Do not use this place for UPS drop off. My Package I dropped off has been lost.Can’t find my package and they are no help. Customer service with the Younger man is terrible.I have used this place for a long time but will NEVER go there again!

I mail most of my packages through here although they are expensive, but Wednesday I went there to mail off two packages to 2 different states and I asked if I could send them priority because I needed them to get there by Friday for a event for my mother on Saturday, she gave me a quote for priority them said although this doesnt guarantee they will be there by Friday but if I paid a higher price then its guaranteed to be there Friday so I paid the higher price for both packages. The packages were not there and today is Monday and neither of them have received them yet so I just called gwok pack and was told with an attitude that oh theres no guarantees with this covid-19 right now so I asked to speak to the manager because thats not what I was told so I feel like they took my $50 under false pretenses and he said Ill let you speak to the manager but shes the same one that gave you the quote on Wednesday. Never once did they even offer a refund not try to make it right so dont go here youre going to over pay and theyre going to lie to best you out of more money!

Have used their services through two different managements and always had good service. Will continue to use them. I definitely recommend them.

Really like this place, the owners and associates are always very nice and helpful. It is very convenient and prices seem very good. Except for the printing services. $1 to print 1 sheet of paper, seems outrageous. Other than that I would really recommend this place, I always go there instead of UPS except when I have to print something.

This is the absolute best place for packing & shipping services. The employees are always very friendly and accommodating. I really enjoy their employee, Lisa Huntsman. She assisted me with setting up a mailbox for my business, shipping luggage multiple times so I didn’t have to deal with it at the airport, as well as shipping important packages. Everything is always packed with such care and my paperwork is always neatly put in order. I’ve used shipping services at several different places throughout the United States and this is by far the very best one I’ve had the pleasure of using. Thanks Qwik Pack & Ship!

The Qwik Pack &Ship Store, is by far the most professional packaging and shipping store I have visited in the Fort Walton Beach area. I have not had any issues in all of years of doing business at this store. The manager Is professional and the staff are also professional and very friendly. I had ~20 small to medium boxes that I needed to consolidate into 3-4 boxes and send to family overseas. Charlie was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. His professionalism and helpful attitude are rare in the customer service industry these days. I will recommend this store to all my friends.

I rented a PO box there a few months ago and the key did not work. Im always promised one is on the way or he is making it now. Still, 3 months later, no key to my box. This means I stand in line and wait to have an employee check it for me. Employees are always very polite, but how hard is it to make a key? Im online looking for the corporate office. Whos running this ship anyway???

Completely unprofessional. This worker named LeeAnn and her older co-worker were incredibly rude when I asked for help to make copies, turns out the copy machine didnt even work and was covered in dust. When I came in another time I asked to get digitally fingerprinted and neither knew how to do it, they tell me to call customer service MYSELF and figure out how. I will never set foot in this establishment again. Silly me for trying to support a local business, but I guess UPS will have to get my money instead. So disappointed.

I frequently ship large groups of packages for ebay sales. These folks always help me get the stuff boxed up, and price the shipping between ups and fedex to get me the best deal. They even email me the tracking info so i dont have to type it in! This is a Great locally owned and operated small business!

I shipped a computer to Egypt and later found out that it was stuck in the united kingdom because it has a lithium battery. A lithium battery is considered hazardous material and needed me to send a dangerous goods declaration in order to release it to be sent on to Egypt. I went to two separate FedEx offices in Fort Walton Beach and they could do nothing to help me. So I went back to qwik pack and ship and talk to Sam who is the owner. He told me that he would make some phone calls and he would make sure that the situation was resolved. And Sam did exactly what he said he would do and got results. Anytime I ever need something shipped I will go and see Sam He is a man of integrity!!! Thank you Sam, you have my business for life!!!

Ive been a customer of Qwik Pack & Ship for 4+ years and the new owners and staff take excellent care of me, my mail and our incoming packages. They never let me down and I trust them completely to handle my inbound and outbound needs.

Do not ship packages from here, they do not tell you they have an upcharge!! Shipped a priority flat rate box that was supposed to cost 18.90 they charged 28!!! $10 upcharge is ridiculous and they didnt even bring it up before charging the card. When I went in to complain Lisa said they arent required to tell you about an upcharge. Sketchy. Go elsewhere.

Denied gift wrapping which is false advertisement since the website says you do. I could tell employee just wanted to go home. If I find out you guys do wrap, she will go home permanently as I will be back to complain in person. Thanks for wasting my time!

I was told that I could not be helped over the phone because there were too many customers in the store....what kind of customer service is that? We will be taking our corporate business elsewhere along with our affiliates, friends and families.

I used to go here for all my shipping supplies and copies but I will be taking my business elsewhere after my experience today. The woman who owns this business was working today. I needed a UPS overnight envelope and pouch. She gave me an envelope and walk away. I asked for a pouch, and she said she didnt have one. I asked for a fedex pouch and was told they are only for Fedex. Ok, I can understand that, will you please tape the airbill to the UPS envelope. I was informed that the tape for sale was behind me. I got mad and left. I called when I got home to apologize for getting angry but I didnt think I explained myself well and was hung up on. I called back and explained that I buy all my tape, envelopes, boxes, etc from them and that Charlie wouldnt have minded giving my a little tape for my envelope. I was informed that she would be telling Charlie not to do that, this is her business and those are her supplies. She was out of UPS pouches and they were on order. I usually have my own supplies, but had run out also. As this is the case, I know UPS and FedEx supplies are free. When I realized that 2 pieces of tape meant more to this woman than my contined business, I told her I would just take my business somewhere else and for her to have a nice day.

New owners from Michigan since August 2013. I applied for a job and went for an interview. He told me he didnt like people from Indiana, which I am. I guess that is why I didn,t get the job !!!!
