I have used Bodywerks in the past numerous times to repair my Mercedes and my husbands Mercedes. They have been nothing but professional and the job was done very well. The personnel has always been very knowledgable and extremely helpful.I recently was hit and my beautiful E400 was totaled. Steve Blackwell and the team at Bodywerks worked through the very stressful process with me. Steve communicated quickly and effectively with an irrational and unresponsive insurance company to make sure my car was evaluated fairly. For that alone I am so appreciative!Park Place BodyWerks also generously reimbursed me when the perpetrators insurance company (Liberty Mutual) unjustly took funds away from the actual cash value of my car. Terrific experience - both vehicle repair and customer service!I had the privilege of working with Steven Blackwell on my insurance claim after my 2016 C300 hit a large pothole on I-35 and needed a rack and pinion replacement. My (then) auto insurance company, Elephant, made me jump through hoops to get a simple claim approved. After two flat out denials to cover the $4,000 tab, I was persistent on them paying my claim knowing with 40,000 miles and very gentle driving there was no way the part was worn out. Steven worked with me and made sure the insurance company had every bit of information they could possibly ever need to make them see what was obvious to everyone but them. I would not hesitate to recommend BodyWerks to anyone that wants their luxury auto treated with TLC and the exceptional customer service that you expect from Park Place.

I highly recommend PARK PLACE BODY WERKS ! Nick Deluca was my technician. Having a car accident is traumatic enough, and then you have to deal with THE INSURANCE COMPANY. I appreciated Mr Deluca’s honesty, professionalism and patience in helping me negotiate with ALLSTATE........they could learn a thing or two from BODY WERKS.I was kept informed almost daily, not to mention his time spent on conference calls w/ALLSTATE advocating on my behalf. Accident occurred 2/4/2021. Today is April 1st, and I still don’t have my car (not Nick’s fault) as I was forced by ALLSTATE to take my ML320 to one of their “preferred vendors” to repair remaining damage at a cheaper price. Not very responsive never called me back even after multiple messages. I had to go there in person to get the status of my vehicle. I am well aware of the Park Place Bodywerks For Worth team attempting to reach me after I posted this review. Prior to this review there were no calls. No contact and no information provided.

Park Place Bodywerks and Steve Blackwell did an exceptional job on our 2017 C. This car took extensive damage from hail and egg vandalism.Steve made sure our expectations were realistic and kept us regularly updated. His regular calls and pictures of the repair was a welcomed change to the norm and what I consider bar none the best customer service Ive ever experienced from a collision repair center.You expect a certain level of service when you buy these types of automobiles. It was not only met, it was exceeded.

Everything was done to 100% perfection. I could not find a single flaw with the work done. The process was easy they took care of the insurance and helped me through the entire ordeal keeping me up-to-date with emails and texts.

The service and attention to detail is always solid. My ONLY complaint is the whole car wash situation. #1....it’s sold as a perk of buying from park place... what is not mentioned is that only the most basic wash is included. Like the. Most. Basic. Like not even a wipe down on the interiors. I’m not high maintenance in any way but come on.... I bought a 100K vehicle from you guys. Give it a good wash and shine.....every time. And for the love of God......please..... don’t nickel and dime me over it. When you drop 3k for tires and a balance......throw a detail job in to make me feel a bit less financially violated. Had body side mouldings put on RX 350.Bodywerks did a great job. Only issue was the mouldings sent to them had two sets for RH side. Had to make another trip to get other side done.

Took almost 1 month for a bumper, oh 2 bumpers. The back bumper wasn’t on the repair list the first go round... even though it was zip tied on there lol.Steve is a “good talker“ if you will... I go to pick it up and not happy with back bumper not being flush across the back ( first thing I noticed), and “oh well that’s straight from the manufacturer and nothing is symmetrical on these type of cars”, blah blah. Gotcha!So it’s out of the question to talk further about anything I see because you’re gunna blow it off as it looks better than it did!Not impressed with him or the service!Park Place isn’t exceptional in any way from this and past experiences.And c’mon you guys, practice the social distancing.

I brought my car in after someone had backed up into it. I was greeted by Nick Deluca and he was my service advisor throughout the process. Nick is the most professional and knowledgeable service advisor I have ever worked with. Not a very good experience... I went there to have my 2010 lexus repaired and they actually forgot to install some pieces of the interior of my vehicle.. when I brought it to their attention it took them 5 months to order the pieces... I could have ordered them myself and had them within 2 weeks.. very disappointed in level of service... definitely would not recommend...Update:I had the chance to speak with the manager and he took care of my complaints within 2 days.. I appreciate his prompt attention in taking care of my issue.. he was also very cordial.

ParkPlace BodyWerks had to literally rebuild the entire drivers side of my GLC300 and they did an amazing job. Beautiful job. And, the whole team is professional, knowledgeable, patient and a pleasure to work with. The damages were due to an accident that was not my fault and they had to work with the insureds insurance adjuster, me, the rental car agency and they were consistently professional and pleasant.

Excellent Communication and body works on Lexus. They have kept updated on all details and coordinating with my insurance company and work performed on my Lexus RX350L.

Paint work was good. The staff was not attentive, professional and lacked all communication skills. Unhappy with entire experience. Will never use Park Place to have my car worked on again. Staff never would return my phone calls, they took 3 weeks for a 1 week job. Unable to work with my insurance company and I had to lead all email communication with insurance just to push this repair to completion.

Communication with the body shop and my service representative has been good but I do not understand why it has taken over 3 weeks to repair my car. I was told when asked that it was an expensive repair. I understand parts are expensive but I dont understand why such a long time to repair.

Nick was really nice and apologetic- and I realize this complaint was out of his hands but it took 3 wks for my car to be repaired - it was a small repair on the door - hard for me to believe it was that difficult to get the parts. That’s my only complaint - but I feel it’s definitely justified! Thank you - KD

Everyone there was great! I was helped by really three body shop advisors, Steve, Chris and Nick, and they have always exceeded my expectations. Chris took care of my wifes first accident in her Nissan and the process was seemless. Steve helped me with my Mercedes Benz, and it came out looking like nothing happened at all. Brand new! Well where do I begin, my 2015 Lexus ES350 was rear-ended on Nov 5 and after arguing with the other persons insurance company (State Farm) on where I was going to take it, i decided that Park Place Bodywerks was the place I wanted it worked. Park Place Bodywerks, and Nick DeLuca especially, provided an incredibly positive customer experience. They helped to mitigate a major dispute with the insurance company after an accident. The initial insurance offer was less than 20% of the final agreed upon settlement which resulted in a total loss of the vehicle. While they never turned a wrench on the vehicle and thus never earned a dime, they spent countless hours over a three-week period of time with multiple claims adjusters and supervisors, provided OEM position statements from Mercedes-Benz USA, participated in conference calls and emails with the insured and the insurance company, and provided sound, professional advice while always maintaining a position of the utmost integrity. Telephone calls and emails were returned within minutes each and every time, and the vehicle in question was an absolute business priority to them at all times. An online review cannot say enough positive things about this group of pros. Thank you is simply inadequate for the service received.

I had pre-ordered a pillar replacement which needed to be painted. Once painted, I was contacted for install. Dropped by for installation and was on my way in about 20 minutes.

Terrible customer service. Basically came with a blank check to get my car fixed PROPERLY, instead I have to deal with someone who tells me Im not gonna argue with you on my drive and whos advice is to go back to the dealer that originally damaged my car and hasnt done anything to completely rectify the situation in more than 8 trips. Oh yeah, let me take my car back there. Oh and the advice to go to a car wash detail shop when its more than just damaged paint, but broken panelling on the door from mishandling is just plain dumb. You dont ask me whats wrong with my car and then tell me Im blowing it out of proportion when Ive been trying to get it fixed for 4 months and I come to you for help and instead you want to argue with me about whether or not I work in this industry and when I say I have, you dismiss it by saying WELL I CURRENTLY WORK IN THIS INDUSTRY... YEAH PEOPLE LIKE YOU ARE WHY I LEFT. PEOPLE LIKE YOU are why I dont half trust any of the larger auto companies... Park Place Bodywerks has no idea how much money I have to spend or whats been agreed upon to solve the issues with my car to TELL me they wont get paid for something.Update: its Sept 13th now and I wanted to make sure I review the good part of my later experiences with bodywerks.David Norris called me in response to my review to get more information about what happened. I explained everything that was going on and he asked for me to come back at my earliest convenience. Initially I said no, but he was professional, empathic to my situation, and sincere in his apology so I returned with my car. KEEP IN MIND no damage or issues with my car were ANY FAULT to Park Place Bodywerks this was all at the hand of Autonation Ford down the street from them. David took the time to thoroughly go over the repaired and damaged aspects of my car and even pointed out things I was unaware of specifically, even though I knew something was off, just not what. He drew up a detailed repair order for Autonation Ford and reccomended they supply the parts so the parts cost would not be at retail( bringing the quote price down considerably) since the dealer would be paying for repairs and the parts would be at cost. Ive had a very very VERY bad experience with my new car purchase to the point I may not ever do it again, BUT, THAT BEING SAID, I will ALSO say DAVID NORRIS at Park Place Bodywerks was the BEST experience Ive had with ANY car related business and my car since I purchased it. His level of professionalism, courtesy and respect exceeds all expectations and once all the parts have been gathered I will be continuing business with his shop. My only wish would have been that that experience would have been the initial one I had, but Im glad it happened nonetheless. BAD POLICY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.They will not provide any OEM parts to fix any Toyota. They only fix Mercedes Benz and other high end cars.The next day after signed the authorization form, Chris Beheny called me and say things like we will not be responsible of any non OEM parts that will create misalign bumpers, paint will fail off, if the headlights do not turn on, they will not cover it in any circumstance. I have to call my insurance adjuster to find out another company that will fix it with OEM parts. So I have to call AAA to tow my car to another authorize place. They should have let their customer know when they let them sign the authorization form.In summary, if you have a Japanese car, do not take it to there.
