The sales associate was very knowledgeable and was not pushy. I appreciated that. The only downside is she told me that the store wpuld not be there for much longer. But I had a good shopping experience there.

I bought a samsung washing machine. After 5 months, the system broke down. I have been without a washing machine for almost 3 months and have to go to the laundrymat. I went to the store multiple times and they sent 3 technicians and all of them said it was defective and were unable to fix it. Called customer service multiple times in order to get refund or replacement and was given the run around even though I have warranty. I will not be buying from Sears again after being a customer for over 20 years. This is ridiculous.
