This Fort Worth mattress store has a nice lineup of mattresses, and Im glad my friend recommended Amerisleep. We did a fair amount of research online before visiting and loved seeing the wallet-friendly prices and their supposed return policy. In the end we didnt end up keeping the mattress because it was too firm for my wife, but because of their return policy we received a refund.

I went to Amerisleep after visiting other mattress stores near me in Fort Worth. I felt like the other mattress stores in Fort Worth didnt listen to what I was saying. The salesperson took his time with me and waited for me to lay down on each mattress before making a decision. He also answered all of my questions and helped me decide what would be best for me. I paid a little extra for my mattress than I originally budgeted and it was worth it. Its comfortable as well as supportive. The delivery process was smooth and straight to my doorstep!

Larry @ The Shops of Clearfork was very informative and knowledgeable when it came to searching for a Mattress for my father. Definitely worth checking out. The only complaint I have is they keep pushing as if there is some kind of Sale going on but the price has been the same for the last year+ and every time Ive checked back its 30% off. Aka their normal price is what the price is showing with the 30% off. Ive yet to visit and see it go back to what they claim their *normal* price is. That just seems to be a bit of a gimmicky tactic to get people to buy thinking theyre getting some kind of deal. I understand they add-on the pillows etc but dont tote it as if theres a discount being applied when youre continuously offering the same deal that just make it the base price. But Larry was Extremely helpful and provided me with some links and information to help me make a better decision Thats one of the great things about amerisleep theyve got very helpful staff and their beds are great. Ive purchased 2 so far.

We had a great time with our sleep coach here at the Fort Worth store, he was really helpful during the whole mattress shopping process. He made sure we were comfortable with our purchase and didnt feel like we were being pushed into anything we didnt want. We love our new mattress and the buying process with Amerisleep worked out seamless. I had a really great experience and I love my new AS5 mattress. I wasnt sure exactly what I needed or wanted and Donald from the Ft. Worth store really helped me to decide. He moves around a lot during the night and I cannot feel at all when he moves.

Its time to shop for a new mattress, so I did some research and made my way out from Carrollton to this showroom in Ft. Worth. Larry helped me and was very knowledgeable about the different mattress models. They do not work on commission here so I felt confident in discussing my needs and concerns with them. Larry and his colleague Don have experience with working at other big name mattress stores so were able to tell me more about how Amerisleep compares to other well-known brands. I am now stuck deciding between two of their models and do want to shop a couple of other stores before I make my decision, but I am 90% sure I will be buying an Amerisleep at this point and just want to do my due diligence (this is the first store Ive visited for mattress shopping) before making a final decision.

I am in search of an American Made organic, non toxic mattress and my search directed me to several companies for made in USA, but only a few were organic. The drawback is I am not from this modern era in my furniture design and am not ready financially to change my whole bedroom suit. Despite I love the AS3 quality besides the pillows. Im very upset about how Amerisleep works with FEDEX. I live in Minneapolis, MN. Its winter up here. Therefore, it isnt easy to carry 88 lbs BY YOURSELF. This because the FEDEX driver decided to drop the mattress almost outside the main Apartment building entrance. And, I SPECIFICALLY STATED WHEN I PURCHASED THIS MATTRESS TO BE DELIVERED TO MY APARTMENT BUILDING INSTEAD.ON TOP OF THAT, I DID NOT RECEIVE THE WATERPROOF MATTRESS PROTECTOR. AND I HAVE NOT EVEN GET AN EMAIL ABOUT IT. BUT, ITS LISTED ON MY ORDER?PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE DESPITE THE QUALITY OF THE MATTRESS WHICH I CAN FEEL AND SEE. I HAVE DONE A LOT OF RESEARCH BEFORE ORDERING THIS SPECIFIC AS3 MATTRESS. AND THE PILLOWS AS WELL. I was not so comfortable with ordreing a bed on line. But with the help of Kelvin the manager of Texas he was with me all the way. I am letting my mattress expand so I have not slept on it yet, but I am sure if I am not happy Kelvin and the customer service will do their best to help me. WOW! First I love that I was IM with a real person! I asked a lot of questions of Jesse and he gave me quick, clear information and answers to all of my questions. He was polite and empathetic to my quest to get the right bed for our son who lives 1200 miles away and has back issues. I love that he went the extra mile to hunt down a discount on the platform for the bed. I found this company online and I so appreciate that their main mission is to find the best fit for a mattress. They will replace the mattress if it does not work out after a trail period and request that it is donated to charity if it does not work out....and will send another suitable mattress. He has kindly sent me all of the info to my email to review with my hubs when he gets home. Its nice to feel like we can do something good for our son who lives so far away from us now.

Okay, I want to start with letting the world know that this was the best customer service I have ever received. I live in St Louis so quite far from a brick and mortar and I have only heard of Amerisleep. I had been shopping stores with very similar product but with this being made in the USA it was a no brainer for me. I called an 800 # to ask some questions and was met on the other end of the line with an actual store associate. That alone blew my mind. Customer service, and I am talking actual customer service - human to human with someone who is this side of the pond - is unheard of anymore. It makes a huge difference when someone can relate and understand what you really need. My interactions began with Don in Clearfork. I am so happy I called and started inquiring because this man was on top of everything. I wanted to use buy now pay later option for a large purchase and I ran into A LOT of snafus, like days of issues, but Don was so understanding and helpful. He followed up with me on every interaction with his IT department and shared my interactions with the other company and ended up getting everything squared away to be able to proceed with the pay later option. Not only did he help with this purchase, but he helped with my finances in the near future. So thanks, Don! You are the reason I am about to have the bedroom of my dreams and that I can spend a little more in Kauai next month. I do not even have the bed or base and I am so impressed that I had to share immediately.

I searched high and low on the internet looking for a replacement for the adjustable bed I had to give up on my last move. But my biggest concern was finding the right mattress because of my back issues. I was really impressed with Amerisleep when I discovered them. Bet Jesse B. was so helpful and knowledgeable (and so patient when there was a glitch with the credit card company’s system!) My mattress came today and I already love it. In fact, I called my sister up, and convinced her to order one too (which she did this afternoon, too!)

Im still waiting for the mattress to come in on Wednesday but the frame should be here today. So much faster than estimated at first it was supposed to be here on the 30th to the 2nd of April but its only the 22nd. So thats a bonus! The amerisleep experience has been simply amazing! We bought an AS2 Hybrid queen to replace a 19 year old Sleep Number. Best sleep in a long time! The bed is not hot or bouncy and works very well with the adjustable platform we already had. LOVE LOVE LOVE the split king with AS3. I had the same mattress for 18 years. Slept like a baby, but then around the beginning of 2021, I stopped sleeping well. My wife too. The first few night took some adjusting on the new bed, but now.... ooooh baby. I dont move. the zero gravity is so comfortable. Customer service is amazing, set up wasnt too bad. The frame is really heavy so plan on asking for some help.

I already have an Amerisleep mattress (love it) and I was trying to get my folks set up with one. I had an issue with my card not going through (the address or something). My wife and I didnt feel that we could set up the bed ourselves (getting a bit older!), so we arranged through the store to have their White Glove Team come do it. All the bed components were delivered to the Team, and they scheduled a delivery/set up time with us. The owners of the company were on time and very professional. They were careful taking out the old bed and bringing in the new. They quickly and expertly put the bed together, and then went through everything we needed to know. On top of this, they were personable. Our bed is a split king, and we were glad we had arranged for this service. Place is a scam. I ordered a mattress topper nearly 3 weeks ago and was told in store it would ship the same day - am now being told for the past week by a customer service person it will ship tomorrow. I hope tomorrow comes someday. I have emailed about just cancelling the order and receiving a refund, but of course received no reply. I would give them 0 stars if possible.

I wanted to take advantage of he Memorial Day sales on mattresses. I spent a lot of time reading about various types of mattresses and mattress companies. I then visited their websites to learn more details about their products. I was interested in the Organica model at Amerisleep, so I started a chat session. Jesse B., the assistant manager at Clearfork responded quickly and answered all my questions. He reassured me that the Organica was the right choice for me. After a few emails back and forth and a call back on Sunday I placed my order. I am excited for my new mattress to arrive and finally get a good night”s sleep.

I have not purchased a mattress yet...but will be soon. I am writing due to the excellent customer service I received from Don. He talked to me for quite a bit and never seemed frustrated with me and my questions. He took the time to explain the technology used in the manufacturing of the mattress as well as with the Adjustment + for the mattress. I feel I am making an informed decision. This is important to point out because, for me, this is a large purchase and it is a purchase I am making to help alleviate some of my Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia pain. My journey to the Shops at Clearfork started when I was researching the best mattresses online. I looked at different competitors from Tuft&Needle to Avocado, Helix, and others. I even thought about going to Mattress Firm but I didn’t want to spend a whole weekend in agony between different mattress stores or on my computer. Ive owned several foam/hybrid mattresses, and I believe Amerisleep offers some the the highest construction quality Ive seen. The AS3 hybrid was a bit too firm for me as a strict side sleeper but Kelvin provided a comfort layer and extended my 100 day trial. He was very easy to work with and made the process very straightforward.

I’ve been on the hunt for a new mattress in the DFW area ever since I started working from home but couldn’t bring myself to only buy a mattress online, sight unseen. Finally, I found Amerisleep and decided to drive out 25 minutes (early during a weekday hoping there were less people and I’d catch them right after one of their sanitizing sessions) and received the most amazing one-on-one service. Some shoppers were waiting outside due to the store’s social distancing guidelines which really put me at ease knowing that they take safety seriously just as much as they take quality bedding seriously!

I have never done a google review before but I felt this is one that is a must. Julian was the one who assist me and was very helpful in picking out a mattress. I just received it yesterday and set it up today so that review will come later. The whole team at Amerisleep in Fort Worth were great and knowledgeable about the product. So far I am hopeful about this brand as the customer service from Julian was beyond great and the fact that you are able to try the mattresses out before purchasing. I do hope it’s as Eco friendly as they say for when ever the end of life of the mattress comes

I purchased the A3 queen mattress on a recommendation of a friend. Ive had the mattress for 2 weeks now and weve had the best nights sleep in a long time. love it! When I called the company to order I was connected with Julian W. He was so helpful and so nice and easy to talk to . I would recommend going to Amerisleep and ordering this mattress from Julian. He was so patient with me because I knew nothing about getting a mattress online. He was super helpful and and all in all we absolutely love our mattress. It is so comfortable!

The sales agent on the chat system was very friendly and helpful. I had several questions that were answered in detail. The agent was able to anticipate some of my concerns, and address them clearly. Altogether a good experience.

Julian was absolutely amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the intricacies of the various mattresses. He went out of his way to not only ensure my partner and I got a product that would be most accommodating to both of our sleeping styles (Im a back sleeper, shes a combo sleeper), but that we got it at price that did not kill our budget. Julian was very meticulous, friendly, and overall a joy to work with. Customer service is a big deal to me. If the product is great but customer service is lacking, I will look elsewhere. Amerisleep is incredible because it has both, particularly it has Julian working for them. Give this man a raise!

Ordered an AS3 and decided the AS4 would be better suited for my needs. Am very happy about the ease with which this was accomplished. Have not received better help with no questions asked in prior purchases. Looking forward to the arrival of our new bed.

After A LOT of research, we just purchased the AS5. Don was soooo helpful and informative without putting any pressure on us whatsoever. It was a really enjoyable experience - especially after visiting two big name mattress retailers the day before. Im really impressed with this company and their philosophies. Im hoping we are just as impressed with our new mattress!

I ordered a mattress and adjustable base plus from Kevin Haynes on July 25th. I recieved the mattress weeks ago but the base plus is back ordered. Im so excited for the base to come and I reached out to Kevin with my frustration. He contacted me that day. Even though Im waiting for my base I appreciate the fast service from Kevin. The mattress has been on my bedroom floor and my grandson and dog just love it. I will leave a product review as soon as I get a chance to use it. Hoping it gets shipped tomorrow. 🤔

He was very attentive and patient in listening to me describe the areas of pain that I was experiencing in my neck, shoulders and hips for a few years and not resting well at night. Pretty awful shopping experience. I just bought a house and moved in at the beginning of March. I knew that I was going to buy a whole new setup and decided to splurge on the mattress (mainly because you spend 1/3 of your life on it). on March 2nd I bought the King-size AS2 and the mattress foundation because Im an impulse buyer and it was recommended not to use a standard box spring. I was pumped. I even convinced my brother to buy a king size mattress from Amerisleep 3 days later. Anyways, the lead time to complete my order was 5-7 business days (as to be expected) so Ive been sleeping on the couch.Fast-forward to March 15 - no update. I was told to create an account to view my order status - no problem. I login only to find that my order is waiting to be fulfilled so I contacted customer service via email and met Joel (Cherry Creek). Our exchanges were amicable to start. As a systems analyst, I tried to provide some helpful feedback that there may be an issue on the tech side as I signed up for email updates and have not been receiving them. Crickets, but thats fine because Im here to buy a bed - not work. Half a dozen exchanges later, Joel send me a form email stating the TWIN size mattress foundation is on back order and included a link to Zoma Sleeps website (a sister company) and they could fulfill the order at no additional cost. The foundation is covered by the same 5-year warranty as the Amerisleep foundation. Well, I ordered the King size foundation and Zoma does not offer a 5-year warranty, the offer a 1-year warranty. From a customer standpoint, trepidation sets in so I email Joel to get accurate information so I can make an informed decision.March 16th (Evening) - My brother calls me on FaceTime. Rubs it in my face that he ordered 3 days later and is looking forward to sleeping in his new bed. Frustration sets in.March 18th (Morning) - still no update on the opportunity to expedite the foundation. The mattress is scheduled to be delivered today so I go to the Amerisleep site to discover they are offering a new type of mattress foundation. I also realize that I can not track an order from Zoma Sleep from my account at Amerisleep. I get on a chat and meet Kelvin (The Shops of Clearfork). I ask if he can review the email chain attached to my customer service request ticket (221481) because I dont have the patience to re-live all of it. Kelvin apologized for my experience thus far. I explain that I am considering canceling the entire order because I am not going to wait another 1-2 weeks for an outsourced mattress foundation that I cant even track.March 23rd - Zoma Foundation arrives. I assemble it, set the mattress on it and notice I can slide the entire AS2 warranty book including the letter opener underneath one of the legs. I try to loosen the leg to account for the height difference but am able to completely unthread the leg before it makes contact with the ground. I call Amerisleep and send photos and video evidence to support my claim. I am told that they are sending me the new Amerisleep platform bed for all of the inconveniences.(Fast forward 1 month, 11 days)April 13 - It has been 42 calendar days since placing my order. The replacement foundation is still not here and my bed feels and sounds like a seesaw.You tell me, would you be happy with this after spending $1800 and 42 calendar days?
