Told them my system wasnt working anymore in my car, they replaced my amp as it was blown. But they used a larger amp, didnt overcharge me and fixed a wiring problem and my cars disconnected mic without being asked to at no extra charge. Highly recommend the service here as they go above and beyond at very affordable prices.

Awesome at first. Within six months radio is sporadically working and the dash has a gap around the radio. Took it back twice. Just cut off again today and still doesnt fit correctly.

I give this place 2 stars because of 1 reason. It has some items that no other place in town sells and if you cant wait on shipping for whatever reason you can go there and get it. They do have a good verity of automotive electronics. You should shop with caution though. While I have got new items there I have also got items that were factory reconditioned yet sold at full price and measures are taken to conceal that the items are factory reconditioned. Personally I have no problem with reconditioned items. Id just like to know that is what Im getting. I also find that their prices are a bit high for both items and services. Its also been my experience that if your not spending a large amount of money they dont seem to have much time for answering questions or getting your purchase for you and getting it rang up so you can be on your way.

Stopped by to find out when they could replace a defective CD player. They had an immediate opening and replaced it with a great JVC radio/ player at a very reasonable price. Very happy with service!!

Only giving a star because I have to. The owner/manager, whoever he is, needs a customer service seminar or class he can learn from. My opinion, they need to take all of those paper awards out of the windows. They sold us the wrong equipment several times and I believe its because we werent using them to install our radio. I could be wrong. But still, sold my husband and I the wrong set-up more than once. I recommend Tint and Audio customs in the old Critter Care building in Scottsboro for any automotive audio needs.
