Our machine arrived with bent feet. Made a single call and Mesa made sure that was only shipping damage. They address issue that day and I have new feet on way.Training of the physical machine via zoom went very well both my wife and I learned how to embroider start to finish a hat and flat items.Currently we are still in training for the software for digitizing. After our first class my wife was able to embroider custom names one items. We look forward to our other classes via zoom.All positives for us with our purchase.If I gave 1 piece of advice to Mesa it would be to use a online scheduling program for trainings so customers can see available training times to reduce back and forth emails

Bought a used 4 head, being used it was iffy. Had multiple issues with it from day one. Every call and issue was handled promptly. All my issues with this used machine have been 100% FIXED... I got the service I would have expected form buying a NEW machine. That is above and beyond what I would expect from buying a USED machine. Thank you!!!

We have just purchased our first embroidery machine, the 1501C5. Everyone from our sales rep, Mike Garner, to our trainer & tech, Paula Thomas & Will Martin, have been amazing. We have zero experience in embroidery. By the end of our first training, Paula had us feeling like experts! Mike was patient and walked us through what made sense for our first machine based on our target parameters. We ran into an odd issue which Paula and Will went above and beyond to fix. I don’t judge a company by how well they do when everything is perfect, but rather how they act when a challenge arises. The Mesa team, even down to their finance person, was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, professional, and quite frankly, astounding. Oh, and their pricing compared to similar competitors what’s the best! Their starter kit had just about everything we needed to jump in and start shortly after install. My wife went in for training and the lady who was supposed to be instructing her didn’t know anything about the machine for 6 hours she’s trying to figure out how to operate machine, finally someone came in for last two hours and did a great job we paid 300.00 for training for 8 hours and only got two hours.

Mesa has been great to deal with! I just received my my new 1201c and I am in the process of learning the machine and integrating it into our business. I had a training with Candice and she was excellent! My new machine was up and running and using many of my current digitized designs near flawlessly! I started out with a 6 need brother semi commercial machine and I can already tell that the Highland is a step up! The 1201c runs smooth and with very little noise! The stitch quality is excellent on what I have done so far! I have no complaints about the machine or the customer service so far. I can highly recommend MESA and the Highland machine! I am looking forward to putting this machine to work and seeing how well it holds up to years of service.

This was the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life. The Highland machine didnt work from day one. They sent me the same part to fix it 5 times and it never worked. Eventually the warranty ran out. Then they wanted to charge me for the same part that never fixed the problem. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!

All I can say is wow! What an excellent machine I purchased from MESA! The machine arrived palletized, completely assembled and ready to go. The machine is built extremely well, the stand the machine sits on is heavy duty, and looks really nice. I can not tell you how great the cap and the hooping system is. Thank you MESA!

We own two Highland 1501c machines from Mesa Distributors and the level of customer service we have been getting in the last year has been great. The first year with the first machine was a bit trying however the tech team and the rest of the Mesa staff has been able to help us get thru all of the rough patches and have stood by their Highland 1501c embroidery machines. Very pleased and would certainly recommend purchasing from them.

Dacor Automatic Rhinestone Mach NewVery poor customer service no one calls you back. Bought a New Machine, Had Failure out of the box and has the same problem 3 times in 2 months Machine is then down about a week at a time. we cant meet delivery deadlines then lose customers .Once they get your money they forget you unless its to sell you

I purchased an embrpidery machine that I did not get any support and after many calls and a few visits to their facility, and sending a tech that could not do anything to improve the quality, they just told me that is the best I quality I would get from their machine... I had the worst experience with the machine and even worst with the customer service.Overall this company and service in my book gets a zero.I sold the machine after 8 months of strogoling so much. I got 50% of what I paid for and I was lucky. The machine I got new was not worth $1000.00. I would not pay $1000 for one of their brand new machines base on my experience!

Im a happy customer. If Id seen that other review before buying my used summit 3 months ago I might have missed out.I was extremely nervous about spending that much money to start a tshirt business for bands. I know music, and I know a bit about graphics, but I knew nothing about dtg printers. My trainer Jerry put me at ease. He patiently answered all my questions during training, and has been a great source of info since. When I call support I dont always get a tech, but they always call back the same day, usually within a few hours.Ive gotten the hang of it and am now making some beautiful printed tshirts for local bands. I may expand into flea markets. This would have been harder without a bit of graphics background, so Im glad I had that.I would not hesitate to buy another printer from Mesa!

There customer service skills we bad. Not helpful when I had questions on using one of my machines. Poor attitudes. They are very bad at business and customer service. I will never buy anything from this company again. They dont even deserve a star.
