I went here for a basic outdoor real estate yard sign. I normally dont use big franchises in favor of local mom&pops, but they had they quickest turn around and a durable aluminum sign... wish I had not.Having experience as a designer with several printing companies in the past, I was concerned beforehand that my file would need adjusted to be optimized for the material/ink. Thats what proofs are for... understandably they cant provide a proof since they print on metal; thats where I trusted their professional experience. They told me it would look fine, so I did not make any changes. When I picked up my sign, it had printed 10-15% darker than the file, effectively making part of my logo and slogan illegible. Took the sign home an got a good look at it, decided I was not happy. I called them later that day to explain and see what we could do, I even offered to meet them in the middle with cost of printing another (though I would be paying more for something I wasnt happy with or at fault for). They wouldnt work with me, said they would print another but Id have to pay full price for it. The ink they use on the aluminum signs is really undersaturated and has a weird reflective effect, which makes it even worse. Could have easily been avoided if they just told me from the beginning to make the file lighter and more saturated.Now I have sign I dont want and wont use, 78 bucks wasted and I have to find a competent printer. Sticking to local accountable business from now on.

I have used Signs Now for many years, the price and quality are the best weve found in Northern Colorado. Their equipment is state of the art and they have capabilities that no other sign company in the area has. The customer service on the other hand is probably the worst I have ever experienced. The first point of contact is unpleasant and unaccommodating. Rachael has been very rude to myself and my colleagues more often than not. We get a lot of no and very little direction or guidance. There are a couple of other ladies who are very pleasant to work with but we only work with them on occasion when Rachael is out. Sadly, the main contact for anyone who walks through the front door or calls will be greeted by someone who makes you feel like youre an inconvenience. We have been using another local sign company for many of our projects as of lately, but we do miss the quality we received from Signs Now.

In preparing for trial, at the last minute we realized that we needed over 204X8 ( yes I did say feet) signs that had deposition quotes on them. Signs Now provided them for us in less that 48 hours. Signs Now was incredible.Oh, and yes, we did win the case!!!!

This company is on the ball. I told them exactly what I wanted, it took them less than 10 minutes to create a design, accept the proof, and I had my finished product the next day. I look forward to our next business together!
