I was extremely surprised and pleased with my experience at Ferguson Fort Lauderdale. I thought I was going to have to get a designer to go with me to pick out everything I needed for a complete renovation that I am doing for the first time.My sales person was Rachel M. She was amazing, she made me feel comfortable as well as helped me find fixtures for the style I wanted. She gave me options and we choose well for Kitchen, Bathrooms etc.I would have spent $5000.00 on a designer for the same service I received for FREE.Thank you Rachel M. for all of your help!!

You are definitely judged on appearance and/or served based on how much you are perceived to be spending. Do not plan your appointment with Rachel . We were in a hurry as our kitchen remodel was underway. She was aware of our timetable. We were picking high end appliances with mid -range as a back up because we needed to select the package that had soonest delivery date. It took over 1 WEEK to get an answer on just the delivery date for the appliances we selected. There must have been no financial motivation for her in the mid range of appliances because we would only receive 1 email per day at lunchtime answering 1 question at a time. Needless to say - after 8 days of not placing an order for an appliance package - we finally gave up and purchased our appliances elsewhere where we were valued and treated with the utmost of respect and gratitude for our business. Our kitchen was finished in time for the holidays and is beautiful..... No thanks to Ferguson, of course.

Do not buy your appliances here thinking it will be easier. They take your deposit money but that does not mean you will have the appliances when you are ready. The delivery and installation are a joke- they dont even check to see if the appliances are working- they cant wait to leave! Among our bad experiences with our appliances here our expensive brand new range and oven, not even used once, did not work (they didnt even check at delivery) and now they want to send the makers to come fix it. We will never recommend or get appliances here ever again.

We loved to go to Ferguson, big selections, best company and Leah (sales associate) she’s very good, helpful and prompt with customers services, will recommended and will come back!

If I could give this place a zero I would. The most rudest people ever. I asked for help and the receptionist said no one could help since it was by appointment only, although, employees were standing around doing nothing. I Just walked out. I’ll never spend a penny in this store no matter how much i may like their fixtures. I’m sure I’ll find them elsewhere. Should have read the reviews prior to going.

The worst customer service on the planet. Assumptions made by appearance on your aptitude and profession. The guy in parts is an absolute no go. I would drive an hour not to have to come here because the service is so poor.12/1/2020 update - I went back into the store on the retail side with my wife and my baby because we needed fixtures for our bathroom that’s being redone. It was again without any surprise to me the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. First we were completely unwelcome it felt as though we were a burden to the environment we were not welcomed by a single sales person even though we spent the better part of a half an hour looking specifically at very expensive hardware for a bathroom. I called Melinda after to a share my experience with her out of a courtesy that she requested I was then put on hold for over five minutes waiting for her to answer. Generally speaking this is the worst customer experience and I would not recommend Ferguson to anyone Who can avoid it. It seems like it is a systemic cultural issue within the organization of just not caring about retail level customers but only caring for commercial level customers. Which is fine but they should be billed as a commercial provider and not have a retail store whatsoever.

Large selection of hard to find plumbing, Bath kitchen and lightning supplies. Salesforce were very informative and they were not at all pushy.

Multiple very negative experiences. I ordered 14 items some high-end custom orders. 60% of the overall order was wrong. I submitted my paperwork and it was 100% accurate but was not ordered properly by salesperson. Furthermore when items arrived wrong dimensions, wrong color, and even defective (drain and finish manufacturing defects) they did little to stand behind their product which caused massive cost damages. Massive construction delays, chargebacks, missed inspections, unmeasurable back-and-forth emails and time frustration complete and total headache nightmare. It all adds up to a personally out of pocket loss of $9800. All paid out of pocket by me because of Fergusons mistakes. My sales person was Gordana Smileska. I would never trust a transaction with her. I’m sorry but it was an absolute nightmare which cost me an enormous amount of money. I will never do business by buying anything there again.Kellyn Cocche was brought in to help and offered an endless chain of emails, endless undelivered promises and endless requests. She completely wore me out. Worse experience.

I cannot thank the Ferguson team enough for my last minute emergency dishwasher purchase. I mainly worked with Rachel who jumped through hoops for me to have a new dishwasher installed within a few days (as the one I was purchasing usually needs up to two weeks for it to be delivered and installed.) Rachel and team understood my urgency and made it possible. I cant recommend them enough! Thank you Rachel!

As a designer, I rely on Ferguson for a lot of my purchases. Working with Gordana is always a seamless experience. She is always responsive to our needs and happy to help! I highly recommend Ferguson not only for their customer service, but also for their quality products!

I was a bit concerned about coming here because i thought everything was going to be super expensive, but my contractor told me to try it out. I made an appointment and was honest with the salesperson and gave her my budget and she helped me get what i needed. I noticed they were really busy when i was there so i was glad to know they have a customer service that helped me check on items and make changes whenever i called. I loved that I wasnt talking to a machine but an actual human being. I will definitely do my kitchen here next time.

We have nothing but amazing things to say about Tim Cardillo/Ferguson! We had a lot of complicated details with our construction and he had the patience and knowledge to come up with great ideas throughout the process. His knowledge is all encompassing, from the design side and the mechanical side. He is continuing to help us to this day. Ferguson is your one stop shop and you will not be disappointed.

BEST PLACE EVER! Ive worked with Fergusons for years! Sooooo much to choose from for bath and kitchen! Tim was an absolute lifesaver assisting us with all the fixtures for 4 bathroom remodels! He has honed his skills as a design consultant and quickly learned what style(s) we were looking for. He knows his products which expedited the process immeasurably! So so thankful he took the time to help with this enormous task!

Any establishment which sells products to the public and does not cater to the inquiring customer deserves a 1-star review. I called to inquire on a Zephyr beverage center and the receptionist mentioned there were not sales people available. She instructed me to leave a detailed message and someone would get back to me. Well, no one called back. I ended up ordering the Zephyr 24-in french door beverage center from Amazon -- a much better deal.

From the outset of a major home renovation, our general contractor and plumbers provided their guidance in referring us to a top-notch supplier - Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery in Fort Lauderdale.The team assigned to work with us at Ferguson was led by Adam Arshed; who has exceeded our expectations.Thanks to him, we were able to navigate scheduling and delivery with great ease, following a rather complex selection of high-end plumbing, lighting fixtures, and appliances.

I just have to say that my experience with Ferguson at this location was one of a kind! The sales consultant was very polite and knowledgeable which helped me make the best decisions for my home. She helped me go through all the necessary products I needed and the products were delivered timely. I recommend this Ferguson without reservation!

Bought numerous items for a remodel from this shop. They are very helpful when making the sale but if you have an issue it’s hot potato. No one can help you and they just transfer you to different people. Go big box and save money.

Beautiful showroom and location; however, their salespersons seem inefficient and their follow through must be micromanaged. My wife and I had a bad experience with one of their sales persons so we gave them 2 more tries, and it still didn’t work. We spent about 4k with them, and we were treated as if it just wasn’t a good enough deal for them. So... We tried a different vendor that carried the same and/or similar lines, and one of the same identical products we purchased from Ferguson, we literally purchased for half the cost ($800+ savings) at a just as nice location, and we weren’t even looking for a deal—we simply wanted attentive customer service that would follow through and get us what we needed in a reasonable period of time. I really think they are so busy that they’re printing money and simply don’t care if they lose business. Beware of salesman Adam. He will get you what you need but you will need to micromanage his follow through and you will pay through the roof. What a shame...

Anything you can imagine for all your remodel or new home needs. My salesperson RACHEL was knowledgeable and concise in regard to all facets from ordering to delivery.

I stop by Ferguson on Federal Hwy around 4:20pm. The lady by the entrance said hi and made sure I knew the store was going to close at 5pm. Then she offer to find someone to help me. I waited till 4:45. Nobody else even said good afternoon! I left! Next morning I decided to come back because I saw some shower sets that I really liked! As soon as I saw the lady again I mensioned about the lack of attention from the day before. Then she got me someone. He gave a great costumer service! I bought what I needed. But, since my first impression was 0 star, the maximum I can do is give a 3 stars.

Ferguson Fort Lauderdale has definitely been the best Ferguson location I’ve been too. I’ve been dealing with Ferguson for years now and Adam at this location has been the best sales person I’ve dealt with. Everything came on time and was done in a professional manner.

Awful customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Marie in particular was just plain rude.

It was a great pleasure to work with Adam Arshed at Ferguson. I recently purchased a new home in South Broward and he assisted me with the best products that met my style and budget. Also, the Fort Lauderdale showroom has a ton of inventory for you to preview before purchasing. Great location.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The guy in parts should not be dealing with customers, he was so rude and just laughed when I asked a question and then just ignored me so I left. Will not be returning there!

Today I visited the ft lauderdale location. Greeted at the door I told the two ladies I was just looking the lighting. The ladies told me to look and if I needed help to let them know. I walk through the whole front of the store looking at all the lighting not a staff member acknowledged me. I found to outdoor fixture I wanted to purchase.when I went to the front I said to the two ladies iam ready. They looked at each other and one paged carlos. I stood there while everyone walked past staring at me.so after a few uncomfortable minutes I left. What I felled to mention is that I was in gym clothes and I had a cane with on wrapped leg due to my recent surgery. I guess to them my unshaven and not stylish hairstyle seemed not like a real customer. However very wrong I live in a nice neighborhood down the street from their location. I also am in the furniture industry. Usually recommends them due to dealing with Ferguson in Charlotte and in atlanta. I gave one star so it would post really a big fat zero.

Perfect place to choose, if you want the real good stuff and experience a lot of variety. But prices are a little high.

Rachel Malove was extremely knowledgable and provided exceptional customer service, in the showroom writing up the order and afterwards, making sure the right materials were in the right place at the right time. Found everything I needed for a complete renovation of kitchen, bath, and office---from fixtures to lighting to knobs and pulls.

Can find lots of things here that are not available any where else.

Fergusons customer service is horrible! We spent almost $3,000.00 with them on American Standard Bathroom faucets and they would not help us when we had an issue. Every year we have to replace our showers cartridges with a plumber that cost us $300. They would not stand behind their product and they would not help to resolve the issue with American Standard. Dont give them your money and dont buy American Standard!
