even EXIST without Vets, & Im sure if enough of US know how they REALLY are, Itll be proven. Store has alot of campers to look at. We figured if we were looking at campers someone would come over to us and at least show some interest that were their looking. No such luck. After looking at approximately 7 different campers we had to ask about prices because they are not posted. Campers are priced a little high compared to other dealers. Accessories that should come with a camper like all the hoses and such are extra. It almost felt like we were at a bad used car dealership.

Came in to look at rv. Not allowed to look at the rv behind the gate by yourself. Need a salesman. No problem. Salesman asks if we know what kind. I said I want to look at different ones. He says we are on commission so I can show you a couple. I told him I didnt want to waste his time and left. Very poor customer service. I could have bought a rv today. But not here.

I found the rook wood mini lite 2507s tgat Id been looking for. Camping World didn’t seem to have the best communication between sales and service, but with patience and repeated calls we worked it out. I was promised a spare tire. They ordered it and I had to drive back across town to pick it up. I got home an realized it was the wrong size (15” rim instead of the 14 inch) I took it backend they finally got it order (again there was a mix up on who was going to do it). After 3 hours I gave up on getting it so they had it mailed to me. I never dawned on me until I was on a trip and I had a blow between Salina Kansas and Denver Colorado. I put the new spare on and bought another to partner with it on the opposite side. This is 2 axle trailer. After leaving Wyoming and returning to Texas via Colorado Springs to Palo Duro Canyon I had another tire blowout. I got two more new tires, now all 4 tires match the spare Camping World had provided. I as them what pressure they put in the tires, they said; 55 psi that’s what the manufacturer say. Yep, it was printed on the tire. My trailer calls for 65 psi. That’s when it dawned on me these tires were not the load level required. Discount Tires changed out the tires with all the 3 newest tires 30 since purchase. We were left alone, crv for viewing was dirty and had a dead battery. we were there for 4 hours and finally left because we couldnt get any information on what was going on. here is a picture of another rv we ended buying with some one else.

Mr. Larry Reed was absolutely awesome he met us outside before the dealership even opened to see if we needed anything. He then helped us in seeing the 5th wheel, arranged for us to check it all out and even had another very nice salesperson help with a forklift to pull it out for us. Absolute dog water business. Greasy salesmen. This place will lie to your face with a smile on theirs to get business. Work a “deal” out think you’re getting a $200 upgrade for free with a new camper purchase naw they will add it to the ticket. I got a dozen hand shakes and green lights showed up a week later with 7 grand and my clean empty 2020 camper I took 2 days to move out of and they blamed banks for not coming through and wanted me push another camper on me still. They had plenty of time to tell me something was wrong just didn’t want to cuz they thought they could sell ice to a Eskimo Go to fun town Rv. I’m moving back into my same camper I moved out of in the rain now.

Camping World of Fort Worth has always been a fun place to shop for camping supplies, as well as just fun looking around at the possibilities.When we were looking around at some possibilities to expand our camping experience, we came to Camping World to look and have fun.Rick Simpson came up to us as we were looking at some campers and asked how he could help. We asked about climate control and electricity generators and Rick was very knowledgeable about the entire camper.He showed us various features and why they were important, which was really eye-opening and we learned things we didnt even know about.Long story- we did buy the camper, a Heartland BH170 !If it wasnt for Rick, we wouldnt have known how much we did actually need this RV!Thank you to Rick Simpson and Camping World for the great service and ease of purchase.It is now time to go camping!! Well. Hmm. Bought a new travel trailer from here 2021 BH270 Pioneer. The back door leading into the bathroom doesnt lock right someone has jammed the lock mechanism into the face of the door. (I fixed) I contacted them immediately after my trailer was delivered to ask why was there only one a/c filter and cover. Because when I did the walk through the tech guaranteed me that, that would be put back on. (They robbed Peter to pay Paul). So its been about two months since delivery and Ive yet to get the filter/and cover. Ive talked to three different people all three blame the parts guy say hes too busy. Im like too busy doing what! It sure isnt making call backs like Ive been told that I should expect from him. So I wouldnt advise a purchase from here. Theres plenty more to this story but... trying not to be too mean/honest. I figured the one star and this tidbit should do. Anyway God bless and have a great day.Lol lol okay so camping world lol aka no good folksReplied theyd like me to send an email to their corporate folks to deal with this manner if it has yet to be dealt with.
