Im an interior designer and I called them accidentally because the new business owner in Johns previous space took his business name; a pretty dishonest, sneaky thing to do, but John immediately said he wasnt the person I was trying to reach. Ive been disappointed with the customer service from the people who are now in Johns old space, and John has been helpful in answering questions for me about a stone Im trying to locate. Ive been so impressed with Johns character that I will no doubt give him my business from now on.
