Fun place, with friendly bar staff and yummy cocktails. I love the “Better Late than Never” and my hubby loves their “Rye Old Fashioned.” Everything is made in-house, even their own bitters. Worth a stop for date night or perfect meet up on their outside patio. And added bonus, you can grab a charcuterie plate from Fox and Crow next door and enjoy with your cocktails!

To-go cocktails keeping me sane during quarantine. Delicious and amazing packaging/ presentation. I was able to ride my bike and collect them with no spillage. Felt very fancy while drinking!

Love how often their menu changes. Great stop for unique, seasonal, cocktails. Flavor combos are always on point. Limited seating but also has an outdoor patio when the weather is right. I love coming here every time Im in the area. It is by far one of my favorite distilleries in town. Their cocktails are top notch and the service is always friendly! I like the cocktails a bit more than the spirits themselves but they are made so well its impossible not to love! Their spicy Paloma is INSANE!!! There isnt one drink I dont enjoy and it is very convenient that they are located next to a yummy bistro next door (which you can order as take out and eat at 5003). The only downside Ive seen so far after visiting quite a few times, is there are often kids there? Maybe that is a personal pet peeve of mine but it seems so odd that kids are allowed not only in the bar (yes, it really is a bar so why is that kid friendly?) but they sit AT the bar. There is something about that, that just seems oddly out of sorts. If they served food and were more of a restaurant that would be one thing, but there are a lot of other distilleries that would never allow kids, let alone eating McDs at the bar. With that, it sure wont stop me from returning because their drinks are too darn good to let a kiddo eating fries to stop me.

Best and friendliest distillery in town! Went there for the first time for a bachelor party 2 weeks ago. Was so impressed Ive been back twice since and brought new people each time. So many other distilleries in town are pretentious, but not 5003. Had 1 drink that tasted only like sour lime peel but someone else in the group liked it so no big deal, the rest of their drinks and cocktails were phenomenal!

The serving room is very small (which is understandable for a new business just getting its legs). When we visited it was crowded and busy. Id recommend visiting on slower days and hours if you want to spend some quality time exploring their selection of spirits and cocktails. Well give this another go the next time we are in town.

The owner and staff are amazing! The cocktails are always delicious, and the extra touches with garnishes are a special bonus! Perfect little place to relax, enjoy a drink, and have great conversations!

This Distillery is one amazing hidden treasure in Fort Collins!! I love whiskey and their corn whiskey is by far the tastiest whiskey Ive had!! The first time I stopped in, the female bar tender was amazing!! She was like an instant friend and had a great personality. The tasting room had a nice little ambience and felt cozy. I also liked how they support local business by selling rebel popcorn.

This place offers high quality, craft cocktails! Cant go wrong with the old fashioned. Also MacKenzie is AWESOME! Super nice and personable! Definitely recommend for a nice cocktail! Go early because they close early!

We checked it out for the first time last Friday night. We had several of different cocktails and the bartender was happy to customize some of our cocktails to taste. They also gave us a few small tasters of some really delicious/smooth liquor. We really enjoyed the vibe of the location, and I only wish the location was a bit bigger with longer hours. Although, had we stayed any longer, we would have needed a ride home. Do yourself a favor and come in early and dont plan on driving!

Absolutely the place to be in Ft. Collins! I’ve tried and taken home a few of their creations and have to tell you they are fantastic. Just being able to see the process of distilling while you taste the fruits of their efforts is worth the trip.I moved away recently and will not hesitate to go back for their new creations when I find myself in Ft. Collins.Loren, the owner, knows her stuff and it shows in her craft!Miss this place!

Elevation 5003 Distillery is my new favorite destination in Fort Collins for a tasty drink and great company. It is evident that the owner is truly passionate about her craft, this fact is clearly illustrated by the sublime spirits she produces.My girlfriend and I often meet here for drinks after work. The vibe is super chill and everyone there is really down to earth.During my last visit, I had the pleasure of meeting and conversing with the owners father. He was an absolute hoot! Come to find out he has been a significant driving force to the upbringing of this fine establishment.All in all, I would recommend this place to anyone interested in great experience and an adventure off the beaten path.

This is by far my favorite place to get a drink! Every single drink is mind blowing. Their GIN is AMAZING. And so is their CORN WHISKEY. oh, and their FIG VODKA! Basically everything is wonderful! I recommend this to everyone!

Great spirits, and I like how the cocktail menu changes. Small selection of games to play is nice too. Only reason for -1 star is that it is a biiiit pricey but that hasnt stopped me from going!

Made our first visit on the evening of 8/19. MAJOR FAIL!!!!! Only one guy at the bar, yet the bartender did not acknowledge us until 5 minutes in. Then said she would be right with us. 10 minutes later she was still making a drink for what appeared to be a friend while telling a story about her recent trip to Belgium. We walked out with no acknowledgement from the bartender. It was like she dis not want our business, which would have been significant. We will be going to CopperMuse for our spirits.

The owner and bartenders are very friendly, you will truly feel at home here. The drinks are creative and the spirits are innovative.

This place was incredible! Came from Asheville, which is has many distillerys. I was servered by the owner, Loren, whose knowledge of distilling was immense. I tried multiple drinks all of which rocked, Brazilian lemonade, peach whisky smash, and a shot of falernum! I wont be able to find cocktails this good in my town! I will be coming back and will make it a point to hit this place up as soon as I arrive back in town.
