Excellent experience on our visit there. They have a larger selection of furniture than we were expecting. There were plenty of helpful staff in the store when we where there.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Only 1 single cashier? Other employees were up front, and did not acknowledge the long lines. I had a total of 4 items, with many customers having full baskets and looking agitated. I was agitated myself, and walked out! I will purchase items elsewhere.

This store has so great deals. And I like the fact the have different kinds of cookies and other snack foods.

They pretty much got everything in there its a really nice storm have you even got some furniture snack food all kinds of stuff I would compare it to like a Marshalls or home goods

I would definitely recommend coming to this location right now they got great deals on a bunch of 50% off clearance items. Very helpful staff came in for only a couple items and left with a cart full but I got it all at a good price so Im not complaining would have given it five stars it just some of the stuff was disorganized and not labeled properly so I had to keep going up and asking about price checks cuz there is a couple items that were on the 50% off area but when I got to the counter it was full price. Well definitely be back happy customer

Liked big lots better before the remodel, now its more of a furniture store with less home decor/supplies.

As soon as we walked in all you heard was their security alarm going off. It obviously had been sounding for awhile, nobody seemed to care about it. In fact I only remember one clerk and she was working the register. Didnt stay long due to no help and the annoying alarm. But it did seem clean and organized.

Store is clean, staff is always friendly.Refreshing to see a clean organized store, kudos to the management and staff.

Their customer service has greatly increased. They also offer more seasonal options.

I always liked Big Lots to find stuff that was kinda quirky and cheap. Brand names from other regions of the country. They seem to be evolving into a more furniture based retailer, which I am not as fond of.

Awesome store, great prices and beats the lines at walmart. Employees are very helpful, kind and willing to help with anything and will even help carry heavy items to car. Shop online and pick up. Very convenient and great selection of items.

Good place for good deals. Aisles are a bit tight so its a little difficult to navigate during high volume times. Great prices on the Christmas decorations. Service was very friendly and warm.

What can you say . Its big lots.. I used to find things and brands that other stores didnt carry anymore.. my favorite eyeliner and dishsoap. Its hit and miss.. sometimes I go and fine some really neat stuff for good prices.. other times I dont. They use to have clothes but got rid of them. Some things are not cheaper here.. you need to know your prices. I love this store... Never know what they bring in and what you will find... Always a surprise... 😃😁.. its fun...

The store itself has gotten a remodel which makes it look more modern while still distinguishing itself from other stores. Prices are great and staff are very friendly. Havent had a bad experience yet. I would highly recommend this store.

I love this store, the parking lot is huge, and they have a ton of fun, cool, reasonably priced stuff that I always manage to fill my cart with. It feels like Christmas when you get home with your loot. I love it!

Good value and a small store footprint keeps me coming back to this store. Most of the employees are more than happy to assist in any of your needs. Although, the prices keep going up. More and more often now Im finding better deals at Big grocery stores in the area. Go back to what you know best.

I just recently stopped in after several months and was really impressed with the entire store. Everything was neat and clean and I really liked some of the furniture. The employees were very nice and helpful. All in all just a really good shopping experience.

Great place for good bargains

Great products and most are marked down. They have remodeled recently and they have changed their layout, for the better. The only thing I would have liked to see is the staff being more friendly.

This Big lots has been newly remodeled within the last year, so its not nearly as dark and drab as big lots often are. This is like a slightly higher end, more polished, version of what youre probably used to. Never fail to find a good deal here either.

Hands down the nicest Big Lots I have ever been in. Clean, organized and really great staff! Some items are great deals and some are competitively priced. Either way its a great store.

Kudos to the Big Lots team! The store is totally reset and it looks great - the aisles are easier to manipulate and the shelves on the edges are being utilized more. Clean store. Well laid out. One of the few places that carry Crystal Geyser spring water. Filling unique market needs.

Theres nothing like being out shopping for Christmas with your family and being accused of stealing! I was in here last night with my wife, my two year old and our one month old baby, it was already a stressful trip with our two year old not feeling well, and being a handful, and a fussy infant to add you it. We couldnt find what we came in for so we were leaving the store and the young punk at the register closest to the door yelled out to us asking what was in our cart, as we had the infant carrier sitting down inside. I told him it was my baby, and he says No! Whats in your cart? I told him again it was just my baby, and we walked out with him still looking past trying to see what we had stolen. I have never stolen a thing in my life! He was loud and rude, drawing attention to my already stressed family! We were so embarrassed. I cant imagine ever shopping here again.

Good store. Seems short-staffed in terms of finding someone to ask a question to, but they are helpful if you go and ask at the front-desk. Pretty good prices and they always have more items that I expect. Good spot for random food items and spices.

My girlfriend really likes this store. I am not so thrilled with it. It feels like a big Family Dollar. But there are some good deals and prices here. If you like shopping for household goods you probably would like this store.

Big Lots has just started a massive overhaul of the whole store. Complete remodel of the inside, new flooring, new floor layout which makes room for more items. Lots of nice furniture, home decor and other items.

Prices are going up in a store where prices should going down. Youll soon price yourself out of business.

Big lots was ok. Mcfrugals was awesome call Big Lots took over. Now its just a junk furniture store but decent mattresses. The remodel is god-awful. I dont think I want to shop here anymore

This is a well kept Big Lots store. It had quite a bit of variety to pick from, was well in stock, and very clean. The staff was very friendly and easy to find.

Big Lots is a hidden gem. Wife starting taking me here a few years ago. This is a store full of discount home goods. Kinds of like a small Target and a Ross had a child. I get my candles here, the big jar ones for 5 bucks

I have shopped at multiple Big Lots stores, and like the company. I find this store to have less of a selection even though it is about average size. I also find that it is dirty too often. The employees are always kind and seem helpful.

LOVE THE NEW LAYOUT. IT IS REALLY NICE AND VERY CLESN.

Its a good place to buy a couple of things but it reminds me of Kmart and that does not bode well because you can get lower prices and more selection Kmart.The platform under dresser bed I bought there was broken before I finished putting it together. My fault, I thought it was a good deal for a temporary use. Didnt last one night before the platform broke.Had to rebuild it with materials from HD that cost almost as much as the bed did.I should have bought the one at Kmart.
