I wish a zero star rating was available for this slum, unprofessional dirty body . I worked here for not even 7 days . The owner Neil, hires people under the table illegally 6 or more employees at a time . Hours on jobs are not tracked or accounted for . Some Employees are paid less than minimum wage and work more than 40 + hours a week . This place needs to be shut down ASAP . OSHA regulations are also not met . Please do not take your vehicle here and support this grimy so called business.

South Florida Custom & Collision Center is the ONLY place I trust to take my car to when it needs work! Unfortunately, I was involved in two collisions this year. The first was a fender bender on the highway and resulted in moderate damage to the entire back bumper of my Ford Fiesta, and the other was more minor, and caused many scratched and paint damage. Both times, I received a rental while my car was in the shop. They are conveniently located steps away from several rental agencies and were able to facilitate a quick, easy and affordable rental while they repaired my car. The owner Neil was extremely understanding and accommodating, as he knew I needed a replacement right away for work the next day. For the initial accident, he worked directly with my insurance and made the cost very reasonable, especially considering the severity of the damage. I was beyond impressed with how seamlessly he was able to: tow my car from the scene of the accident, make arrangements for me to rent a new car, coordinate with my insurance (as he is known for being deductible friendly) and adequately fix my car in just a few days! The car literally looked better after his technicians worked on it than before the accident! Same thing with my paint/dent job. The finished product made the car look brand new. The attention to detail that was put into the labor, as well as the customer service (he noticed my car was dirty so he washed it and put air in my tired free of charge) was readily apparent and much appreciated. If you are anywhere near the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area and need to fix or upgrade any part of your car, I highly recommend you use this auto repair shop. You will not be ripped off, misguided or disappointed in any way, and the process will be as smooth as a fine-tuned (auto) machine! :)

My car was hit from the rear. The insurance company wanted to total and take the car from me. In my opinion, the car was worth more than twice the blue book. Neil helped me by shopping for used parts above and beyond what any other repair shop would do. The work was top quality and Neil went to bat for me with the insurance company. Recommend you put this shop on your list of bidders.

I paid $800 to have three small rust spots cut out and patched. I picked up the car at night. Come the next day,, looking at my 67 convertible it didnt look right, after an hour, I took a grinder to the repairs, taking pictures before and after.Only to see welded patches over the rust holes, not cut and fitted in.Neal did fire the guy, but did not rework my car, or refund my money.

Poor quality work,non oem parts despite what Neil promised.Always an excuse for why the job isnt going as promised and blames his workers. A real shady business,and dont leave valuables in the car,not even bottles of cologne (2)
