Loved this place. The guys were super personable. And you dont have to pay for frills like retail packaging. I got gloves at wholesale price because I just took a right and left glove out of the wholesale bag.

Terrible customer service. I brought my DeWalt Drill in for repair. I waited in total two months for my unrepaired drill. I called them two times. The first I was told to be patient, and the second time they didnt know where my drill was or what my phone number was, which I had given to them according to the carbon copy I have. I got a call back after my second call where I was told they had the drill and it would be $86 to fix. I asked for a discount which they refused. I took the drill home and soldered one loose wire in 15 minutes and had it fixed.
