They are very customer oriented and empathetic. Testing procedure was effective and efficient. Technician has a lot of experience and knows how to determine the fine points of hearing difficulties. They have the ability to work with my Medicare Advantage insurance and their selection of hearing aid products are the best in class at affordable pricing. This is my second pair in many years and their follow up service is great!

Receptionist can be rude and they wont help you when needed . I would suggest going somewhere else ! I was 15 minutes late but they had already closed for lunch and didnt return until after 1 pm
