Great pieces, but the staff….hilarious. They stand around talking to one another, giving off the impression that they are superior. Uncomfortable shopping experience, and basically ignoring customers. Spend your money elsewhere…perhaps somewhere people don’t have to pretend they are important. Perhaps in a place where people are comfortable with themselves. 😂

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Simply just shopping in old town after work and always thought this store had cute clothes, so I walked in today and felt immediately judged simply on my appearance. A group of women walked in after me and were greeted with a smile. Meanwhile I was completely ignored and never asked if I needed any assistance. Horrendous customer service if you aren’t up to their “status”, and it was very clear I was not welcome. I will never support a business like this that treats people so poorly based on how they look.UPDATE:I have never left a review before on any platform, but I felt this was important to address because this day in age, people should not feel so judged by their appearance.I do want to acknowledge that Tula owners did respond and apologize, and I appreciate it greatly. However, I think there is a clear disconnect from store culture goals of inclusivity and what is actually going on in the store. I want to assure the stylists seemingly had no personal relationship with these women who walked in behind me. They simply were greeted and asked if they needed assistance, whereas when I walked in there was not even a smile. It wasn’t “uncomfortable”, it was simply rude. There was plenty of time from when I walked in to when a group of three women walked in to either greet me, ask if I needed assistance, or even just smile, but there was nothing but silence till the other women walked in. There was a total of 4 of us in the store, and as someone who has worked in retail and food service in the past, it wouldn’t have been hard to at least acknowledge that I walked in the store. Instead I felt isolated, judged, and unimportant to the stylist working that day. I understand this is not the store’s intention, so therefore I suggest Tula hire people who reflect the inclusive environment they seek to promote. I hope to see the culture in the store reflect what was stated in the apology.

The store is full of amazing pieces that are hand selected from high end market shows in New York. But what I like most about this store is it is full of talented, thoughtful people who care about your needs and wants. The staff treats everyone with kindness and truly makes you feel like you are having a unique, personalized shopping experience. They are knowledgeable and very creative when it comes to the products, and they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and appreciated.

Possibly the most uncomfortable shopping experience ever. - Went in with the intention of purchasing a pair of GG sneakers, however after my interaction with the less than friendly employees, I swiftly made the decision to order online due to immensely itchy atmosphere.If you are looking to have a pleasurable and uplifting shopping experience, I’d recommend shopping elsewhere.

Tula is a must for cute fits and shopping for whats in season. Incredibly stylish selections, amazing quality, and friendly staff! They do lack Mens clothes, but offer great jewelry, bags/totes, and misc products that everyone can use. Loove Tula!

I absolutely ❤️❤️❤️ TULA!! I love the brands they carry; the variety of styles; and most of all... the TULA TEAM. (I mostly work with Taylor.) Taylor has been helping me for a few years. She knows my sizes; gets my style; yet introduces me to items/ pieces I probably would not have even looked at (Like, my first Golden Goose sneakers!! I never thought I could pull them off 😆). The customer service at TULA is off the charts‼️ For instance... they are more than happy to text or Instagram guests outfit ideas or inspirations. I love their expertise and trust them 💯. And when you message them on The Gram... they ALWAYS reply in a timely manner. These services make THE 🌎 OF A DIFFERENCE!! Whether it’s an online purchase, or I get to pop into the store....it’s always such a fun experience. ♥️

Taylor has been so wonderful to work with online. She has gone above and beyond, always with such kindness. She responds so quickly and she even called one of the designers to get a piece I wanted that they did not have in the store. The designers Tula carries are amazing. So happy to have found this treasure. Hope to get there in person soon. Would highly recommend!

The online instant chat agent was very attentive, I’m amazed by the follow up. She replied my inquires immediately and asked her colleagues in store to take a picture and text me shortly after I requested as I wasn’t very sure about the material of dress that I’m interested. The package was delivered within time manner and the customer service was rapid when I confirmed the package was shipped successfully. The merchandise was well packaged, I feel welcomed to shop in their website. Will return more often.

Best selection of high end clothing in Fort Collins! Staff are usually very friendly, the boutique has a beautiful interior and a great atmosphere which makes spending exorbitant amounts of money here slightly worth it. Yes, this is a pricey store, but it’s a high end boutique with (sometimes) amazing customer service; you’re getting your money’s worth 9 times out of 10. When the employees are good they’re amazing! They shop with and for you and really help you find the exact piece and outfit you had set your mind to. I’ve made many a purchase here and have loved all my pieces.

Taylor puts together magical boxes styled especially for me, and it is so helpful and fun! I look forward to it every time.

I just moved to Fort Collins from New York City and was THRILLED to find such a cute boutique right in the middle of town! Tula has the best of Free People, Rag & Bone and Vince. Though I cant afford to shop here too often, its always nice to browse :) The girls at Tula are friendly and clearly fashionable. I hope my boyfriend thinks of Tula when my birthday rolls around!

Tula is the best womens clothing boutique in town. It offers a well-curated selection of on-trend and timeless looks, plus individual style appointments to thoughtfully build your personal wardrobe. The proprietors and staff are extremely knowledgeable and deliver a highly customized style experience.

On my Birthday I went into Tula with a lot of money to spend; and the owner and the other shop keeper completely ignored me and didnt even ask if I needed assistance. They didnt even say anything to my friend or I the whole time we were waiting on them. I had been a loyal customer up to this point, however i will not be returning. Ive spent thousands here and was not valued as a customer. Their staff is rude and undereducated.All of their items are severely overpriced, especially their jewelry.Charging $1400 for diamonds so small they wouldnt even add up to 1ct.I would HIGHLY recommend the store Sole Mates which is just down the street at 158 S College Ave, Fort Collins, CO 80524. They have a fabulous selection of designer and European items as well as solid 14k gold necklaces with actual diamonds and it shavings for half the price of that of Tula, much friendlier staff as well. Happy shopping.

Service is terrible. I have walked in many times and no one acknowledges or greets me, let alone pursues me as customer. Their employees just stand around, look at you, and gossip. Frequently, this makes me leave hastier than I would like to out of frustration and awkward-ness. I love their selection of clothes but man, they need to step up their service. I have stopped buying things to avoid the employees getting commission for being useless. Step it up.

I was in this store less than 10 minutes. Not a single person working asked me or my friend if we needed help when we CLEARLY wanted to look at some pieces in the jewelry counter. The staff was rude and pretened like we werent even there. I would not recommend shopping here. Worst experience ever. I felt judged and unwelcome. Way to go guys.

I have never received such poor customer service in my entire life. I received a pair of $200 7 for All Mankind jeans from Tula as a gift for Christmas. Upon trying on the jeans at home, I noticed there was a flaw in the sizing of the jeans --the manufacturer tags said the jeans were a size 29 although the Tula store tag said 27. Since I am a size 27, I needed to take the jeans back to get them in my size. Tula did not have my correct size and even with the receipt from the purchase the day before, Tula would not issue me a refund for the jeans. The entire time the store staff was unapologetic and extremely rude. As a paying customer, I have never been treated so poorly by any store in my entire life. I had asked for jeans from this store for Chsristmas to support a local business and am extremely disappointed in this service. I should have gone to Nordstrom instead! Beware purchasing from this store, and check all tags before you buy: the refund policy listed on their receipt is not honored!
