If I could give a zero I would. I called this place over a month ago to help with repair on hail damage done in West Texas. We had 2 vehicles needed repair and pretty extensive repair on both. I spoke with Ken and he said to send the estimate from the insurance co and a copy of our insurance card. I did this and asked him about rental car availability and he said he would get back to me. A week later I call and leave a message with Joe to give to Ken. A week later and a week before I am to be in Fort Worth for vacation, I call again and am told that Ken would give me a call back about dropping my vehicle off on Friday. Still no call and no drop off and now I am back in West Texas and unsure as to what is next. So I call today and Joe send me to Deann and Deann tells me she is confused on what is going on! Again, my first time dealing with this kind of damage. I called this Colission center and was told they could do it and they would work it our with insurance company. I was told I could drop it off. I was never scheduled a time to drop off and when I called to do so, I was told they would call me back. When I never received the call back and called them again, they had no idea who I was, what I needed, if they had a rental or not, and would ask me questions I was needing the answers from, from THEM!!!!! Then Ms. Deann wants to cop an attitude with me and I just gave up!!!! Not even worth my time or energy at this point!!! I have driven 5 hours twice in the past 5 weeks to drop off a car that needs fixing and nothing!!!!! Not even with the trouble. Use someone else!!!!

I wish there was a zero. Never been treated worse.Less than a week after my car was repaired, I noticed the front clip wasnt in good position so my wife tried to take it in. Repairs are suppose to have a lifetime warranty, but this is nothing but a scam. After a month of trying my wife finally was able to take my car in and Tim said that someone else had done something to the car. Its time to let the lawyers handle this one.

After hitting a wheelbarrow on the interstate, I needed to get it fixed. I took it to Lynn Smith Collision and they took care of me. Great service from the entire staff. Ordered the parts quickly and scheduled the repair during a vacation. When I returned my truck was ready, and they used new GM parts. The best part was my truck was spotless when I picked it up (inside and out and even the tires).

My wifes Toyota Camry was hit from behind in the employee parking lot at work recently while my wife was trying to find a parking space. The other driver had insurance but she would not share her policy number with us making the whole process of getting my wifes car fixed more difficult than it had to be. At least she had insurance, right. The other drivers insurance company told us to take pictures and send them in. No claims adjuster ever looked at her car. Took the car into Lynn Smith Collision Center and Tim took a look at it. The rear bumper was disengaged. Tim told me that all of the tabs were intact but one which was cracked but still present. He asked if it was okay to hit the bumper with his hand to try and fix it. I said sure, go for it. He hit it and it popped right back into place. It looked like it had never been hit. I asked him how much I owed him and he said Nothing! I was floored. With so many business losing sight of the importance of honest and integrity, Tim restored my faith that there are still good businesses out there that do the right thing and are not just chasing the almighty dollar. Tim had the opportunity to take advantage of me and he did not do that. Instead he treated me like he would want to be treated, in other words he followed the Golden Rule. GOD Bless Tim and everyone at Lynn Smith Collision Center. If I ever need repair work done on my cars in the future, I will be going to Tim at Lynn Smith Collision Center. This is an honest and genuine review. I do not work for or have any affiliation with Lynn Smith Collision Center other than this experience which I am compelled to share with others because of my faith that there is GOOD in this world and Tim is living proof of it!!!

12 day repair has taken over 6 weeks and they still have it. Always something and no one ever returns your calls. Only gave 1 star because I had too!

I brought my Vehicle there a few months ago for repairs after it was hit I was very happy with their service they were very professional and their car rental service was there in their facility which made it easy. I would recommend this place to everyone great job!!!

Dont take your car here. Same thing as previous review where they take 5 weeks and counting for what they said should be a 9 day job. All I get from them is excuses.
