This auto store disregard the customer concern when it come to answering the phone. One of the employees stated that they turn the ringer off because of to many calls. Auto Zone always answer their phone. One day I called s/s auto and they didn’t answer I went to auto zone and purchased me a $165 alternator. S/s was $10 cheaper but it didn’t make me any difference because I spend more money with people who treat me a customer

They never pick up the phone constantly put you on hold too many people work there and I was on hold multiple times for over 45 minutes this is not good place of business

Cheaper w/new parts than Autozone, OReilly, Advance, etc....Check em out havent found one retailer thats better!#💯💯💯 fold#

Horrible auto part store. I bought a battery from these guys and the battery didn’t even last 2 months and they will not replace my battery at all and it’s under warranty. Do not buy anything from here you’re better off going elsewhere.

If you would like to price compare make sure you check with S & S. The price may be cheaper than OReillys or AutoZone but you may have to wait while they shoot the part to you from another store. Usually if you order the part early enough you could have it the same day. for that particular service you will have to pay in advance. If it means that I could save $20 to $40 on any particular part then I have no problem ordering it from S & S. make sure you check out the Christmas hours if you need something during that time.

I buy all my parts from S&S. Knowledgeable staff, friendly, honest, good people. Been buying her for 40 yrs.

My experience was kinda bad, but not all their fault my machanic put my parts in the wrong box and they were a little rude about it when I went for my refund! No computer to store your parts so you have to hang on to the ORIGINAL receipt and we all know receipts FADE over time!
