Called today for a service and they said it would not be until December!! That’s over a month just cannot believe it!! The selling point was they would come pick up our car and give us a loaner but now they say they no longer do that. It is a 3 hour round trip for us to get a service and now over a month to get in!! CRAZY

Took 17 days for a proper diagnosis give false and misleading information after 48-hour review then stall no return calls no return emails until persistence allowed me to weave through a tangled web of phone connections over 4 dealerships which got me thankfully to mister Thomas Wall service manager and he clarified and took care of the disappointing news. But that took another four days so they had the vehicle for 21 day and did not fix it the repair was twice the value of the car

Fantastic customer service. Sure they fixed my car, but the real 5 star was the customer service in the service department. They were (understandably) short staffed and my car had to wait. Instead of me calling to ask, they called me (before it was late), informed me of the issue and then gave me frequent updates until the car was fixed. Absolutely fantastic and really showed how they went above and beyond.

I have dealt with St.Louis Mo and Birmingham Mercedes dealers/ service.Fort Walton Beach Mercedes is the absolute worst.Change the alternator and battery after sitting for 3-4 weeks on their lot. Then the radio doesn’t work( not just resetting a code) doesn’t work!!!Also, driving home the car vibrates from the bottom of the car. The exhaust system is not secure. This car has 11,000 miles on it … oops not our fault.Wanted money to diagnose the radio … the radio is connected to the battery which runs off the alternator… really???You let my car sit and sit because you need a certain mechanic to look at it. This is unreal.So, this dealership is something that you may watch out for. 6 Mercedes and my first bad experience.

My sales agent Buffy Patterson knew a lot of info of all the cars that I was interested in and she is very dedicated in giving the utmost five star treatment in customer service. Personnel were very professional and helpful. Maintenance was quickly finished. But some of the courtesy’s often offered my Mercedes heavily lacked. Their wash rack for vehicles was down due to drainage issues, which is understandable. But the vehicle vacuum wasn’t don’t thoroughly and the car was still very dusty. I took the car and cleaned it myself because I was looking forward to having my car professionally cleaned. For the Type-B maintenance, I was sent an email recommending tire balancing and alignment. I opted-in and my vehicle still pulls to the passenger side a tiny bit. The loaner I was given had some minor issues, the sunroof wasn’t functional and wasn’t annotated on the loaner sign over sheet. And the final review I have to leave is that I had to wait almost 15 days past the service due date to receive a loaner vehicle. Overall the people at MB of FWB are amazing and highly recommend. But don’t expect to be blown out of the water by their meat and potato’s luxury service.

We went to service department after getting a flat tire on our way home, over 600 miles away. The service was deplorable! The manager refused to give us the tire under our tire insurance and wanted us to pay full price. Our home dealership in Miami then tried to call to help fix the issue, and the dealer would not pick up. He insulted us and threatened to refuse service. And all this was with a tropical storm on top us. Never have I been treated this way anywhere! The worst part was that this treatment was from the manager, John Walsh.

Service department lacks serious customer service skills.  I would never take my car there again.On Friday,6/4/21, I took my E400 to get an estimate for replacing a damaged side skirt.  Writing up the estimate was taking too long, so I left and asked if it can be emailed to me?   The service rep called afterwards and said the estimate is ready and he will email it to me. I didnt receive any email. I then  contacted the service rep on Monday, 6/7/21, and left a message and then again on 6/8/ and 6/9.  On 6/9 I also left a message for Sales Manager, and the General Manager but nobody has returned my phone calls.  Its been a total waist of my time trying to get a hold of anybody there.Im not sure if anybody is working in that dealership, but I certainly  know that I will never go back to this dealership !

They have great service now! Dalton, helped me this time, he was very knowledgeable, helpful and most of all friendly. Everyone was sweet & friendly there.I don’t know the lady’s name, but I remember she had given me a ride back home, remembered me and went out her way to say hello.Definitely returning for our cars next services.(The last guy I had to deal was not very nice and helpful at all. The last guy called me 15-20 minutes before they closed to tell me my car is done and that I need to bring the loner car back, when I called back before closing time he had left the office. Made me not want to go back. After a year, I thought I give it a try again. He’s no longer working there.)

It was very easy to get an appointment. I was greeted upon arrival. My technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He told me it would take 3 hours. It took 2.5. They did a great job with my car. The ONLY thing that made me uncomfortable was NONE of the employees checking people in were wearing a mask.

I was given a loner so I can go to work while my car is getting service, I was told it will take couple of days, I was given a call the same day I dropped my car off, 7 minutes before they closed, saying that they have to have their loner car back because my car is ready. (Which is awesome) I called back but he has already left, but he did call me 7mins before they closed. I was so worried I would be charged $80 per day because I wouldnt be able to drop my car off until Monday because of my work schedule (Dropped my car off Friday morning). Luckily they have a service where they swap car at your location. Over all everyone was nice even the guy that called me 7 mins before he left saying he needs his car back.

If we could give less than one star, we would do so. We have two Mercedes, and have been trying to set up servicing on both cars, and can not get them to respond to our calls. The last time we had them serviced at ZT Motors, the problems were not corrected on the one car, and we had to leave the car. We live an hour away, so it is a two hour trip to and from. We have now decided to have Dothan Mercedes pick our cars up and return them after servicing. They charge $95 for this service, but they do leave a loaner car. It is well worth the service and much less aggravation.

I was there 3 hours to have a piece of plastic molding replaced. When they brought my vehicle to me they said they replaced it and covered it under warranty. When I arrived home in Panama City Beach I checked the piece of molding. It has not been replaced! So another trip on Tuesday to get it replaced. I will never leave again without checking to verify the repair(s) have been completed. I worry about any future repairs when I cannot see that the repairs are completed. I might explore other Mercedes dealerships to complete repairs in the future.

“A true Mercedes experience”!!Terrence and Marcus at Fort Walton Beach Mercedes dealership provided the best customer service and mechanical advise I have ever experience at any MB dealership. I have been a MB Owner for over 15 Years. So two weeks ago my car broke down on the side of the road in the middle of 5pm beach traffic. I was on the phone with MB road side assistance explaining my issue to the young lady. As I was talking to her a black truck pulled up to help me. Marcus was off duty but still has his MB work shirt on. He remembered seeing my car at the dealership for services before. On his on time and own dime he went back to his house to get a jack and some tools to fix my issue. He temporarily corrected the issue to allow me to get to the MB dealership for further assistance. Marcus had already contacted Terrence my service agent and told him the story. As I got to the dealership Terrence was already waiting for me at the door and provide more excellent MB service. I know this review is long but it’s important to know how these guys went out of there way to assist a Loyal MB customer. For this, I appreciate you guys and drinks on me as soon as this COVID19 is over.

Before you go to this store, be careful they do some intrigue on you price list and tell you all the fee are pay for the government. Actually they just use this way to raise the price. I purchase Mercedes ML 350 in this dealer one month ago. They told me the sales tax and county tax is separated. So it makes me pay double tax for my county and city car tax. And the grossing sell price is one thousand dollar higher than the price he told me in the store. I do not satisfied this sales skill. You can tell me the sales price can not be lower than that price. But you can not cheat me the information. If I know this store final sales price is higher than the price they mark on the website. I wont drive 200 miles and buy this car. The custom experience is very terrible.

Although undergoing major construction, the new dealership looks as if it will be beautiful and accommodating. We were there for the airbag recall. Since we live in PCBEACH, they took us right in and got the job done quickly. We really appreciated them being conscientious of our ages with this bully Covid everywhere.Everyone was wearing masks, and social distancing, they made us more comfortable to be indoors, because it was too cold & gloomy to be outside. I have never had customer service like he provided us with any other car place. He deserves a raise for sure. He made it seem like we had known each other for years in just three weeks. A waste of time.Recently moved to the area and made an appointment for Smart car at Dealer. Appointment was made more than a week ago. Drove an hour and a half to dealership, only to get informed that they do not service the Mercedes Smart car. They knew about the appointment and could not call to say they can not service the Smart. Referred me to Pensacola Mercedes dealer as they are authorized to work on Smart. Again, wrong information.
