I called these Jokers up about a part for my Saab and they tried to get me to go all the way to Dallas to pick up this $12 part. What a joke. They aint helping no one.

Excellent garage. Mr. Gorecki is very knowledgeable and, most importantly, truthful about the conditions of my car . After checking my Volvo XC90, he pointed to the “faulty parts reported by Volvo dealership, and explained to me they were in very good conditions and there was no need to replace for another year or two.

Highly recommended! First off, I do a lot of work on our vehicles and Ive rebuilt engines. European cars are a bit of a different animal so I began to look for a Volvo mechanic nearby. I was surprised to discover one close to us in South Ft Worth. We took our 2012 Volvo XC60 in after it became stuck in limp mode. Mr.Gorecki called to let me know what the timeline was. They were able to diagnose it a day earlier than expected. They fixed the problems at a very reasonable price and continue to test drive it to make sure everything was okay. A new problem surfaced while it was there. Mr. Gorecki again called me to explain what was going on. They corrected that problem and test drove it until everything was 100%. He was very patient every time I called to ask a question or see what was going on. Great work, very reasonable price and extremely thorough. This will be our new shop for our Volvo! Check them out!

Promised my car would be ready after the holiday then called me two days later and said it was ready to be picked up. Fastest turn around I have ever had. This is my new mechanic for my saab. It was a great experience. 2 other mechanics had my car for a week but couldnt fix the problem. This place correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem but the turn around time was down right amazing.

My experience with Gorecki Auto was positive. It took two visits to find the problem with my Volvo, because it wouldn’t cooperate. But they were able to diagnose, have parts delivered, and repair my car in just a day and a half. Rates seemed reasonable, and customer service from Chris and Ray was excellent. I highly recommend this shop, and would return here for future service.

The service is phenomenal with staff that is professional and helpful. They seem to really care about their customers and the condition and safety of their vehicles. You wont be dissappointed. Really nice comfortable waiting room and super clean bathrooms.

The only bad complaint I have is, they didn’t call me and tell me what was wrong with my car. They took it upon themselves to order the part and put it on without my consent. I had left my car with them on a Monday,they called me Tuesday to tell ask me what were they suppose to be looking at. He told me my car was next to be checked and that they would call me back and tell me what was wrong with my car and get the OK to work on it. Well they never called. So I called Wednesday and spoke to the same person and he told me they had already put the part on my car. I told him that they never my permission to work on my car and his reply was “oh my bad,I thought we had permission “ long story short the whole experience was not very professional at all. And to top it off, when my wife went to pick up the car,the owner lied and told my wife that “I” gave them permission to work on it, knowing that was a bold face lie. Straight up lied too my wife. Needless to say I wasn’t happy with all of that........The only positive note is that they did a great job with the work and very reasonably price. I pray that my next visit won’t turn out like this one.

Ive been taking my Volvos to this shop for about 11 years. They are the best Volvo trained repair shop in the Dallas / Fort Worth area. I drive all the way from North Dallas for service here. I recommend this place to BMW, Mini, and SAAB owners as well. The shop always gets the work done on time and with excellent quality and way more affordable than the dealer.

Chris is professional. Ive known him for years and never hesitate to send all my friends there as well.

These guys are very knowledgable and stand behind their work. They really put the customer first, and go the second mile for us! I have full trust in them.

Great staff that will help you figure out any concerns you have with your car and get them fixed correctly and in a timely matter. The workers definitely know there stuff and have seen just about everything once before, if not, they moat likely have a good idea what it may be.

Solved problems others couldnt after multiple trips to the others.

I picked my Saab up from Gorecki Auto Services yesterday and I cant say enough positive things! Extremely friendly, knowledgeable staff who determined where multiple fluid leaks were coming from and actually tried to save me money by accurately diagnosing where the fluid was coming from instead of just throwing random, expensive parts at it. Their prices were also extremely reasonable and in some cases almost half of what I was quoted at other Saab specialty mechanic shops!We dont live close to this location but I wont hesitate to make the drive and bring my car here again next time I need something repaired!
