They weren’t very punctual about towing my car from my house. They were like an hour later than they said they’d be there. And then they didn’t get back to me when the car was done, I was waiting for a call all day, so I just ended up calling them to see if it was done. And it was done. I could’ve got my friend to drive me over to get it earlier that day, but instead I had to do it the next day because it was close to closing time.They did put a new radiator in and so far it hasn’t caused me any problems, so I can at least give them that.The place looked really messy and wreaked of smoke when I came in. I found it odd that they had a sign that said masks required when none of them wore masks. I guess I don’t blame them though for not wearing masks in there. I can’t imagine anyone being able to breathe well in there with the strong smoke smell and then having a mask on top of that. I had to use my inhaler after coming out of there.

Needed to take my explorer in serpentine belt broke a family member introduced me to Terence. He hes very professional, and a man of few words hell tell you what it is and thats it. Which I like, he wasnt trying to BS me or charge me extra money. Truck runs like a dream Terrence had it repaired within 24 hours. Definitely will go back I even took my second car to him. He is the truth and I appreciate it every bit of it,

Thank you so much to Jones Auto Repair and Towing! On my way to work on Thursday, March 14, 2019, I was at a stop light when my car began to overheat. I quickly turned the car off and sat trying to figure out what to do. I looked to the left and there was Jones Auto! After my car had a chance to cool down a little I drove into their parking lot. The shop wasn’t open yet so I just left my car there and went to work. I called the shop and explained the situation. Trent said that he would look at it that day. After lunch he called to say that he found the issue and could have it repaired by the end of the day, even more impressive the fee was very reasonable and he was very kind. I noticed I had a flat tire right before I left for work; I was unable to change it by myself and Trent graciously came and changed it for me! He later patched the hole and even checked and refilled the air in my spare. Thank you so much!

My car died on me in a parking lot, and they came and towed my car away to my house. The price was great and they were very careful with loading and unloading my car from the truck. There was a bit of a wait, but I feel I had excellent customer service and would definitely come back in the future.

Jones is a good reasonable place to have your car repaired. Trent was very helpful and polite in getting me out of a jam from Engle road Auto, who i wouldnt recommend. Jones is where i will be taking my car for auto repairs. Good Job!

I just took my wife 2004 Chrysler up there for a water pump changed.. Droved the car up there running fine just been on the highway to Alabama.. no over heating no stalls or nothing riding smooth. Almost 2 weeks past no contact or nothing. My wife had been calling and was told problem was fixed all we was waiting for was him to line up the timing. We called and asked another mechanic and he suggested he had probably warped the vale .. My bro law called and told him we were going to tow it to another mechanic.. so he called my wife saying he will know the problem in 30 mins.. then he called back saying the same thing the other mechanic already told us. Then he said he had to put the car in the shop it wouldnt start. But after we dropped it off I returned to get wife personals out the trunk. Cranked up the car to let up windows.. he destroyed my wife car didnt even put it back together and said it was like that when we dropped it off. We are currently seeking legal actions.. shade tree mechanic .. now we had to purchase a new vehicle cause he messed up our and inconvenience us

I was traveling through and broke down with my son on the expressway and had been there 3 hrs freezing. Called and talked to Trent and he came and rescued us. Not only did he tow us but stayed hours after closing to fix our car to get us back on our journey. I just wanted to say thank you again Trent and to the other workers for helping out and saving the day.

Took my 06 acura there for thwm to get the bolt off the oil filter and when they put my car on the lift the put it on wrong. And the lift dented the sgit out of my car.

Jones auto is the best place to get a repair on just about anything thats wrong with your auto.. they do an excellent job and the rates arent bad either, just bring cash and youll be on your way. i cant say enough about jones auto. they have all the other auto repair stations running scared!
