Absolutely in love with this store! Literally buy almost everything it seems like here. Clothes, pipes, kratom posters CBD they have all your needs at a reasonable price! And the staff is fantastic! Always so friendly and eager to help. I like to think of myself as a regular and when I walk in the manager usually has my items at the register before I hit the bottom step! ❤️ A for sure must visit if passing through or even living close to Fort Collins. I am quite pleased with my experience here. I purchased a product for a very fair $23, and when I brought it home I found it not to work properly. I returned immediately and the kind ladies exchanged it without question and told me to return if I had the same issue. The new item works exceptionally well, and for the price its an amazing bargain. Five stars for excellent customer service, a great price, and seemingly solid product. Cheers!

I went here for some Kratom, lets just say I had a complicated case. Well the gentleman that helped me was an expert! Ive been buying kratom for 8 years and this guy knew his stuff! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and easy going. Highly recommend going here for any of your kratom needs.

This pains me to write as Ive been a fan of the shop for a few years because of their merch and overall vibe, but recently I was sold two bunk products from this shop with no ability from the shop to return or replace. First item was a scorch torch that gave out on the first fill, had the item in box with the One Love barcode, couldnt give a refund or exchange cause I hadnt got a receipt. Alright, sure whatever. But then I buy a hookah rig off the sale shelf, get a receipt, get home to it leaking, bring it back with the receipt, still no way to return or refund. This shop will come up with whatever excuse necessary to get out of a return. If you buy a piece and it has no issues then the shop is great but is utterly useless if you have any issues with any of their products. Lost too much money on bunk gear, I wont be returning.

Owner of shop used to borrow change from my shop frequently around this time, last year. One day in the summer I needed to borrow some and he was absolutely firm in he doesnt do that. Doesnt surprise me he put up such a fight to keep his shop open. Glad the law worked where his own ethics did not.

So I am in this shop roughly once a month buying various tools for my Colorado life clutch. The store is organized and clean, nice lighting. The prices are decent on overall everything. I’m going to write two stars for two reasons. 1. I walked inside the store down the stairs, around the corner and close to the Hookah rigs and attachments, noticing a marijuana smell coming from behind the corner. This is very unprofessional in my opinion. If you want to say that some other smell. It’s cool, I can tell by looking at the employees very red eyes while in the store. I need to have an attentive associate free of substances when trying to sell me a product that I already have come in with prior knowledge to discuss. 2. The customer service really depends on who you get. There is a male manager who is really nice and knowledgeable about the product. The other associates in the store have really not given me a solid good experience. They are very strict on return policy but will carelessly sell you a product without making sure it works first. Seems sketchy to me. Not sure if I will return. Many smoke shops in Fort Collins to attract business elsewhere without loss of professional business practice.

Awesome place, awesome staff, everybody is friendly and helpful, and I always feel welcome when i visit! Stephanie, the manager has an extensive knowledge of kratom,as well as CBD products. She reffered me to my favorite strain of kratom, White Bali.

Very knowledgeable staff. No judging attitudes, just overall helpful and friendly. Prices were good in everything I looked at, which was ranging from clothing and pieces to kratom. Very excited to come back soon.

All sales final because they sell faulty products. I purchased a vape pen and the associate opened it to test it. He told me there was no way to visually prove it was working so he had to do a sniff test. He held the pen up to his nose and told me it passed. When I got home, it doesnt work. ALL SALES FINAL So I just wasted $50 on a pen I cant use. They refused an exchange or a refund. Pic of receipt included to show Im reviewing same day of purchase.

I bought a dab straw and went to use it and there is no hole. i called and they told me they have no return policy but they understand my frustration. I was told to come in while the manager was there and Ive been lied to every day by employees as to when the manager will be there. 3 days in a row Ive been told to come in and talk to him but anytime I call or go hes not there.i understand that there is a no return policy but dont sell your customers faulty unusable products. I come in at least 2 to 3 times a week. I will not be purchasing items from this establishment until this issue is fixed, and if it is not I will blow up Google review and any other social media outlet I can. This is all over a ten dollar dab straw it shows me how much you value your customers.Update:The manager of the store spoke with us after all of this and hooked us up. The manager is super professional and friendly, as well as helpful. Im really glad he was able to restore our faith in this shop.

Bought some synthetic urine. Is green ish in color and does not contain what I was told in store. Has a 500% money back garuntee that cant be used because no receipt was given. No returns all sales final. Wish I wasnt lied to in the first place. Have spent thousands on glass with this shop. Guess the guys up the street are getting my business now.

Did not like the attitude of the staff, was not interested in carrying a conversation, ignored requests to look at pieces. Was more about business and making money rather customer service. The only positive is most of the pieces were priced right, although Im not going to spend a dollar there with the horrible customer service they offer.

Prices are higher than other local glass shops and the quality of the items themselves leaves A LOT to be desired. There pipe selection feels a lot like what youd find at a gas station. If youre looking for a smoke shop there are so many awesome options in Fort Collins that are not too far from here.

Ridiculously, I mean ridiculously over priced. You’d think it’s was joke walking in. But naw, they even take name brand glass is being charged up past 300% original price. Most the glass they sell is obviously cheap Chinese, aside from the few name brands. But the Industrial Glass that would be 40-80 bucks at ANY other smoke shop, or even online. Is being sold for 300-400 at One Love. Do yourself a favor, and don’t even mind visiting. Unless your looking for a good laugh at prices, or a rude and unknowable staff. Visit one love

I am giving it a 1 star because Today I bought an enail and a titanium nail and the enail didnt fit the nail. I tried to get it fixed or replace the nail with a different one but the employees didnt work with us and said no return even though they sold us the wrong piece. Then we went to up n smoke and they hooked us up with the right one and a discount on it. Ive spent allot of money at one love and this is what I get from them for selling me the wrong piece. They have good prices and nice pieces but they screwed me over and if they cant reason with me or help me out in any way they might lose a very good customer and I would lose my favorite price shop

I wouldnt support a business that clearly does not care about its employees or customers. Choosing to remain open during this time is extremely frustrating & selfish

Very disappointed in the quality of the glass. We recently bought a $150 rig and had one of the balls that served as a leg break clean off almost as soon as we got it home. You could tell from the break that it was obviously a manufacturing defect. We called the next morning but could not get a replacement. The rig broke in another place a few days later. Again, it was being handled carefully.Our last rig we bought from them broke quickly, too, but it was only a decorative piece.The staff are super nice and the selection is pretty good, but I would recommend buying your slightly more pricey glass elsewhere in hopes of better quality.

I was having trouble finding exactly what I wanted. The young lady was very patient with me. She pointed me in the direction of possible alternatives.While I looked she helped another customer. Bought a very expensive bag for a christmas gift and returned it right away as it didnt work the way it should. Got back and the same guy who sold it to me was working and was all youre out of luck. The bag was new with tags and everything. They knowingly sold us a defective product and refused a refund or exchange. Would not recommend shopping here.

Been there 3 times to buy goods. First time they closed earlier than their hours had stated. I was there 20 minutes before closing. Asked girl working next afternoon about it only to have her tell me that I was pretty much not telling the truth... And this after she sat behind counter (on the floor) for 10 minutes talking on the phone to some guy about a tattoo.Second time I went in there, the guy that is ALWYAS working at night was really rude and spoke down to me more than once during our conversation. Went back again a few weeks later for my 3rd visit, same story. Now, mind you, Im a grown man. Not a child, not a bum off the streets... How can you realistically expect me to spend literally HUNDREDS of dollars in your establishment if you wont show me basic respect when I come in to buy gifts/novelties???Oh.... I forgot to mention that they always have a sign advertising 10-15% purchases on select days. I have never once had this discount applied to glass or other stuff Ive purchased.Sorry, One Love!! In the age of Google you cant treat your local customers like crap when they can get anything you sell on the internet for cheaper.

Small and trashy. I will never go back here. The one love in Loveland is great but this shop has such a small selection and horrible location. The guy behind the counter would lie straight to my face trying to get me to buy something plus he was standing in the door smoking a cigarette when we arrived (which is now illegal)
