The worst place I have ever had to get my car taken to. My car was taken there after it was hit and three weeks later I get a call that its ready. I show up the first thing I notice is the paint job wasnt uniform and I get in and the check engine light was on I asked them if they would check to see why it was on and they told me that it probably needed an oil change. Now I know that that wasnt it because I have never seen the check engine light on for an oil change. Then a few seconds later I notice that the radiator is spewing water out the hose .so they agreed to take it in and fix that. A week later I get told its ready again now Im at work so I ask them to just leave it out and ill pick it up they said thats fine. I get there right after they close and the car is no where to be found the next day the told me they forgot to leave it out do I go pick it up again put there closed again (at least they left for me to pick up this time) but when I get in the check engine light was still on. And when I started driving it home I noticed I couldnt get it above 30 and it wouldnt switch gears. Now I called my insurance company and they said that they needed proof that it was caused by the accident. So I took it to a dealer repair center and asked if they could check it out. The first thing they did was check out the check engine light and it told the that the car would not change out of first gear and then when they check the rest of the transmission out the whole thing was burnt out down to the clutch. Which was caused by it being driven with low transmission fluid. Then they put to much fluid in it I guess to cover up there mistake. I tell my insurance all this and they check with Team USA and they said they are a body shop not a mechanic shop they didnt even touch the transmission. Which I find kind of funny since they charged for changing the fly wheel which part of the transmission. Any the dealership fixed it and my insurance company paid for it and its all good now.

I would not recommend. I went there looking for an estimate and pricing for a front bumper that was hit during an accident. After a week of waiting, I contacted the body shop to be told we would look into this and call back, (never happened). I called the next morning to be told the estimate was sent to another location and the guy who looked at the car wasn’t in and would be back later that afternoon. I ended up going somewhere else. Poor communication and no follow up.

I wished I had reviewed the rating on this terrible company before I agreed to have my car taken there. A part was stolen and after I had gotten the work redone twice it was still unsatisfactory. Finally I asked my insurance company if I can take it to another body shop. I gave them a chance to do the right thing, the owner simply doesnt seem to care about customer service.
