This is my second round of fleet trucks that I have trusted to Zilla. They always surprise me with how clean and relative their design work is. I told them I wanted to go a little more conservative but still keep it engaging and they hit a home run. The gentleman up front was fantastic and very nice. He did not offer what I needed which was basically just some hood vinyl and striping. He said they predominantly do entire vehicles and was able to direct me to a place that actually does what I needed

We needed to get our freezer trailer wrapped for our beef business. We called Angela, she scheduled us quickly, we got a quote, got proofs of the wrap, and she got us in promptly. I’ve had a catering Van, a Truck and the awnings of custom bbq trailer wrapped by Zilla. Not only did they do a quality job on the install but the design was great. I have an art background and am very picky but it didn’t really require much back and forth b/c they are that good. I’ve gone back twice after my initial wrap so that should tell you something. Highly recommended.

Short Version: The install quality was poor and not to the spec I gave them and they damaged my car moving it.Long Version: I took my Corvette Z06 to them to wrap the stinger on the hood and the halo bar. I wanted letters cut out of the stinger so I showed them pictures of exactly what I wanted, sent them the link and pictures to follow exactly. They said they had done many and it was easy. I did approve the 2nd proof because they told me “the outer edges on the proof here do not look quite as smooth as the installers can do when they follow the hood groove at the time of install-so it may not look completely symmetrical.” It is not close to symmetrical, not to the car or even to each side. When I picked it up and commented it was not what I asked for, I was told that is how it was going to be and it had many likes on Instagram. I tried to find the good in it and see if I could learn to like it. So I accepted the car, paid and he pulled the car around for me. He drove my front splitter right onto the concrete parking curb and shut off the car. I immediately got in the car and backed it off. It was just as loud coming off as it was going on. Upon inspection, it was obvious it had taken damage from the hit. He took some pictures and said they would take care of it and asked me about how much it cost. No sooner than I got back to the office I had an email from him claiming he could see the damage in the before pictures and they were not going to fix it. I could not see the damage in the pictures he sent but I did mention, even at the scene, that there was prior damage to that underside area but it was not noticeable. Now it is very noticeable and there is an additional crack as well, both visible and not on the underside.I am sure they will offer to fix the stinger but I have no interest in taking the car back to them nor am I going after them for the damages. I have learned my lesson with them and I do not need to spend more time and money on them. Hopefully, this review can help someone else before they make the same mistake.As an aside, there was another expensive car waiting to get picked up after being wrapped and the doors did not even match each other or the rest of the car. Quality control seems non-existent there.

When I started my company CDE Tech Solutions I started with just my truck shown below. I was very impressed with the customer service they offered and since that time they have wrapped all of my vehicles. Customer service goes beyond doing a good job on time. Zilla Wraps did a FANTASTIC job of wrapping the hood and roof of my car with black carbon fiber at a very reasonable price! Blake, Kalyn, and Angela all provided me with wonderful customer service, even with a last minute reschedule request on my end. Steer clear of this business. Unless you want rude people to deal with!I tried multiple times in February 2020 to get pricing and information from these people and they have been nothing but rude and condescending with me. When I first called the man that took my call didnt seem to know anything about wraps and refused to give me pricing, he assured me someone would call me back. I called again days later and got, I presume, the same man on the phone, he was rude and told me that I would be called back.No one called me. The next time I called, the next week, I spoke with a woman, I think named Andrea, and she was very rude, unhelpful, and downright mean on the phone. No one wanted to help me with pricing for a less than full coverage on my wifes car. Seems like they are too good to do work for average folks.

After experiencing some POOR workmanship from another company I will not mention, I took my 67 Mustang in to Zilla Wraps for some Hood Stripes and.it came out great! Their designer, William, was very patient with me because I felt I was a picky customer However he assured me that Im the Customer and hes their to make sure Im satisfied. Zilla Wraps did a great job installing a gloss black vinyl wrap on my roof. I love it and it looks sick! Good work and services, reasonable prices and helpful. They tried to fix the damaged wraps from Vinyl Empire ( which i recommend you to stay away!) but since it was badly damaged so had to remove it without any charges. They did perfect job on mine, top and hood with satin black. Highly recommended :)

I called Zilla Wraps to get a quote on wrapping my car. I spoke with the owner a woman named Angela. She was very rude and short with me. She did not help me and was acting too busy to even talk to me. Angela did not care about what I wanted and I felt like she discriminated against me simply because Im a minority woman and I do not have a super fancy car. I will never deal with this place again.

Company scheduled a wrap for my Kia soul, I got there in the morning and found out my son was sick and had to schedule a doctors appointment at lunch. We recently used Zilla Wraps to wrap a new service truck for our fleet. After seeing a very unique and awesome looking wrap on another truck in our hometown, we reached out to find out who had did the work. Working with Zilla Wraps was easy and they were very professional. They took our logo, business information and we told them to come up with something that would grab attention and stand out. The very first design they came up with was a winner! We scheduled the install, everything went smoothly and it was ready the day they promised. We will be using them again for all our other vehicles in the fleet soon!

Zilla just wrapped a 40’ Diesel Class-A Motorhome for me all four sides. I’m grinning like a possum eating candy! It looks amazing! Everyone (including one of Zilla’s competitors I’ve worked with also) commends the design and workmanship. We’ve had a lot of rain recently. With the ground so muddy and soft, the need to stay on concrete, and the turning radius of this coach, I thoroughly expected delays with their even being able to get it in and out their shop. I’ll never know how but somehow they did. They got the job done on time and on budget! No BS. No excuses. They did what they said the could and would do! What else can one ask? Highly recommended!

We worked with Angela to design the wrap for our BBQ trailer. We were very picky but Angela handled us with care and made changes every time we asked her. When we finally finished the design process we dropped of the trailer with Scott and he continued the 5-star service. The shop was clean and they kept our trailer inside the entire time because it had expensive BBQ smokers mounted to the porch. Im sure this was a pain in the butt for them and we appreciated it. My brother and I own Majestic Outdoor Lighting and we have now had Zilla wrap 4 of our trucks. They did a fantastic job of design and installation. We have had several wraps in the past done by other companies and found that their installation was done poorly resulting in peeling of the wraps and quite frankly just looked bad with their seems, etc. Zillas installers took the time to do it right. Angela did a fantastic job with the design of my personal truck. I was unsure of what I wanted and she was willing to give me several ideas to go from and was patient with my indecisiveness. Im not one who usually writes reviews but for Zilla Wraps Im going to make an exception. Over the past 23 years my company have probably had over 200 vehicles wrapped or had graphics applied. Ive seen good and bad but Zilla Wraps I reckon are the very best Ive ever dealt with.Scott is a nice guy, very knowledgable with extremely high standards, Angela produced an excellent design with alterations that I requested within minutes. The entire process was flawless which matched the design and the job itself. I would class myself as a demanding, detail orientated, pedantic and very fussy customer. Im over the moon with the results. Perfect first time. Thats very rare.If you are looking to either wrap a vehicle, trailer or perhaps anything else then this is where you should be headed. In honesty I cannot fault a single thing about this company. They will be having my custom for all my future vehicle installations.

I couldnt be more impressed with the wrap on my truck. From the quick responses to the proffesionalism at every aspect of the process. I was expecting the design to take about 3 months becuse of how picky I am and how long it takes me to make decisions. But it took less than two weeks.The first design William sent me was spot on with what I was envisioning and only had to make some slight adjustments. Then I was able to get my truck in ASAP and the wrap was done in two days including handles and hard to reach places. I recently started a new business: Go-Cryo, LLC. We have a Mobile Cryotherapy Unit that houses a Juka cryosauna, cooled by nitrogen gas to - 230 degress F. We take the trailer unit to triathlon and marathon races to do cold therapy treatments on athletes. We had the trailer unit custom built in California and needed a very cool wrap. Zilla Wraps absolutely delivered! Their graphics design artist Angela created a very unique wrap. Perfect shades of blues, perfect look for the cold treatments we do on athletes pre and post racing.The owner Scott was in contact with me often and the entire staff was very personable and helpfull.
