Havent been to a JCPenneys in forever. Pretty good stock and variety. Good sales as well. Got these shoes for $15 a piece 🤏💰.

Great shopping experience thanks to the little young lady with black hair named Jusledy. She was very helpful and took her time in helping me find what I was looking for. I will be coming back to this location again as long they continue to have employees like her.

The little dark hair girl that works in the perfume department was very kind and helpful, I wish I would have noticed her name this was last Monday afternoon. Just a very nice person, which is very rare these days.

This was my first visit to a JCPenney store since the one in my community went out of business. I was pleasantly surprised with how well the merchandise was displayed. The selection seemed larger than expected; however, the price seemed a bit higher than I anticipated. Perhaps that is because I have not paid attention to the sales for which JCPenney is known.

If I could give zero stars I would.. no one even talked to me. let alone looked my way.. . The store is run down and needs a major makeover. Cherry on top of my experience.. I waited 20 minutes in line to check out with one person ahead of me. They called for backup multiple times and NO ONE came!I feel awful for those who are still working for JCPENNYS cause they definitely don’t care about their internal or external customer.

Poor service, poor management, checker didn’t have any idea how to check someone out. We bought a suit, and all that went with it for a wedding ($500+) for my husband. The only dress socks were a pkg that had been opened in the store and stolen from and discarded in the shoe dept. There were supposed to be 3 pair but there were only 5 socks. The manager, if that’s who he really was, had no idea how to solve the problem by only charging for two pair (33% discount, right?). He said, “the best I can do is 10%”. We should have told him to keep the raggedy pkg but we were desperate. The girl checking had no idea that she could begin checking the other items while we waited for the “manager” to return from break with his profound response regarding the missing sock. She then told me that she needed my help to do her job....as if! I don’t need her to help me do mine. She laid the suit all wadded up on the counter and just waited and waited looking around like she didn’t know what to do. I finally told her to go ahead and ring up the items. I told her I’d hold the suit, so as not to wad it up on the counter. These youngsters need to act interested in their chosen profession and learn how to pick up that scanner and scan some labels and ring somebody up and for heavens sake, speak up! And look the part! If you’re gonna be a manager, maybe you could trim your fingernails and take off 5 rings of the 10 you’re wearing, SIR! If you’re gonna be a cashier, learn your job! If you don’t know, ask your manager. The store was a wreck with tags ripped off and parts of packaged items missing like the place had been looted. The dressing rooms had pins from clothing strewn all over the benches while 3 young ladies lackadaisically gossiped within the dressing room area while hanging up clothes. Nobody came up and offered to help us the entire time which is always nice and we could’ve used some insight for suit sizing. I was greeted near the break/work room near the bathrooms near the men’s clothing by an employee. When asking at the dressing room and the checkout if a mens dress shirt came in a bigger size, they referred us to jcpenney.com dismissively. Disgusted with jcpenney’s today and will not be back!

This place is horrible! Do not recommend working or shopping here! They will push you for credits and do not do it! They don’t care if you are struggling. They do it because they are selfish and only care about themselves. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. They pick favorites and it’s terrible. Samantha, crystal, and Jamie are terrible managers and are very rude and can’t work with you at all. I hope this place runs out of business and shuts down. I’ve seen the way that they don’t help customers and it’s bad. There has also been roaches in the kids clothing area, very bad to put on kids skin. Do not work or here shop here.

I havent gone in a while. The brand I was there for was no longer there. Just seemed different. They do have a good variety and good sale prices.

Sale was good, but it is extremely hard to find someone to help.

My wife found a dress on the rack that was MARKED down to $22.19. When the girl scanned the tag it came up $50, the original was covered up. When my wife discussed this the girl told her there was nothing she could do to change the price. The manager at the front was not getting involved to help. If you have an item tagged at a lower price, you honor that price. This is another reason why these stores are going out of business. Horrible customer service.

Top Master Stylist, Stephanie, knocked it out the park..I drove 2.5 hrs to see her, Ill keep doing it. She took her time and did what was best for my hair. She is exceptional. Highly recommended

The clothing is plain-vanilla and void of any character, but they are emblematic of everything you will find here. I had a very hard time finding anyone who could assist me and after twenty minutes of being ignored and being completely underwhelmed I left.

The customer service lady working on 6/12/21 around 1 PM was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. She talked to my mom with complete disrespect and did not assist her properly. She also seemed to have no desire to be there and had the worst attitude for someone who’s job is literally customer service.

Since I didnt see my receipt stated I only had 7 days to leave a review with the code I wanted to leave my review here. I wanted to thank Fae for all the help she gave to me and my girlfriend. We came a couple weeks ago (Dec 15) later in the evening. We came looking for a blazer for a job interview, but after looking around with the help of Fae we ended up liking the look of a certain suit brand. In the end we bought a full suit (jacket, shirt, 2 ties, pants, and a belt), my first full suit, and absolutely love it! Fae helped in so many ways from advice and suggestions to helping find matching ties to go with it all.While Ive yet to hear back about the job interview as the holidays put everything on hold, I am exponentially grateful for all the help she gave and would come back to shop at only this location because of her. Thank you, Fae!!

I needed some work clothes and this is my to to place. I wish they carried more of each size. I like the pants here but I could only get one black and one gray pair. I found some shirts I wanted but they didnt have my size. The staff was super friendly though and I love shopping here.

JCPenney has let me down again. If you are a plus size woman, this is not the store for you. The section is not only small, but the selection of clothing is very minimal. JCPenney advertises that they have a wide selection of plus size clothing but this is a lie. Maybe online this is true, but shopping at the store is another issue. I wont be going back.

Was in here earlier today to go to Sephora...I didnt catch his name, but -I believe he was a manager- the man who greeted us when we walked in was amazing! He was very friendly!! Im currently on crutches, and we had a nice conversation about my injury that gave me some piece of mind. He offered me a wheelchair to get around the store easier, which I also found very kind. Very much appreciated!! 😁

I went into sephora to grab a fragrance gift. The store was very clean and the sephora ladies were super helpful. Would recommend for Sephora customers for sure!

I ordered some clothes from JC Penny at Heritage Trace Parkway, and they the order was sent to the JC Penny in Ridgemar Mall at 1900 Green Oaks Road 45 minutes away from my house! I got there and waited for curb side pickup, 1 hour later after many calls to the people at JC Penny there, it was never delivered. I finally went in and picked up the order after having to stand in line and wait 15 more minutes. Totally unacceptable. This has been the most unacceptable dealings I have ever had with JC Penny!

I love JCP as a company. Great products at great prices. However, Ive had less than stellar experiences shopping in this store. When I need to ask for help from employees - like the ones standing at the doors - I get attitude like Im inconveniencing their conversations or thoughts. And when you get past the attitude - you get a half-hearted attempt at help. For example, when I asked about stock on a shirt I was needing today - the employee I asked said whats out is out. She didnt want to even attempt to look for me. Very disappointing.

Friendly staff, simple and fast online pickup

They had a particular style and color of Nike shoes that our grandson was wanting for school on sale for a great price, when we got there werent any on the shelf so as we started out the door a employee asked if he could help us out with anything, when we told him they were out of the shoes we were looking for he checked the computer and they had them. So he went to get the shoes, Grandson was very happy.

I normally go to the one at Ridgmar and they arent open so i called the one on Texas Sage Trail the woman on the phone was very nice and helpful so i drove the extra 20 minutes. I could tell they have been extremely busy and every person working that i talked to was very nice and polite even with the rude customers around. They were cleaning the doors every time i walked by.

Hard to evaluate. The store is large with few walking around clerks so I had trouble finding what I wanted. But the woman who checked me out was wonderful. I wish I had gotten her name. I believe she was the eldest of the checkout clerks present. I had been shopping for hours. Gotten lost in one of the spread out shopping areas. Her sense of humor got me back on track and Im sorry I cant properly thank her.

As you can see in this picture these items were marked on Sale for $22.99 and when I went to the register to pay for one of them the price was $34.99, I wonder if someone made a mistake pricing this items or what? But I requested to talk to the store manager and the answer was Sorry but the price is the one that is in the system not the price that is at the display. Sorry manager, but for JCPenney one of the largest apparel stores in US this is not an honest way to run business. ☹️

Went to this particular JCPenney with my niece who had to find some pants and a shirt for her son for a wedding. The store was kind of busy and we had to park pretty far out in the parking lot. Pretty typical JCPenney department store.
