If I could give this place -5 stars, I would. For one, I ordered online for pickup. They said it would take 3-5 business days to process and then I could pick up. Two weeks later and my order is still pending, so I decide to call and see how much longer. They tell me, “Oh, your order is ready.” What happened to the email? The text I was supposed to get?! I’ve already picked it up and online it still says my order is pending. This place is a you-know-what show. Also, at pickup we witnessed an employee cursing out a customer. They had a line of angry people, and you’re going to turn around and curse at them?! How UNPROFESSIONAL! Save your money and time. Amazon French Toast Uniforms and you’ll get them faster and waaaay cheaper!!! Never again.

Have been using Marc since 1996. We recently came back for college reunion shirts and one of my friends wore the original we had made back in college almost 24 years ago... so we had to get a pic. Pretty impressed the shirt has lasted that long! Thanks for a great quality product on every order -- well be back for more!

Excellent customer service and amazing knowledge!I will tell you this is by far the best company I’ve worked with. When I was unsure of what type of shirt and color that would work well with the artwork I’ve provided, Bruce was there to help me and suggest what he thought was best. They’ve gained my trust and I would work with Bruce again and again! I was able to have an option of getting my item mailed to me which was such a convenience. The communication between his team and I were on point. Hands down I’m absolutely satisfied with this company and do recommend them.If you have questions ask and they will answer and deliver.

They kept my designs for a week and gave me no update as to what was going on and then told me they couldnt do the job because I didnt order enough. Complete waste of my time money and energy.

I needed some emergency shirts (12) for a family trip that I was doing and they were the ones for the job! They did such an amazing job! They were very high quality and beautiful. In honor of Gilbert GILLY Diaz whom recently lost his battle with colon cancer. We had shirts made when he was diagnosed 3 years ago through another company. With his passing we were in need of about 50 shirts and fast. I took a picture of our shirts and asked if they could match something like we had. They did perfectly. It was like the originals all over again. We were heading out of town for the funeral so a fast turn around was a must for our goal was to have a big group photo wearing our shirts. They came through for us in this time of need. Thank you for the fast, friendly service. It was a perfect photo.

I am the Chair for the American Indian heritage Day in Texas and have built a relationship with FW Promo. I have been impressed with their professionalism from the top admin to the Production team and working with my intricate design to make sure the color and design follows from the working file to the imprint on the t-shirt.The most important element that has kept me to continue my business is the production and the turnaround. The screen printing prep has paid special attention and spent extra time on their side to see what would be the best option and what mesh and how to troubleshoot colors like double punch or how much white for specific areas. I have used as much as 9 colors for the front design and they meet the design and turned around printing the shirts within a week on one project.They have made one part of my celebration a dependable source with confidence to not accept other printers wanting my business to stay because of the process and them wanting to work with you.So if your not sure to move forward, hopefully my experience with this company will help you decide because at my celebration, we run out of colors and sizes at our event.

I would give zero stars if possible! Find a different company! Horrible customer service from beginning to end. Where to start.. I was emailing back and forth with Mark trying to get logo the way I wanted it. The logo is 2 colors, but Mark would only give me the option of 1. I was trying to decide on the type of shirt to use and was asking questions on what would be best to use that wouldnt have the letters peal off. He never did answer that, just directed me to the website to look at the variety of options... shouldve been a red flag, but I let it go. I also ordered a couple hats to have my logo stitched on them... couple weeks go by and I get an email from Angela saying my order was ready and it would be around $123. I think this was on a Thursday. I went out of town that day and when I got back on Monday I received another email from Angela reminding me my order was ready. I replied and told her Id be in the next day to pick it up. Next day, I drive 45 minutes to pickup my order. Got there and waited in the office for 10 minutes for someone to come to the front. Good ol Mark finally comes up and finds my order but its only partially done. He goes in the back and when he comes back says that its not ready they just got the ok, that moment, to do my hats. Says I will have to come back.. I tell him no, I will not be coming back they can either mail them to me or keep them. I will not waste another hour and a half driving when they told me twice they were ready. He just kinda shrugged in his smug ass way. By this time another lady, I wish I could remember her name. She seemed to actually give a hoot, asked me to wait to see what she could do. She left, came back and said give her 10 minutes and theyd be ready. So I wait, 45 minutes go by and she checked twice in that time and still nothing. Told her to keep the hats and let me pay for the shirts. She apologized and suggested I go and review their business online because in her words, they dont care about the customers and have horrible customer service.... on to quality of the product. A couple of the shirts had a couple orange sized black stains on the sleeves. Im assuming ink or grease. I wore one of them just to see how well they hold up. They dont hold up for crap. Pieces of threading of the shirt came out. This was just casual wear, nothing work related. They cut the tags where the manufacturer had the washing instructions and gave none of their own... Im glad this was just a test order and I didnt order for all my guys. For the love of all that is holy, please find a different company. They dont deserve your money and you dont deserve the headache.

Poorly run by an asinine owner that doesn’t care about anything other than the bottom line. Customer service is non existent. Will never, EVER use again. Suggest somewhere, ANYWHERE else.
